The article considers musically-acoustic thesaurus of collective and individual, a complex structure, which composition of multiple parts is effectuated by multiple channels of receiving information from the outside and ways of manipulation with it, that is turning of separate facts into systematic knowledge stored in memory. This structure consists of two groups with duplex connection. The first one is the knowledge of the world as a sonic phenomenon and of human auditory activity, as well as of the experience of absorbing the information received, principles of manipulation with it, overall – fulfills inherent inclination of individual towards usage of auditory images as a requirement for appearance of musical ones. All the sonorities are bracketed in two groups: extra-musical and musical itself. The latter group consists of musical units of acoustically-sonic environment, having utility, practical significance for a person, allowing orientation in given spacetime. At the same time, they are potentially opened to emotional experiences and aesthetic approach towards them. Acoustically-sonic environment possesses basic traits of organization, being reflected in mind by such characteristics as cyclicity, variability, combinationalism, montage structure, simultaneity, interdependency of “shape” and “background”. In a thesaurus of a collective and individual external environment is imprinted in two ways: as undifferentiated background noise and as separate units, creating relief. The memory contains them both, creating thus sonic image of the world. The knowledge, appearing thus, is stored in thesaurus in compressed type, acquiring its full and kinetic form in cases of contact with reality.

The article studies the aspects of cognitive activity and the activity in history retrospection. The cognition and its study is not something unchanged, once and for all given, but is something that develops under certain laws. It has long history with the sources in the most ancient philosophy. At every stage of its development the knowledge is the result of the history of knowledge, the essence of all human activity forms. Scientific knowledge has its historically altered morphology. Its historical path analysis makes it possible to argue its origin from ancient philosophical schools, philosophers of Ancient India, China, Egypt, the countries of Mesopotamia. The phenomenon of an individual’s cognitive activity is complex and multifaceted. Scientists argue that cognitive activity is a complicated process of transition from ignorance to knowledge, from inability to ability, from random observations to systematic knowledge of the material world, to mastering the scientific truths. At the same time, a man, mastering new knowledge, affects the world, which, in turn, changes human life. The article analyses the influence of historical conditions on developing scientific thought about cognition, cognitive activity. The effectiveness of studying students’ educational and cognitive activity depends on how thoroughly the cognitive process is studied and the way its laws and features are used. The authors emphasise that taking into account the cognition theory possibilities, its Klondike was set in the Ancient world era and filled with new content rising to a new level in each generation .

The proposed study deals with structural and semantic features, as well as translation specifics of German phraseological units with a colorative component. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the presence of color notation in the composition of phraseological units with a colorative component make such units difficult to translate. At the same time, in Ukrainian translation studies there is a lack of systematic knowledge and comprehensive research on the peculiarities of the translation of German phraseological units with a colorative component. Phraseological units that use the names of colors are accompanied by evaluative connotations and correlated with a holistic picture of the world of a particular national culture. Therefore, it is not surprising that in recent years, phraseological units with a colorative component have often attracted the attention of researchers. Phraseological units accompany a person throughout his life. They give a description of the world, human activities, and the person himself. At the same time, each object of our reality is characterized by a certain color, even if it is barely noticeable and indistinct. A person perceives color not only as an objective characteristic, but also as a moral and aesthetic category. This category expresses attitude, assessment, norm. Having obtained deep symbolic semantics in the process of the development of the German language, the colors reflect the linguistic view of the world through the prism of which native speakers perceive reality. The structural and semantic difficulties of translating German phraseological units with a colorative component are due to the fact that in addition to the complex structure of such phraseological units and their figurative meaning, the difficulties of translating German phraseological units with a colorative component also include culturally specific information. Correct interpretation and translation of such phraseological units requires from the translator background knowledge, skill in mastering the techniques and means of translation.

This article aims to investigate the creation of space and sound in artistic and architectural fields, with particular emphasis on the notions of interval and duration in the production and experience of soundscapes. The discussion arises out of an ongoing research project concerning sonic structures in public places, in which Japanese uguisubari ([Formula: see text]) – ‘nightingale flooring’, an alarm system from the Edo period) plays a key role in developing new kinds of site-specific and location-responsive sonic architectural structures for urban and rural environments. This paper takes uguisubari as its frame for investigating and evaluating how sounds create a space (however temporary), and how that sound in turn is created through movement. It thus seeks to unpick aspects of the reciprocal and performative act in which participant and the space engage through movement, whilst creating a sonic environment that permeates, defines and composes the boundaries of this space. The article will develop a framework for these kinds of works through a discussion on walking, movement, soundscape and somatechnical aspects of our experience of the world, drawing upon the work of Merleau-Ponty, Bergson and the Japanese concept of Ma (space-time).

The authors' task was to analyze the development of quality management systems at the current stage in Russia, as well as at the previous stage in the USSR. As a result, we came to the conclusion that the factors stimulating the implementation of ISO 9000 standards are the need to promote products on the world market, as well as the possibility of receiving orders from the state. In the future, strict adherence to these standards will allow enterprises to significantly reduce the likelihood of lawsuits from consumers, which is important in the context of the development of the legislative framework and increased control over the business. The practical significance of the article is the possibility of familiarizing management and personnel with quality services, whose task is to prepare for certification for compliance with ISO 9000 standards in how this process took place in other companies. The originality of this work is to summarize the experience of implementation of ISO 9000 standards at enterprises and to analyze the factors contributing to or hindering this process.

AbstractCervical insufficiency (CI) is a mainly disease leading to recurrent abortions and preterm birth which may present in about 1% of obstetric populations. Recurrent pregnancy losses caused by CI incur serious economic burdens on society as well as huge psychological burdens to family members. However, many patients even clinicians in some areas of the world still remain confused about this disease. At the same time, the etiology of CI is still uncertain and it is still a controversial disease in diagnosis and treatment. This article summarizes the potential risk factors associated with CI, which could be worthy of attention and helpful for future research. It also reviews the methods for diagnosis and treatment of CI to better understand this noteworthy disease, as well as presents the related consensus and controversies according to the newly updated guidelines, which has practical significance for conducting more in-depth investigations in the future.

Background. The avalanche-like growth of intravitreal injections in the world has significantly increased interest in the hemodynamics of the processes that occur in the eye when a drug is injected into the vitreous cavity. Every year, the number of intravitreally used drugs and promising areas in which they can be used is growing. This also applies to the creation of new combined medicines and the development of drugs with a long-term therapeutic effect. Aims. Create mathematical model of eyeball to evaluate the movement of the drug substance in it; to estimate the time of the drug's presence in the eye cavity before its complete removal, to characterize the ways of its removal from the eye cavity; to assess the significance of posterior vitreous detachment during the time when the drug is present in the eye cavity; to evaluate the effect on the hydrodynamics of the depth of drug administration. Results. When the drug is administered closer to the center of the eyeball, its residence time increases in comparison with the parietal administration. With a complete posterior detachment of the vitreous body, the time of finding the drug in the eye is prolonged compared to its absence. The obtained results of mathematical modeling of the movement of the drug administered intravitreally cannot be mechanically transferred to the human eye, due to the more complex structure of the latter. Key words: intravitreal injections, vitreous body, mathematic computing.
