The market of hotel services is an actively developing market in which innovative technologies of service of guests are widely used; various loyalty and reservation programs are being developed and improved; new approaches to business process management are applied. Benchmarking is a very relevant area designed to assess and select alternative options for the development of the hotel business, defining tasks and improving management efficiency through a deeper study and borrowing approaches successfully implemented by competitors. The aim of the research is to study the current features of benchmarking in the hospitality industry and its impact on the dynamics of enterprise performance. The research methods used are method of competitive analysis, statistical method, generalization method, forecasting. The results and conclusions: the analysis of the state of the hotel services market has shown a steady growth in the number of facilities and consumers of hotel services, which leads to increased intra-industry competition. Benchmarking helps to correlate the operating performance of the hotel business with the performance of the competitive environment, to move away from the subjective assessments of hoteliers and to identify errors in sales policy. In addition, the use of benchmarking allows you to predict the dynamics of demand in order to minimize managerial errors. The conclusions: benchmarking is part of marketing research and the basis for business process planning in the context of choosing strategic activities of the hotel service company. Conducting such a study is focused on providing the hotel with significant competitive advantages, the quintessence of which is the procedure of studying the experience of operating in the market of business leaders.

Objectives: The objective of this research work is to know and analyze the importance of knowledge management through the main lines of research related to knowledge management and the extent to which it involves people working for the welfare of an entity. Through it, companies can create and disseminate vital information in a systematic and efficient way in order to achieve better performance in the areas of the organization and improve its competitive advantages. Contribution: If organizations leverage these resources, they will be able to implement a system of transmission and knowledge generation that allows them to improve their business processes, improve the capabilities of their employees and obtain greater Benefits. Conditions should be created that allow knowledge management and business process management to complement each other. It is recommended to map each level of the process of conception of the knowledge management project, to better understand the steps and requirements that take place in them, and also facilitate the identification of inputs, outputs, resources and controls according to company characteristics.

The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations of business process management in the system of competitive development of territories. Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the scientific works of scientists in the study of business process management in the system of competitive development of territories. To achieve the goal set in the work, the following research methods were used: theoretical generalization – features and forms of competition of regions; methods of positive and normative analysis – to define the concept of “competitive potential of the region”. Results. It is determined that the problems of interregional competition are high and constantly growing, there are many white spots in the theory of understanding the features and methods of assessing the competitive properties and competitive potential of individual territorial development entities, unclear ways and means to use assessments of competitive attractiveness in management. The ways of development of territorial competition and methods of stimulating regions to increase their competitive attractiveness are insufficiently studied. It is proved that the scientific and innovative potential and mechanisms of their support are the most modern and promising source of competitive advantages. It is determined that the most developed countries are trying to increase their scientific and innovative potential, because it is a factor in creating fundamentally new products to upgrade and improve the quality of products, inventing new technologies to increase productivity and reduce resource costs. The scientific and innovative potential of the territory helps enterprises to update products more often, reduce their cost, i.e. use these competitive properties of the place to strengthen their competitiveness. It is proved that competitive advantages can be understood as the competitive potential of the region, which provides the possibility of its additional development by increasing the demand of the territory in conditions of free competition. It is substantiated that the competitive potential of the region is a set of competitive advantages and attractive characteristics of the region, which contribute to the efficient use of available and external resources, and distinguish the region among other actors in terms of its opportunities for effective socio-economic development. Practical meaning. Generalizations of features and forms of competition of regions can be used by scientists, teachers and students. Prospects for further research. Study of ways of development of territorial competition and methods of stimulation of regions for increase of their competitive attractiveness.

The purpose of research – analysis and assessment of competitive advantages of modeling projects company activities in the framework of the concept Business Process Management. The methodology is based on an expert-statistical approach, allowing to consider qualitative factors of efficiency of projects of business modeling, the uncertainty of the market environment functioning of the company and to perform the simulation of the incoming revenues from the project.The results of the study include the methodology of evaluating the economic efficiency of the project systems Business Process Management taking into account the variety of factors. The distribution obtained during the simulation of the efficiency factors allow us to expand our understanding about the possible course of the process. Subsequent selection of scenarios takes into account the risks of the project for companies to make a more informed conclusion. For the first time in the theory and practice of economic evaluation of projects developed unified methodology for the quality factors of effectiveness and uncertainty of the environment of business systems. Its application is not limited to the subject area.

In the value chain it is important to keep in mind the core business of the company, since it depends largely on the competitiveness of the company and its overall performance, bearing in mind that all business indicators depend on it. In this work we will study the washing process within the company WASH CONTAINERS SA DE CV, to improve the washing processes and in this way reduce times and movements in the process leading the company to reduce costs considerably within the operations company daily, having a more competitive operation and with greater profit margin in its business process. Goals: It Improve the logistics of the movement of containers for washing and with it the core business of the company. Methodology: The action research will be applied applying Business Process Management for the improvement of processes in situ, it will be developed in a certain period of time and with that it will establish an improvement projection. Contribution: The improvement of the times for the disposal of the containers and their subsequent use, allows a better competitiveness and with it the income of the company, on the other hand, the transport companies improve in performance in quantity, quality of disposition and with it their income.
