The study aimed to conduct a cost-value analysis of the production process of a newly introduced batch of external doors in the context of value-added creation and to identify redundant processes that do not create added value and for which appropriate corrective actions could contribute to their elimination. The result of applying improvement actions following the lean management concept was the optimization time nationalized analyzed by eliminating, among others, operations related to unnecessary transport and storage of products. In addition, the optimization production process impacted both shortening the process implementation time and reducing the costs of its implementation. Further activities will be related to the use of the presented methodology to analyze the processes implemented in the company in order to increase their efficiency.

AbstractDesigning and proper implementation of effective processes and providing the customer with high quality products undoubtedly determines the stable position on the market. The aim of the study was to analyse the cost and value of the technological process of doors in the context of creating added value and to identify unnecessary processes (not creating added value) in relation to which appropriate corrective actions could contribute to their elimination. Thanks to the application of remedial measures, consistent with the lean manufacturing concept, the study eliminated, among other things, operations related to unnecessary transport and storage of products, which resulted in both the reduction of time and costs of process implementation.

ABSTRACTAgroindustry is an agriculture based industry that has an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. One of the agricultural subsector is horticultural crops, namely onion. The need for onion consumption in Indonesia has always increased. In the Bengkulu city there is a company engaged in the industry of fried onions are "UD. Safari Bawang Goreng". This research is done with consideration of the company has long standing, big enough company, and produce about 336 kg/day. Fried onions are processed products that are processed from the main source of raw material is onion. The processed onion comes from Brebes Java. To know the process can be done by the method of observation, and participation. Processed red onion products produce added value that can be analyzed by Hayami method. The process of onion processing into fried onions consists of several stages, namely the provision of raw materials, onion gaebage, sorting, slicing onion, affixing onion with flour, frying, pressing, packaging. The process of onion treatment into fried onions is called value added. The added value obtained in this study amounted to Rp 9549.65 / Kg BB.Keywords: Fried Onion, Hayami Method, Added Value.

The purpose of this study was to calculate the financial analysis of seaweed cultivation operation and count the number of value-added processing karaginan flour mill in the District of Southeast Maluku Regency Kei Kecil. The method used in this study is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Determination of the location of the study was conducted purposively with its population was seaweed farmers from ten villages in Kei Kecil as the villages of seaweed production centers. The method of analysis used is the operation analysis of financial and added value analysis method Hayami. The results showed that the cultivation of seaweed and flour mills karaginan feasible to develop. The ratio of added value of 9.05% and in 1997 Hubeis magnitude of the ratio of value added is calculated in accordance with the criteria of low added value ratio <15%.Keywords: Financial Analysis, Added-value, Seaweed, Flour Caragenan

ABSTRACT The research conducted in home industry “Kanaan” in Tuak Daun Merah District of Oebobo Sub-district in Kupang City in July 2019 aims to the amount of revenue, cost of production, profit and loss reports and value added of the maize processing business in the “Kanaan” Home Industry. The determination of the research area was intentionally carried out (Purposive) and the research method used was the case study method. Primary data was collected through interviews, the collected data was analyzed descriptively, followed by an analysis of revenue, profit and loss account using the full-cost method and added value analysis. The results showed that the Kanaan home industry achieved an income of in July 2019 from each unit of production of 350 gr spicy fried corn in the amount of Rp27,300,000, - for 25 gr spicy fried corn in the amount of Rp23,520,000, while the balado fried corn in size 25 gr in the amount of Rp 11,760,000, - and for the profit of fried corn in the Canaan Home Industry in July 2019, namely 350 grams of spicy fried corn in the amount of Rp 17,174,226,- on the other hand25 grams of spicy fried corn in the amount of Rp 13,094,372, while the fried corn balado size of 25 gr amount to Rp5,684,699, - of processed corn products. The added value in July 2019 was Rp 13.242,-/kg with an added value of 51% for large-packed of spicy fried maize, an added value for small-packed of spicy fried maize was Rp 9,657-/kg with the added-value ratio of 43.11%, while the added value for small packaged of balado fried maize was Rp 8.857,-/kg with an added value ratio of 39.58%.

The development of cocoa as an export commodity has become an important issue in the global trade sector, where cocoa is one of the export commodities.  The implementation of a sustainable certification program with fermentation processing is very important, this is because consumers' demands are increasingly critical, especially in the aspects of quality, health and product safety to how the product can be socially beneficial and not cause negative impacts on the environment. The study was conducted on sustainable certification cocoa farmers in Jembrana Regency.  Determination of respondents carried out intentionally (purposive sampling) as many as 40 respondents did cocoa fermentation and as many as 30 respondents who did not ferment cocoa taken by survey methods.  Data analysis techniques using different test analysis and value added analysis using the Hayami method.  The results showed that the income of cocoa farmers experienced a significant increase in the fermentation and non-fermentation processing.  The fermentation production process with an output of 118 kg gets a profit of Rp. 8.911,- with a percentage or level of profit of 39,27 percent of the output value of Rp. 20.911, so from the calculation of profit margins in the cocoa fermentation process the net profit received by farmers is Rp.  8.065,- per production process.  Based on the analysis of farmer's income and analysis of added value of cocoa fermentation shows that there is an increase in farmer's income and there is added value obtained by farmers who carry out cocoa fermentation, it provides benefits for cocoa farmers in Jembrana District in addition to increasing income, cocoa added value, and can maintain quality  cocoa. It is expected that farmers who participate in certification will conduct fermentation processing to maintain the quality of cocoa beans and increase income, it is necessary to support from local and provincial governments as well as other parties as a steakholder providing technical guidance to cocoa farmers.

