The purpose of this study was to find out how students' understanding of concepts, disciplines and responsibilities could be improved by applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) model. The research method used is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings. The research subjects were 31 students of SDN Tanahwulan Maesan Bondowoso class Vb. The research instrument in the form of observation sheets and written tests was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The indicator of the success of this classroom action research uses the minimum completeness criteria target (KKM) that has been set, namely 70 with classical completeness of 94% or 29 students. From the results of the study it was found that the average level of completeness of the students' conceptual understanding of social studies material continued to increase from the pre-cycle conditions of 52%, cycle 1 was 84% ​​and cycle 2 was 100%. In the discipline aspect, there was also an increase in the score from 71 in cycle 1, increasing to 86 in cycle 2. In the aspect of student responsibility, the score increased, namely 72 in cycle 1 and 85 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the application of the TPS learning model can improve understanding of students' concepts, disciplines and responsibilities

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis supervisi berkelanjutan yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap dengan subjek penelitian yaitu para guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terlihat bahwa supervisi secara berkelanjutan terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun RPP di SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of the research was to analyzing ongoing supervision can improve teachers pedagogic competency of in preparing the learning implementation plan. The research method used School Action Research (SAR). The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap with the teachers as the research subjects. The research instrument used the study of documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it appears that ongoing supervision is scientifically proven to be able to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing RPP in SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap.</em></p>

Constraints in this study on the value of Physical Education Sports and Health (PJOK) in basketball learning that is on practical exams such as techniques, passing, shooting and dribbling, the purpose of this study is to improve determining basketball learning outcomes. The problem in this study is that students are not happy in learning basketball, namely menoton and less varied. This research is a classroom action research (action research). The research subjects were students of class XI. MIPA. 1 of 34 students. The time of this study was in October-December 2019. Data collection tools used observation sheets of activity in learning PJOK. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study in the first cycle passed 24 people, 10 people did not pass with 71% completeness, 29% incomplete. While in cycle II passed 27 people, did not pass 7 people with 79% completeness, 21% incomplete. Kendala dalam penelitian ini pada nilai Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam pembelajaran bola basket yaitu pada ujian praktik seperti teknik, passing, shooting dan dribbling, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan  menentukan hasil belajar bola basket. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurang senangnya siswa dalam pembelajaran bola basket yaitu menoton dan kurang variatif. Penelitian ini atalah penelitian tindakan kelas (action reseach). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas XI. MIPA. 1  yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Waktu penelitian ini pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2019. Alat Pengumpul data menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas dalam belajar PJOK. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I lulus 24 orang, tidak lulus 10 orang dengan ketuntasan 71%, tidak tuntas 29%. Sedangkan pada siklus II lulus 27 orang, tidak lulus 7 orang dengan ketuntasan 79%, tidak tuntas 21%.

A classroom action research entitled“The use of beads as simple propsas an effort to improvethe achievement of studentsClass XII Science at SMAN 4 Tanah Jambo Aye, Aceh Utara regencyon the concept of DNA” has been conducted in the first semester of the school year 2014/2015. The research aims to find out the effect of the use of beads as simple props as an effort to improve the achievement of studentsclass XII Scienceat SMA 4Tanah Jambo Aye Aceh Utara districton the concept of DNA The method used was classroom action research (PTK), which consisted of 2 cycles. The subject of this research was 30 students of class XII,science (IPA1) of SMAN 4 Tanah Jambo Aye in odd semester academic year 2014/2015.The data were analyzed by using comparative descriptive analysis techniques by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved from each cycles and using qualitative descriptive analysis by comparing the results of observations and reflection on the first cycle and the second cycle. The results showed that the use of beads as simple props can improve the achievement of students class XII Science of SMA 4Tanah Jambo Aye, Aceh Utara district on DNA material. It can be seen fromthe improvement of students’ mastery learning in the first cycle was 66.67%, while the second cycle was 93.33%.

Abstract-This research related to the development of the potential of ecopreneurship students through project-based learning. The purposeof this research is caused by unrest demonstrated by students either in the process of learning which is very flat as well as assessment of the student's active role in the learning or suggested the practice as a form of character development. Researchers take a character-based entrepreneurial environment because the research location close to traditional and modern market. Problem formulated which examined is, related how the design, implementation, as well as the obstacles that occur in this research. The research method used is the classroom action research method using designs from Lewin according to Elliot. The design research of Lewin according to Elliot in each cycle begins with planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used are observation, field note, and documentation study. The instrument used is the observation sheet and rubric. Based on the research that has been done shows that project-based learning model can be an alternative model which could develop the potential of ecopreneurship grade VII-A MTS. Ar-Rohmah Bandung. This can be seen from the increase in the indicators of research after two cycles with a total of eight actions. The increase occurred on the indicators create, explore, creative, innovative, and confident. The results of this research can be an alternative to developing the social studies study that allows students to explore his creativity by doing a practice jump, so that learning becomes more meaningful for teachers as a student or as a character-forming the subject of the creation of the character.Keywords: project-based learning, the potential ecoprenership.

