Pyrolysis of waste plastics is one of the routes used for waste minimization, which has been gaining interest in recent years as a feedstock method. In this work, the two universal problems: plastics waste and fuel shortage have been addressed simultaneously. The process of converting PP and PE plastics waste in Libya into fuel and chemicals was overviewed. Data concerning Plastic Industry in Libya was collected to which some projection of the future production rate and waste rate has been estimated. Keywords: Plastic waste; recycling of polymers; waste management.

Abstract-The development of a plastic waste recycling model in the reverse logistics network system is based on the current plastic waste management business activities in Indonesia (in this case the Bekasi and surrounding areas), which is strengthened by some literature on the same business activities in several other countries, such as India. The reverse logistics system in Indonesia is currently one of the best alternatives that can be considered in reducing the limitations of raw material resources. In addition, reverse logistics is proven to provide economic value for business people, then environmental issues become one of the strongest motivations in conducting reverse logistics business. This study aims to develop a model of plastic waste recycling in Indonesia, specifically plastic waste of the compound type LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) in the reverse logistics network system and to determine the distribution and transportation network system related to business management activities the plastic garbage. The development of this model can be developed based on empirical data in observing the behavior and characteristics of model variables. The results of the model can produce the total cost of a reverse logistics system in managing plastic waste in Bekasi and its surroundings at Rp. 196,220,250Abstrak-Pengembangan model daur ulang sampah plastik dalam sistem jaringan reverse logistics didasarkan pada aktivitas bisnis pengelolaan sampah plastik di Indonesia (dalam hal ini wilayah Bekasi dan sekitarnya) saat ini, yang diperkuat dengan beberapa literatur mengenai aktivitas bisnis yang sama di beberapa negara lain, seperti India.

Global plastic waste is increasing rapidly. In general, densely populated regions generate tons of plastic waste daily, which is sometimes disposed of on land or diverged to sea. Most of the plastics created in the form of waste have complex degradation behavior and are non-biodegradable by nature. These remain intact in the environment for a long time span and potentially originate complications within terrestrial and marine life ecosystems. The strategic management of plastic waste and recycling can preserve environmental species and associated costs. The key contribution in this work focuses on ongoing efforts to utilize plastic waste by introducing blockchain during plastic waste recycling. It is proposed that the efficiency of plastic recycling can be improved enormously by using the blockchain phenomenon. Automation for the segregation and collection of plastic waste can effectively establish a globally recognizable tool using blockchain-based applications. Collection and sorting of plastic recycling are feasible by keeping track of plastic with unique codes or digital badges throughout the supply chain. This approach can support a collaborative digital consortium for efficient plastic waste management, which can bring together multiple stakeholders, plastic manufacturers, government entities, retailers, suppliers, waste collectors, and recyclers.

Nowadays, pollution problem is very acute all over the world. Significant reduction of negative impact of pollutants on humans and the environment, as well as the improvement of a number of environmental and economic indicators can be ensured by the achievement by the countries of a proper level of development in the waste recycling issue. Within the framework of this article, the problems of plastic waste processing and the introduction of innovative solutions for their disposal and recycling are considered. The research aims to study the innovative ways of plastic waste recycling and assess the feasibility of their use in the textile industry. In the course of the study, the experience of introducing innovative environmentally-oriented technologies for plastic waste recycling was studied, the main approaches and strategies for introducing environmental innovations, as well as priority areas of environmentally oriented innovations in production, were considered. The main result of the study includes reasonable proposals for the implementation of plastic waste recycling technology in the production of textiles.

The research aims to increase people's creativity in managing plastic waste into goods that have economic value. This research raises the issue of tackling plastic waste in Lumajang Regency. The object of this research was conducted in Pasrujambe District, Lumajang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study model. Data collection in this study used two ways, namely interviews and observations. Furthermore, after the data was collected from the informants, analysis was carried out. The results of this study indicate that the Pasrujambe community consisting of PKK, Gerbangmas and PKK Friends enthusiastically participated in the training stages. Starting from plastic waste creation training, marketing training through social media to simple accounting training. The results of this training the community can make, among others, bags, plastic drinking containers, flowers, pencil cases, vases and so on. In addition, the community has also been able to market these products through FB, WA and Instagram and the community has also benefited from the plastic waste creation products they make.
