The low interest of people in reading has closed several book publishers as their books were not in demand. Furthermore, there are some publishers who sell their books only for private users such as Zifatama book publisher in Sidoarjo. If this publisher wants to put their books at big book shops, it will get very high charge of tax. This fact has underpinned the researcher to design a portable shelf specifically for Zifatama book publisher so that it can sell the books in the interior events such as seminar, workshop, and training. To design the display shelf, the researcher employed mix method by observing various places related to display shelves and interviewing the head of Zifatama publisher. Those methods aimed to ease the researcher in developing the product through some analyses regarding the needs, activity, display product types, product placement, design style, shape, system, color, technology of information media, material, ergonomics, and product dimension. The final result obtains a product of display shelf having design concepts of informative and modern minimalist which is stackable to ease the publisher bringing it during an interior event. In addition, this display shelf presents information on Zifatama Publisher books to users.

A decisive economical factor in the business transformation project (BTP) of a traditional business environment (BE) into an automated business environment, is the profile of the business transformation manager (BTM), who should be supported by a framework (Trad, & Kalpić, 2001; ). The BTM's profile and its relation to enterprise business architecture skills, have an ultimate impact on the concrete implementation phase of business transformation and related enterprise architecture projects. The basic profile and managerial aspects of BTM profiles and its support, have not been sufficiently researched, to hammer an optimal profile and a corresponding supporting framework that is why this research article proposes the related BTP's managerial recommendations and conclusions. This research paper and the related research publications series deals with the BTP's support for the BTM's selection, architecture support, decision making and training requirements; where the BTM, has to manage the complex technical implementation phase of the BTPs; knowing that this phase of a BTP is the major cause of very high failure rates.

AbstractThe research entitled Implementation Evaluation of the Results of the 2019 Tsanawiyah Madrasah Teacher Training was conducted in 10 BDK regions. The results showed that after the training, teachers experienced a very high increase in competence, obtaining scores above 80. Generally, science teachers, alumni of education, and training felt that after attending the training, there is an increase in incompetence in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Among the three competency supporting variables, the attitude variable has the highest contribution, followed by the knowledge and skills variables. The increase in the high competence of science teachers after attending this training was observed by their ability to implement them in learning. However, the results of this training have not had a significant impact on improving the quality of madrasas, because, in most madrasas, the results of training are still challenging to implement due to many factors, including unavailability of laboratory facilities, the uneven ability of science teachers both in learning and in utilization. science equipment, the number of science teachers who have received training is still very few, and madrasah policies that do not support science learning.

BACKGROUND : Digital health technologies and applications are rapidly advancing and have gained attention in recent years. It is expected to have more roles and functions to transform the healthcare system in this era of digital consumers and services. However, limited research is available regarding delivering digital health education and training in pharmacy education and the pharmacy students’ perspectives on digital health. OBJECTIVE To assess pharmacy interns’ awareness of digital health applications in Saudi Arabia and their views regarding the coverage of digital health in the education of pharmacists. We will also assess the interns’ perceptions and beliefs about the concepts, benefits, and implementation of digital health in the practice settings METHODS A cross-sectional study using an online survey was conducted among pharmacy interns at Unaizah College of Pharmacy, Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. An invitation with the link to the online survey was sent to all interns registered at the College during the period of January to March 2021 RESULTS A total of 68 out of 77 interns registered in the internship year participated in the study, giving a response rate of 88.31%. The mean total score for pharmacy interns’ awareness of digital health applications in Saudi Arabia was 5.66 ± 1.74 (the maximum attainable score = 7). The awareness with different applications ranged from 97% for the Tawakkalna app to 64.7% for the Ministry of Health 937 call center. The mean total score for attitude and beliefs toward concepts and benefits of telehealth and telemedicine applications was 58.25 ± 10.44 (Maximum attainable score = 75). In this regard, 83.8% of the interns believed that telehealth could enhance the quality of care, 72% believed that it could enable pharmacists to accomplish tasks more quickly, and 70.6% believed that it could help effectively provide patient counseling, and 69.1% believed it could improve patients’ adherence to therapy. In this study, 40.6% believed that the current coverage of telehealth and telemedicine in the curriculum was average, while only 17.6% believed it was high/very high coverage. Moreover, only 38.2% attended additional educational activities related to digital health. Consequently, the majority (63.2%) were of the opinion that there is a high/very high need to educate and train pharmacists in the field of digital health CONCLUSIONS Overall, the interns showed good awareness of the common digital health applications in Saudi Arabia. In addition, majority of the interns had positive perceptions and beliefs towards the concepts, benefits, and implementation of digital health. However, the findings showed there is still further scope for improvement in some areas. Moreover, most interns indicated that there is a need for more education and training in the field of digital health and pharmacy informatics. Consequently, early exposure to content related to digital health and pharmacy informatics is an important step to help in the wide use and application of these technologies in the graduates’ future careers and practice CLINICALTRIAL Ethical approval was obtained from Health Research Ethics Committee at Qassim University, Saudi Arabia (reference number 20-06-12).

In Vietnam, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) with a straight line and one bag was first used in 1998. Because the complication rate, mainly as a result of catheter obstruction and peritonitis, was very high (50%), treatment was stopped after the first 10 cases. Use of the modality resumed only in 2001. However, because of skepticism and concern on both the part of physicians and patients about the effectiveness of peritoneal dialysis (PD) and about the infection risk, CAPD developed very slowly. Until late 2004, patient numbers were very limited, and there was only one PD unit in the entire country. Since then, CAPD using Y-set and two-bag system—plus routine omentectomy during catheter insertion and better patient selection and training in bag exchange—has resulted in much better outcomes with fewer complications, and the technique has been developing far faster. This success, together full insurance coverage of both dialysis and erythropoietin since 2005, has led to a steep rise in the number of patients on PD and the number of PD units. As a result, despite the initial difficulty, the number of PD patients increased to nearly 700 in just 3 years (2004 – 2007), while it took more than 20 years before more than 3000 patients were receiving hemodialysis. Automated PD and icodextrin are not yet available in Vietnam.

Future engine requirements, including high-altitude flight of unmanned air vehicles as well as an impetus to reduce engine cost and weight, are challenging the current state of the art in low-pressure-turbine airfoil design. These new requirements present low-Reynolds number challenges as well as the need for high-performance, high-lift design concepts. Here, we report on an effort to expand the relatively well established aerodynamic design space for low-pressure turbine airfoils through the application of recent developments in transition modeling to airfoil design. Analytical and experimental midspan performance data and predicted loadings are presented for four high-lift airfoil designs based on the Pack B velocity triangles. The new designs represent a systematic expansion of low-pressure turbine airfoil design space through the application of high-lift design concepts for front- and aft-loaded airfoils. All four designs performed as predicted across a range of operationally representative Reynolds numbers. Full-span loss data for the new high-lift designs reveal increased endwall losses, which, with the application of nonaxisymmetric endwall contouring, have been substantially reduced. Taken holistically, the results presented here demonstrate that accurate transition modeling provides a reliable method to develop optimized, very high-lift airfoil designs. However, further improvements in endwall-loss mitigation technologies are required to enable the implementation of the very high-lift technology presented here in engine systems.