This research was motivated by the lack of understanding of students during online learning. The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of students in grade 5 SD Negeri Tlogorejo 2 Guntur Demak through zoom assisted by powerpoint media. This research was conducted in November 2020, at SD Negeri Tlogorejo 2 Guntur Demak. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research with three cycles consisting of one meeting in one cycle. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques and tools in this study used descriptive analysis techniques for data in the form of documents of students' work, lists of values and observation sheets. The results showed that assisted by powerpoint media through zooming the learning outcomes of students increased, namely in the first cycle there were 3 students who achieved mastery learning or 30%. In the second cycle there was an increase to 7 students who completed or 70%. Whereas in cycle III there were 8 students completing or 80% an increase of 50%. From the learning results of these students, it can be concluded that through zoom assisted by powerpoint can improve students' understanding.Keywords: understanding, powerpoint, PTK

The obejectives of this research are to know the improvement  of the students’ achievement in poetry mastery and their perception regarding to the semiotic method in teaching and learning poetry in  English Education Department, Languages and Art Faculty of State University of Medan. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the research are the fifth semester of 37 students of 2013/2014 academic year. The data are collected by test in order to know the students’ achievment in poetry mastery. The students’ perception toward the implementation of the semiotic method for teaching and learning poetry is collected by questionaire. The data are analyzed by descriptive analysis. The result of research shows that (1) the average score of the students’ achievement of poetry mastery is (71.75) or it increases (11,59) point from pre-test (60.16) and (2) in general, the students’ perception toward the semiotic method for teaching and learning poetry are good and positive.

This study aims to see the application of the discussion method in improving creative thinking skills in social studies learning outcomes of grade IV students. The research method used was classroom action research which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The first cycle of teacher activities obtained a score of 3.27%, student activity was 2.69%, the learning outcomes in the first cycle showed that 18 students had completed and 22 other students had not. The results in cycle II experienced an increase, teacher activity obtained a score of 3.94% and was included in the good category, student activity obtained 3.69% which was included in the good category, while the overall completeness of student learning outcomes was 33 students complete, and 7 other students had not. reach completeness. It can be seen that in cycle II student learning outcomes increased compared to cycle I.Keywords: Discussion Method, Creative Thinking, IPS Learning

AbstractThis study discusses "The Effect of Communication in Organizations for Smooth Work in the Bone Regency Manpower Office". The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of the effect of communication to improve the performance of employees of the Bone District Manpower Office. This research uses the field research method which is the method used by researching the object under study by interview, observation and, documentation. The source of the data in this research is the employees of the Bone Regency Manpower Office. Data collected from the results of the study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1). The conditions of the implementation of organizational communication in supporting the smooth implementation of the tasks within the Bone District Manpower Office, 2). The effectiveness of the communication carried out, and what factors underlie its implementation. 3). To improve students' cognitive, most educational institutions always prioritize IQ intellectual intelligence only when creativity is important. This study aims to determine whether the media card letters can improve the cognitive abilities of children group B play group Anggrek Muara Badak year Teaching 2015/2016 or not. Research subjects in this study were children Anggrek play group A Muara Badak which amounted to sixteen children, consisting of nine boys and seven daughters. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle one and Cycle two, with each stage, that is planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used are observations in the form of teacher and student observation sheets, and documentation, Data analysis methods used descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Classroom Action Research is conducted collaboratively with peers, researchers here act as teachers and peers acting as observers or observers. From the results of the discussion can be concluded that the cartuhuruf media of cardboard can improve the cognitive abilities of children in group B children in play group Anggrek Muara Badak Year Teaching 2015/2016. Can improve. This can be seen in the percentage increase that occurs the average completeness of the achievement of the letters of children recognition achieving the indicator of Excellent Growth before the action is 0.00% to 40.63% in cycle one and after some improvement in cycle two reached 79.67% or twelve children out of six twelve children have reached the Very Good Growing indicator. (2) The teacher gives positive reinforcement to the child, (3) The teacher or researcher teaches by giving praise orally so that children are motivated and feel appreciated. From this research, it can be concluded that the use of letter card media can improve cognitive ability of group B children playing Anggrek Muara Badak in academic year 2015/2016. For that reason that in improving cognitive abilities of children, teachers are advised to use the letter card media.

The types of this research is classroom action research, there are 2 cycles in this research with four phases: planning, implementation, observation, reflection.The locaton of this research at SDN 163087 Tebing Tinggi. This research aim to describe this increase in teacher activity, student activity, and improvement of student learning result in social studies by appliying Word Square learning method. The subject of research is teacher and student third grader which amounted to 32 students. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result obtained from the learning results in the first cycle is 75% has increased in two cycle get 90,62 % and students activity in cycle I is 77, 4% has increased in cycle II get 81,2%. From the data obtained can be concluded that the word square learning model can improve students learning outcomes in class VI SDN 163087 Tebing Tinggi.
