The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational learning on company performance which is mediated by organizational competence. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were 75 respondents, each of whom worked for 3 MSMEs in the city of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique is carried out with two main parts, namely the measurement model and the structural model. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 5.176; 2) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 4.786; 3) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 5.387; 4) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 3.175; and 5) Organizational Competency does not directly affect the Company's Performance with a t-statistic value of 1.571.

<p>PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.<br />The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.</p>

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

The purpose of this article was to study the effects of reversal of school rules and student participation in scout extracurricular activities on the learning discipline of high school accreditation A students in the city of Padang. This type of research was associative descriptive. The population in this study were 5340 respondents from Private an Accreditation Private Schools in Padang. The sampling technique was a two-stage cluster random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique in collecting data was the form of a questionnaire. The instrument testing used a validity and reliability test. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of student compliance with school rules with student learning discipline (2) there is no relation between student’s participation in scout on the learning discipline (3) Student participation in scout extracurricular influences compliance with school regulations.Keywords: obedience to school rules, scout extracurricular, learning discipline

The purpose of this study was to identify the existing agricultural logistics system in Manado Harbor. This research was conducted at Manado Port as the starting point and end point. The research conducted from February to May 2017. This research used primary and secondary data. Primary data is collected with a list of questions that have been prepared for Head of Port Authority Unit of Manado City Transportation Department. Secondary data are obtained, among others, from the Office of Transportation and Marine Guard Unity. Sampling was conducted using Snowball Sampling Technique. The variables that will be measured in the research of this result are: What agricultural logistics goods are held in the Port, How to store goods in Manado Port warehouse, What transportation is used for shipping agricultural logistics, How to distribution of agricultural logistics goods, How to service delivery, What is the distance between islands (km). This research uses descriptive analysis that is to identify inter-island agricultural logistic system from Manado port and map agricultural logistic system in Manado Port. The results show that the existing logistics system in Manado Harbor has decreased not too drastically and the increase is very drastic in the year 2015. And passenger flow in the year 2011-2013 is still normal, but in 2014 and 2015 experienced a drastic increase due to passengers who soaring in that year. Logistics system in Port Manado also can be categorized pretty good because the data collection is good but still not specified agricultural goods are loaded, and for the equipment can be said to be good seen in terms of Port Manado which is still included in the category of Passenger Port, ships anchored in the Port of Manado is quite a lot and will be added over time, due to the soaring passengers between islands and goods brought. And in terms of facilities for passengers Manado Port has been very good, because the construction of infrastructure for passengers is being carried out at the time of research and development results are already visible at the time this study is completed.

Ubud traditional village is a tourist area which is located in Gianyar regency. If the tourist want know the culture of Bali they must come to Ubud. However, many issues and problems arise associated with security and  tourists comfortness. Based on it, this research was conducted to analyze the Local Community Efforts in Maintaining Security and Tourists Comfortness in Ubud Traditional Village.The method used in this research is a research method with qualitative descriptive analysis technique to analyze the efforts and actions of local communities. Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique using in-depth interviews, observation and study of literatures. Determination of informants from local communities in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study is limited by the analysis of the social action theories and coordination systems. The results of this research obtained that local community efforts in maintaining security is the assignment of trepti unit who participate in keeping any tourism activities..

The aim of this study is to examine the mediating role of innovation on the relationship of organizational learning to company performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses an explanatory approach. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to managers of the company's business units in the industrial area of PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. The sample in this study was 205, which was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square approach. The results of the study indicate that innovation can mediate the influence of organizational learning on company performance.

This research has purpose to find out participation of susuripen farmer group’s member in the wailan sub district, north tomohon district, tomohon city. This research been carried out for three months, from April 2016 to June 2016, start from preparation until the prepration of reports. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interview to the respodents with using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from government agencies which related to the location. Sampling technique used census method with the total of Susuripen farmer groups member is 20 people been interviewed with the questionnaires. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis and also likert scale, with level 1 (less active), 2 (active), 3 (very active). This research found based on the analysis using likert scale, that total index of member participation in the Susuripen farmer groups in decision making phase which cover the activeness in the meeting attendance and activeness in the giving opininon. Member participation in the realization activity which covers, activeness in the rice paddy cultivation, activeness in the Horticulture cultivation, activeness in the rice paddy harvest and post-harvest, activeness in the agricultural extension attendance, activeness in the mandatory contribution. Member participation in the evaluation phase which covers involvement in monitoring groups’ activity, involvement in calculating agribusiness outputs. With 79,8 categorized high. Further analysis shows that the member participation level in Susuripen farmer groups with score 479 from presumption that highest score is 600 and lowest score 200. Suggestion in this research based on the summary for the government or locals is motivate member participation in Susuripen farmer groups in the Wailan sub district, north Tomohon district, Tomohon city because that is the main key and main business in the food security development.

Farmers' household income is an indicator of the level of prosperity by looking at the amount of expenses and family expenses. Mango production, which has increased every year, needs to be assessed according to the level of household poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the household level of mango farmers in Situbondo Regency. The research location was determined purposively in the Makmur Jaya I Farmers Group, Jangkar District, Situbondo Regency. Population and sample with saturated sampling technique with a population as well as a sample of 25 respondents. Data were collected through primary data (direct interviews using a questionnaire) and secondary data from related agencies and literature related to this study. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis which was measured using Sajogyo's poverty theory. The prosperity level of the members of the Makmur Jaya I Farmer Group is in the decent living category of 64% and the moderate category of 36%. None of the mango farmers in this group are below the poverty line.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, training and motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The variables in this study consisted of endogenous and exogenous. The data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. The type of questionnaire used is a closed questionnaire that uses an ordinal type of measurement scale (Likert scale). The population in this study were employees of the Bandung Institute of Technology's School of Business and Management, amounting to 198 people, while the number of samples to be taken was 140. Testing of research data using validity test, reliability test, measurement model test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology; 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology; and 3) Motivation has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance at the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology.
