This research was motivated by the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia and changing the education system from face to face to online. This is coupled with the number of campus activities and online assignments, especially for students of the 2017 PJKR study program at PGRI Semarang University. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical activity of students of the PJKR study program at PGRI Semarang University during the pandemic. This research uses survey research with descriptive analysis method with percentage technique. The sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study, according to the description of the data and the discussion studied by the researcher, are that the 2017 PJKR PGRI Semarang University students are aware and consider it important to carry out physical sports activities during this pandemic. This is evidenced because on average they do various types of sports, jogging is the most popular choice. Suggestions that can be given are in the form of collaboration between lecturers and students to work together in socializing related to breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19 through the role of student education in their families and the environment around their respective homes or villages.

This study aims to determine and describe students’ reading ability and drafting skills on technical drawing, and the students’ complaints of school factors, which affect the learning process on engineering drawing subject in grade XI of Machining study program. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were 112 students. The samples of 91 students were chosen using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by means of tests and questionnaire. Data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result shows that students’ reading ability of engineering drawing is in the category of “high” with percentages of completion from the “comply with the drawing standard” indicator is 91.21% and “correctness” indicator is 40%.  Students’ drafting skills is in the category of “high” with percentages of completion from the indicators of “comply with the drawing standard” is 79.12%, “clear and easy to understand” is 63%, “drafting speed” is 87%, and “cleanliness” is 89%. The most complained in terms of school factors on the subject of engineering drawing are student-teacher relationship, classroom equipment, building condition, and homework.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca gambar, mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat gambar kerja, dan keluhan siswa ditinjau dari faktor sekolah yang mempengaruhi belajar mengajar siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 112 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 siswa ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam membaca gambar berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase keberhasilan indikator tiap evaluasi pada standar sebesar 91.21% dan betul sebesar 40%, kemampuan siswa dalam membuat gambar berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase keberhasilan indikator tiap evaluasi pada standar sebesar 79.12%, jelas dan mudah dipahami sebesar 63%, kecepatan sebesar 87%, dan kebersihan sebesar 89%, dan keluhan siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik ditinjau dari faktor sekolah yang cukup dikeluhkan adalah relasi guru dengan siswa, alat pelajaran, keadaan gedung, dan tugas rumah.

One of the essential resources in an organization is their human resources which are called employee. Every organization needs good human resource management to manage the relationship and the role of employee to achieve organization’s goal effectively and efficiently. The object of this research was PT. Argo Pantes Tbk that runs its business in textile industry. The purposes of this research was analyzing the impact of Work Engagement and Job Embeddedness to Turnover Intention at PT. Argo Pantes Tbk, partially and simultaneously, and also to analyze the role of Job Performance, as moderating variable. Data of this research were collected through interview and spreading the quesionnaire to 95 employees of PT. Argo Pantes Tbk as respondents by using simple random sampling as sampling technique. The analysis method used were simple and multiple regression and also residual analysis method. The research found that Work Engagement and Job embeddedness have significant impact to Turnover Intention, partially and simultaneously, and Job Performance will moderate the correlation between Work Engagement, Job Embeddedness and Turnover Intention.

Infographics are visualizations of data, ideas, information or knowledge through charts, graphs, schedules, and others so that data, ideas, information or knowledge can be presented more than just text and have a visual impact that is quite strong and more interesting. The study was conducted at the Bandung Institute of Technology Library and was aimed to determine the role of infographic’s attractiveness, clarity, and ease of understanding in utilizing library services at the Bandung Institute of Technology Library. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method, and the population in this study was library visitors totaling 13,716 people. Samples were obtained using the random sampling technique with a total of 100 people. The results of this study indicated that infographics as a promotional medium played a role in library utilization with indicators namely infographic attractiveness, clarity, and ease of understanding. The conclusions are that infographics play a role as promotional media in library utilization: seen from the aspect of attraction, the presentation of content on infographics attract the attention of the reader with display of colors and images that attract the reader; from the aspect of clarity, the information presented is precisely the content on the infographics for readers with font and the suitability the image; from the aspect of ease of understanding, the reader easily understand the information contained in the infographics so the reader can interpret for the meaning the message in this infographics.

Pandemic covid-19 has an impact in the implementation of daily activities including on students. Social distancing is carried out in order to prevent the transmission of covid-19. Outdoor activities are restricted, requiring adjustments including social interactions. This study aims to identify the social interaction of students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) FKIP University of Palangka Raya during the covid-19 pandemic. Research is a survey with a crosssectional approach in students PJKR study program, FKIP University of Palangka Raya, as many as 115 people. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Online data collection using questionnaires through google form. Social interaction between students related to assignments and lecture activities (88%), communication outside campus activities (45%), student and extracurricular activities (34%), hobbies and achievements (33%). While the social interaction of students with lecturers related to lecture materials (91%), lecture assignments (64%), academic guidance activities (20%), off-campus activities (14%) and other interactions. Changes in social interaction in the form of interactions become limited, online communication increases including the utilization of social media as well as increased use of mobile phones and other devices. Advice should be considered concern about lecture activities that involve social interaction between students, students with lecturers and students with the community and the use of technology while maintaining the prevailing social values in the community.

