The study aimed to identify the problems faced by the principals in Mafraq in the process of collecting data، processing and refer to it from their point of view in terms of obstacles and challenges، and to identify the impact of both sex and educational qualification and area of specialization and to related experience. The study used the descriptive survey method، which was a questionnaire of 15 paragraphs that were distributed to 110 principals out of 160 in Al Mafraq. The results showed that the degree of use of files and paper documents at an average of 4.4 was at a high level and there was no differences in the statistical significance of variables such as sex or experience. The results of the study showed that the current system using "paper" is a major burden in the process of retrieving، archiving and updating information، and that the current e-learning system does not serve them as required. The current e-learning system obtained a low average of 2 degrees، the internet also has a low average of 2 grades as well. From this point of view, it is necessary to provide an effective system for storing and retrieving information that facilitates administrative operations on school administrators. In light of the results، the study recommended that: Create a system that serves the process of data collection، archiving and processing and to train principals and their assistants on how to use such a system to meet their needs، Encourage principals to use technology effectively because of its role in saving time، effort and ease of dealing and Providing the Internet for its role in obtaining and disseminating information.

The article is devoted to the study of the worldviews and social contradictions in Russian society on the example of two different positions on the relationship between religion and science. According to one of these positions these relationships are defined as conflict. The second, opposing point of view says there never was and there cannot be any conflict between religion and science. In the publication such points are called “the paradigm of conflict” and “the paradigm of dialogue”. It shows, the first “paradigm” in the Soviet period of Russian history was determined by ideologization of science and was an important part of anti-religious propaganda. On the contrary, “the paradigm of dialogue” has always been represented primarily by religious thinkers. Today it is the official position of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate. The official Church document “The Basis of the Social Concept” says religion and science are designed to complement each other, especially in solving ethical problems that inevitably arise in the face of modern science. However, secular scientists often see in such statements the Church’s claims to active participation in the public life, including the educational process. Representatives of the academic community often speak out against the introduction of the theological educational programs and the theological departments in secular Universities of the Russian Federation. Thus, in contemporary Russian society some continue to believe that there is a conflict between religion and science, while others insist on the need for dialogue.

The article attempts to comprehend the essence and possibility of forming discourse competence among foreign and Russian students with simultaneous immersion in patriotic discourse. It is highlighted that the addition of the humanitarian series of “History of Civilizations” and “Features of Russian Civilization” to the educational process at the university creates the necessary pedagogical conditions for organizing a special linguo-ethno-cultural environment that forms active social interaction of authors within the framework of the medical and patriotic linguistic scenario. The authors of the article conducted a semantic and historical analysis of interpretations of the concept of “patriotism” that were studied from the point of view of traditional and liberal culture. The article presents the results of a socio-pedagogical study of students' perceptions of this concept. The article describes various theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concepts of “discourse” and “discursive picture of the world” as well as psycholinguistic features of the method of semantic differential. Special attention in the article is paid to the typologies of discourse presented in the scientific literature. The authors of the article present the principle of genre and the principle of thematic correlation as the basis for distinguishing between types of discourse and highlight differences in language and discursive pictures of the world. The tasks of educators is to form not only purely medical discursive competence, but also to immerse the listener in “correctly” interpreted picture, saturated with verbal patterns that allow to create statements of patriotic content.

The development of information technologies makes it possible to record a large amount of data in the learning process, both on the results of performing educational operations and on the psychophysical characteristics of students. In this regard, a number of ethical, pedagogical and methodological problems arise. Among them are the disproportionate control actions to the volume and properties of information retrieved during monitoring and problems associated with ensuring the information security of the student. In contrast to natural monitoring, monitoring the management of teaching has as an object of training a person, who can be considered, from the point of view of management, as a highly organized information system. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of non-invasive monitoring, involving the redirection of most of the monitoring information to the student himself. As a definition of non-invasive monitoring, the following is proposed: non-invasive monitoring is a type of pedagogical feedback that is used exclusively for correcting the student’s actions and is prohibited from using to control the effectiveness and transfer the results outside class. The article analyzes 15 different teaching paradigms, which are explicitly or implicitly adhered to by teachers, organizing the educational process, from the point of view of compliance with the tasks of non-invasive monitoring. The methodological aspects of the implementation of non-invasive monitoring from the point of view of computer support of the learning process are also analyzed. It is shown how non-invasive monitoring can be supported by software that provides active interaction of the student with the subject environment and gives the teacher more freedom in planning and achieving strategic goals of managing the educational process.

The traditional sport-based multiactivity approach that continues to dominate secondary physical education curricula is problematic on a number of levels. It is often not perceived as making a valuable contribution to the educational process by school administrators or as culturally relevant and interesting to many students. This paper highlights Catherine Ennis’s work related to the shortcomings of this model and the need to move toward a more educational focus. Initially, Ennis described the curricular strife that developed as teachers clung to this approach in the face of a changing educational landscape. Her work evolved to include students’ perspectives, and her writings gave voice to their disengagement and discontent. She continued her extensive writings related to this topic across her career, exploring alternatives and offering solutions to reconceptualize physical education programs to maximize their contribution to the school curriculum and to meet the needs of all students.

As a result of the global epidemiological reality, E-learning has become a necessity for advanced educational systems because universities are the backbone of scientific, economic, political and social development for all nations alike because they are a major source of minds, it is based on two main pillars, namely the teacher who is the foundation building block and the basic structure of the other pillar, which is the student who relies on his teacher in terms of his cognitive and scientific development in addition to psychological, educational and social guidance. As for the basic role that every student relies on, it is qualifying him to obtain the certificate, all of which is in the end in the interest of society, so a relationship is formed between the student and the teacher and the focus of which is the pedagogical interaction based on respect, care and exhortation to convey knowledge and abilities, whether by the student or the teacher. The current paper aims to formulate a vision for E-learning according to the perspective of training engineering planning (components, programs, financial capacity, implementation, follow-up, results and questionnaire) with pedagogical support based on the consistency of roles between the student and the teacher from the scientific and psychological point of view, and the psychological component is a fundamental factor in the success of Educational process.
