This research is designed to understand the principles of legal education in Pakistan, the existing scenario, and the problems associated with it. It relates future trends needed for the improvement of higher legal education and is an effort to represent the present illustration of legal education in Pakistan and the encountered challenges. It examines the prospects and developments that can be proposed to fortify the essence of this system. Moreover, the predicaments regarding modern legal education and its foundations have been outlined along with proposals for the enhancement in the legal education system that directly influences the quality of to be lawyers. In a nutshell, this article provides explanations to enhance professional capacity in the domain of legal schooling particularly focusing on the context of Pakistan-specific regulatory bodies.

The paper attempts to study the current situation of legal education reform in Ukraine. The main ideas of the new model of legal education in Ukraine were analyzed. The author made a comparison of Ukrainian legal education system with legal educations practices in United States, Poland and Germany. The main problems negatively influencing the quality of legal education such as corruption, disproportionally high number of law schools and outdated approaches to teaching were described.

India leads the world in the number of registered medical institutions and produces the largest number of medical doctors in the world. Notwithstanding this, India struggles for the concerns of poor quality of medical education, incompetent medical workforces, and insignificant research contribution to the world which is due to the malfunctioning of Indian regulatory bodies. Many Authors (domestic and foreign) have written extensively on the prevailing deficiencies of the medical education system of India in the last decade but essentially failed in offering effective and realistic solutions for the deficiencies cited by them. The present study undertakes a detailed review of the articles published in the last decade that critically analyses the various aspects of the medical education system of India. The objective of this article is to present the deficiencies in the medical education system in the country supported by statistical facts and figures to provide a framework to enable a better understanding of the complexity of the medical education system in India. This article also attempts to present effective solutions for the same as publicised by the regulatory and governing bodies of medical education and health care system of India thereby providing insight into the future directions in revolutionising it.

AbstractEducation in India is losing its relevance. This seems much more applicable to the situation in the present day of legal education. This essay aims to focus on two aspects of legal education. Whilst, on one hand, it aims to provide details of the existing legal education system on the other, it aims to drive more attention to the various improvements and developments that are needed. The essay firstly shall describe the existing legal education system. It shall analyze and assess the curricula that are available for the various undergraduate law degrees available in India. It aims to provide an understanding of the perceived distinctions between the three-year law degree and the five-year law degree. As a second aspect, the essay aims to explore options to further the quality of legal education in India by considering examples of various law schools or colleges of law across the world that have consistently proven themselves as a cut-above not legal education and research in their global scale. Also, from the learnings of the gaps in the curricula of the law degrees as discussed previously, the essay shall provide suggestions on the various plausible collaborations with foreign law schools and universities for the benefit of the Indian law schools and colleges of law. As a third and final aspect, as a measure to curb fake or bogus law schools or colleges of law within India and to enhance the employability of law graduates in India at par with those across the globe, the essay aims to provide suggestions applicable for the present-day legal education scenario.

Politiskās plānošanas dokumentos tiek atzīts, ka Latvijā samazinās juridiskās izglītības kvalitāte un tiesību zinātņu studiju programmu absolventiem ir vājas zināšanas un prasmes jurisprudencē. 
Lai paaugstinātu juridiskās izglītības kvalitāti, Latvijas Republikas Ministru kabinets 2015. gadā akceptēja rīkojumu par valsts vienotā jurista kvalifikācijas eksāmena ieviešanu 2021. gadā profesionālajās maģistrantūras studiju programmās “Tiesību zinātne”, vienlaikus augstākās izglītības sistēmā likvidējot profesionālās bakalaura studiju programmas un liedzot studējošajiem iespēju iegūt juriskonsulta kvalifikāciju. Augstākās juridiskās izglītības sistēma kopumā tiek pārveidota. Valsts vienotā jurista kvalifikācijas eksāmena ieviešana rada nepieciešamību pārveidot studiju procesu, veikt izmaiņas īstenotajos studiju kursos un papildināt prasības tiesību apakšnozarēs, kurās tiks pārbaudītas studējošo zināšanas vienotā eksāmenā. Political planning documents recognise that quality of legal education is decreasing in Latvia, graduates of law study programmes have poor knowledge and skills in jurisprudence. In order to increase the quality of legal education, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia in 2015 accepts the order on the introduction of the State Unified Lawyer’s Qualification Exam in 2021 in the professional Master’s study programme “Law Science”. At the same time, the higher education system eliminates professional bachelor study programmes and prevents students from gaining legal counsel. The higher legal education system as a whole is transformed. The introduction of the State Jurisprudence Expert Examination determines the necessity to transform the study process, to make changes in the study courses to be implemented, to supplement the requirements in the sub-branches of law, where students’ knowledge in a single examination will be checked. Currently, it is too early to conclude whether the introduction of a single national lawyers’ qualification examination will increase the quality of legal education, and graduates of legal science study programmes will increase their knowledge and skills in jurisprudence.