Agroindustry is an activity of processing agricultural products to be semi-product or product that has economic value. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of entrepreneurs and agroindustry business profiles of lempuk durian, the use of raw materials, supporting materials, labor, processing technology, and production processes of lempuk durian, the poduction costs, income, efficiency and added value of lempuk durian, and marketing of durian products. The study used survey methods located in Selatbaru Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. A total of 4 craffsmen was selected as respondents by the census.  The data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results showed that the lempuk durian craffsman averaged 47 years old, 12 years old education, 14 years of business experience, and 5 person of family member.  Agroindustry profile of lempuk durian was a small-scale industry category. The use of raw materials consisted of durian meat and supporting materials such as sugar, firewood, plastic packing, bunch, string, label, isolation, solar, and gas cylinders. The average use of fixed costs was IDR 1,968,633 per production process, production costs was IDR 15,886,133 per production process, gross income was IDR 26,937,500 per production process and net income was IDR 11,051,367 per production process and RCR value was 1.70 with value-added IDR 51,016. The marketing of lempuk durian had two marketing channels.

Crowdfunding (CF) is considered to be an innovative source of funding, and research into its effects on CF participants is being conducted from many different angles. In our article, we propose a qualitative analysis of CF’s impact on creating added value for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper is a conceptual study based on the theory of value co-creation, the Norton–Kaplan value model, and the concept of economic value added (EVA) to identify the areas (perspectives) of business activity where crowdfunding may stimulate the growth of company value. Based on the map of co-relations in crowdfunding that we have created, we propose a new model of crowdfunding value analysis from the entrepreneur’s point of view. Our research demonstrates that crowdfunding not only presents an alternative financing option, but also affects all perspectives relevant to value creation. As compared to the existing literature, this analysis is the most comprehensive take on the importance of crowdfunding for increasing the value of small and medium enterprises to date, thus offering a material contribution to the fuller understanding of crowdfunding from the financial standpoint, as well as pointing to the importance of crowdfunding as a financing method influencing sustainable decision-making by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The added value of the study is the proposed method of analysing the impact of CF on the value of enterprises by using the Norton–Kaplan model and EVA.

This study aimed to analyze the raw material procurement system based on six components, the performance and the added value of the palm sago agro-industry in Natar subdistrict of South Lampung Regency. The research was a case study in which location was chosen purposively in four Sago Aren Agroindustries by considerating that there were only four agro-industries that were still actively producing sugar palm sago in that area. The reseach data collection was conducted in March - April 2018 and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive and added value analysis. The results showed that the six components of raw material procurement namely time, place, quality, organization, quantity, and price in Sago Aren of Adi Putra, Oblak, and Surahmat Agroindustries were appropriate because they have been in line with expectations. There was still a component of material procurement standards that have not been matched or did not in line with the expectation in Kartim Agroindustry namely quantity. Production performance in the Sago Aren Agroindustries could be classified as good, because four of the five indicators in production performance namely productivity, capacity, quality, and speed of delivery were appropriate, while indicators of flexibility in the four sago palm agroindustry was not optimal, and the four sago palm agroindustry was feasible because it provided positive added value. Key words: sagu aren, performance, value added

The purpose of this research were to : (1) To know the cost and income of processing mengkudu become morinda juice in Regency OKU East, (2) To know value added of processing mengkudu become sari morinda in Regency OKU East, (3) To know feasibility of processing Mengkudu become morinda juice in Kabpaten OKU East. This research was conducted in Srikaton Village, Buay Madang Timur District, East OKU Regency. This research was conducted in April - May 2015 with the method of case study conducted directly to one farmer who do the making of noni juice in Srikaton Village. This study found that the cost of processing production to morindan mengkuduku morindan in Srikaton Village Buay Madang District East OKU Regency is Rp 351.500 / production process. While the income of Rp 898,500 / production process, the amount of added value obtained from the production value minus the cost between Rp 991.500 / production process and processing mengkudu become morinda juice deserve to be developed dengang NPV criteria present value of home industry juice morinda at an interest rate of 18% Rp 4.715.86 at the highest interest rate ie 36% of Rp -260.924maka value of NPV> 0 feasible business to dilanjutka. The value of Net B / C at the value of NPV that has been discount factor on the home industry business extract of morinda obtained at 1.30 and IRR of 35%.

The value-added analysis is one of the most important investors instruments in determining the type and level of technology that will be used in the production process. The Food products added-value analysis of food products calculate the product added value due to the addition of technology types and or levels in the food processing process. The value-added analysis method used to analyze fresh edamame in this research was Hayami and Kawagoe. Edamame post-harvest processing is an important critical point in the production of fresh edamame. Abiotic contamination, presence of pesticide residues, vitamin C oxidation,  food fiber ingredients, sensory value, and color stability in post-harvest handling are some of the quality criteria that are important to be met. This research aim was to compare the fresh edamame value-added products handling using ozonated water technology with chlorine disinfection that has previously been used. Based on the research results, the added value of edamame minimal processing with ozone was  145 IDR/kg higher than chlorine processing. The addition of 45 IDR/kg as ozone technology effort investment in the edamame minimal processing has increased the edamame value-added ratio by 0.19%.
