The features of calculating the thickness of the layers of bimetallic powder products without holes and the type of bushings are shown. The effect of the particle size distribution of the powders, the kinematic and geometric parameters of the loading devices and molds on the mechanism of the expiration of the powder mixture and on the thickness of the layers of the molded product is studied. A technique has been developed for determining the dimensions of the feeder cassette and tooling, depending on the overall dimensions and thicknesses of the working layers, in the production of whole-pressed bimetallic products on press machines with a vertical arrangement of layers. It was found that the thickness of each layer of bimetallic products depends on the geometric parameters of the feeder cassette and tooling, bulk density, particle size distribution and other characteristics of the powders, as well as on the speed of lowering the lower punch ν1 .

Barium hexaferrite BaFe12O19 single crystals hexagonal shaped and sizes of up to 5 mm were grown from barium borate flux. The electro physical parameters of grinded crystals were investigated following the open-ended methodology, using Speag DAK system. Thebtained Debye characteristic for permittivity confirmed the theoretical expectations. The presented results show the specific behavior of the target value in terms of causal models for metal powder materials.

Abstract The paper presents how is processed the data resulted from application of pulsed optical superficial treatments on surfaces of materials made of metal powders. The parameters of the electrotechnological regime work are variable in the experimental program, namely the distance between the axis focal energy sources and surfaces play, the number of energy pulses applied to the voltage pulse of optical radiation, which causes a statistical analysis more complex, after which it will precise drawing lessons that will lead to a calculation microhardness model in the superificial layer of material.

This article analyses foreign articles on the influence of the frequency of use on the level of impurities, technological characteristics of the powder in the SLM (DMLS) process and on the mechanical properties of the synthesized materials. A solution to the problem of developing a universal calculation method for evaluating degradation in the SLM process of recycled metal powder materials has been proposed. The algorithm includes the automatic correlation of the contamination factors with the corresponding exposure mode elements of each type of cross-section (contour, upskin, downskin, core) during measurement of the longitude of the laser path or the exposure duration of all elements that form the cross-section of a part.