As typical Indonesian education institute, pesantren with all its component, tradition, culture, and uniqueness have drawn attention many expert and researchers. Pesantren existence has given great contribution to enhancement of the quality of human life. Many role have been played by pesantren; in social, political, economics, cultural aspect; and of course religious aspect which its basic study. These realities in turn have invited the attention of many circles to continuously examine, checking, or studying dynamics, growth, and also existence of pesantren. Among the study result is Mastuhu’s research: Dynamics of System of Education Pesantren, a Study about Element and Value of Pesantren Educational System. With this masterpiece, Mastuhu trying to promote the form of study pesantren which do not merely touching manifest (visible) aspect, but trying to find the values which is consisted inside that manifest; so can found positive, negative, and plus-minus items from pesantren’s education which need and needn’t to be developed in national’s education system. Through this article, the writer will express the work content from a perspective of its study approach.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

 Aspire of the Drug Utilization Studies (DUS) is to appraise factors related to the prescribing, dispensing, administering and taking of medication, and it’s associated. Since the middle of twentieth century, interest in DUS has been escalating, first for market-only purposes, then for appraising the quality of medical prescription and comparing patterns of use of specific drugs. The scope of DUS is to evaluate the current state and future trends of drug usage, to estimate roughly disease pervasiveness, drug expenditures, aptness of prescriptions and adherence to evidence-based recommendations. The increasing magnitude of DUS as a valuable investigation resource in pharmacoepidemiology has been bridging it with other health allied areas, such as public health, rational use of drug, evidence based drug use, pharmacovigilance, pharmacoeconomics, eco-pharmacovigilance and pharmacogenetics.

Необходимым условием совершенствования системы образования выступает создание новых, необходимых для цифровой экономики компетенций педагога. The article considers the issue of school digitalization as an important condition for improving the quality of education. The e-learning environment provides students with greater independence. A necessary condition for improving the education system is the creation of new teacher competencies necessary for the digital economy.

Legal education in Indonesia has followed a traditional model, focusing on the rote transfer of legal doctrine. Students are taught legal theories and sources of law but not how to critically apply the law in concrete real-world scenarios. Consequently, law graduates tend to be unprepared for the workforce, which is a regular complaint of employers. To overcome this impediment, some law faculties in Indonesia adopted clinical legal education (CLE) as a ‘new method’ in the legal education system, whereby students not just learn theory but also gain practical legal experience. This article analyses the adoption of the model and methods of applying CLE to legal education in Indonesia. This study uses the doctrinal research method with a qualitative approach. It is found that the adoption of CLE in Indonesia is diverse; some programmes include it in the core curriculum, while others make it an extracurricular activity. CLE programmes generally use three of six methods, namely street law, advocacy and internship. The differences in the three methods of CLE directly influence their success, exposing participants to interaction with live clients, public speaking and networking. This article recommends that in order to achieve the optimal implementation of CLE, uniformity of the CLE adoption model in Indonesia’s legal education curriculum is needed.