This research was conducted at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STEI) Jakarta. The study population is STEI New Student of academic year 2016/2017 totaling 1,062 people, sampling using Slovin amounted to 295 students of STEI in S1 Accounting Study Program, S1 Management, Accounting D3 and D3 of Trade Management. Sampling technique with random sampling or random. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The result of validity test of internal factor and external factor r-count all bigger than r-table mean all statement is valid. Reliability test results show all statements both internal and external realibel because crobach Alpha is 0.780 and 0.729 above 0.6. The results show that STEI Student Candidates from the beginning of the majority aspire to become an economics graduate. Most of the respondents believe that STEI graduates will get a good job. The majority respondents felt they had a talent in the field of economics. The majority enter STEI because STEI accreditation is B and in deciding place of college majority factor of location that is close to campus, besides because of tuition in STEI is affordable. Suggestion of lectures at STEI which is dominant is advice from parents then from friends. The majority of STEI Student Candidates receive information from brochures and banners, receive very little information from advertisements on newspapers, radio, television, internet and STEI presentations at school

Leaders have the responsibility for managing their human resources. Thus, a good relationship between leaders and their subordinates is needed in order to support the achievement of organizational goals. But in reality, indirectly leaders give higher trust and respect to some of their subordinates. Therefore, the performance of each employee would not be equal to each other. During four semesters of 2013-2014, there has been a fluctuation of the results of the measurement of employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. The decrease in employee performance began to occur in the second semester of 2013, and the more significant decrease occurred in the second semester of 2014. Of course, this performance’s decreasing would give negative impacts for the company. Based on these problems, this study was conducted to determine how the influence of leader-member exchange on employee performance at Distribution Office of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data through questionnaires distributed to 123 respondents who are functional employees at the Distribution Office of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. The analysis method used in this research is the classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, correlation, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing with SPSS 20. The results showed that Distribution Office of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten has a high leader-member exchange and good performance. There is a moderate correlation between leader-member exchange and employee performance. Leader-member exchange contributes positively and significantly affect their employee performance of 23,7% while the remaining 76,3% is affected by other factors contribution that is not explained in this research.

The internal control system, if implemented properly, will certainly create a systematic work procedure and make it in accordance with the rules used in the organization. This research aims to determine and also explain the role of the internal control system in handling uncollectible accounts receivable.  This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. This data is processed and obtained through observation, interviews and documentation.  The population and sample in this study are social conditions with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling.  The interviewees of this research are part of ARH and AR.  The results of this study show that the role of the internal control system in overcoming uncollectible accounts receivable when the customer has become a WO is no longer paying the installments, but paying all the arrears.  When the debtor is not with the unit, the company will involve a third party, namely PT which is engaged in securing assets.

OBJECTIVE To compare the effectiveness of mobilization and self-exercises in the management of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder STUDY DESIGN Randomized Control Trial SAMPLE SELECTION 30 patients of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder from physiotherapy department of tertiary care hospitals of Karachi were selected through simple random sampling technique. PROCEDURE Treatment was continued for 5 days per week for the period of 3 weeks followed by assessment. Patients were randomly divided into two equal groups. Group A was treated with midrange mobilization while group B performed self-exercises. Both groups received TENS and hot pack prior to the exercises. Mean ± SD, frequencies and percentages were used for descriptive analysis. ROM via goniometry and pain intensity through VAS was analyzed by paired t-test within the groups and by independent t-test between the groups, using SPSS. P-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. RESULTS 60% were females (n=18) and 40% were males (n=12) with mean age of 50.17±6.37 years. Significant improvement (p-value <0.05) in pain and shoulder ROM was observed among patients of Group A as compared to Group B. Pain intensity was decreased to 1.67 ± 0.62 in group A, whereas ROMs in these patients were also better than other group.

This study aims to determine: (1) The productive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City, (2) The reproductive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung Kota District Tanjungbalai, and (3) The social role of fisherman housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. This research was conducted in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City in 2020. The population of this study were all fishermen housewives in Sei Merbau Village, amounting to 592 people, while the sample in this study was 10% of the total population (59 people. ) and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is done by direct communication (interview). While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The highest productive role (48.78%) was performed by housewives who worked as factory workers, while the lowest role (21%) was performed by housewives who worked as coconut peeler. Overall, the role played by housewives of fishermen is 33.35% and is in the low category. (2) The reproductive role played by the housewives of fishermen in Kelurahan Sei Merbau, namely having dependents of 1 to 6 children. Most (57.63%) fishermen housewives had 1-2 children and a small proportion (8.47%) had 5-6 children with an average of 2-3 children. (3) In general (81.36%) fishermen housewives participated in the social activities of the unfortunate union and a small proportion (25.42%) participated in arisan activities. In addition, the recitation activity is useful for moral contributions to housewives so that they can motivate husbands to work to increase income and also motivate children to improve education. The highest role of arisan activities was 76.92% while the lowest role was 22.73%. With an average of 43.47%.

Background: The role of health students in providing information about reproductive health is very important, especially regarding reproductive health rights for women with disabilities. This is crucial to do because women with disabilities are very vulnerable to violence and discrimination, especially in terms of reproductive health. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the influence of knowledge and intention toward behavior of female health students in accessing information on reproductive health rights for women with disabilities. Research Methods: This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at the Midwifery Study Program at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang in October 2020. The sample size was 50 subjects, selected by simple random sampling technique. The dependent variable is the behavior of health female students in accessing information. The independent variables were knowledge and intention in access to information. Data collection using an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Results: The behavior of health female students in access to information was influenced by knowledge (b= 0.36, CI 95% = 0.12 to 0.60, p= 0.005), and intention in access to information (b= 0.45, CI 95% = 0.10 to 0.80, p= 0.014). Conclusion: Participants with good knowledge and high intention in access to information affect behavior in accessing information.   Keywords:  health students; reproductive health rights; women with disabilities
