The world is currently going through a disastrous event and a catastrophic upheaval caused by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The pandemic has resulted in loss of more than 150000 deaths across the globe. Originating from China and spreading across all continents within a short span of time, it has become a matter of international emergency. Different agencies are adopting diverse approaches to stop and spread of this viral disease but still now nothing confirmatory has come up. Due to lack of vaccines and proper therapeutic drugs, the disease is still spreading like wild fire without control. An Old but very promising method- the convalescent plasma therapy could be the key therapy to stop this pandemic. This method has already proven its mettle on several occasions previously and has been found to be effective in curing the pandemics induced by Ebola, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) belongs to the same group of β-Coronavirus that has resulted in the above diseases. Therefore, the role of plasma therapy is being explored for treatment of this disease. In this review, we have mainly focused on the role of convalescent plasma therapy and why its use should be promoted in fight against COVID-19, as it could turn out to be a game changer.

With the flagship success of M-Pesa, mobile devices have become an important tool to facilitate the financial inclusion of the previously unbanked population in developing countries. Following the success of M-Pesa in Kenya in 2007, mobile money technologies became widespread across Africa. Beginning in 2009, Ghana experienced exceptional adoption of Mobile Money technology. Many studies have examined the influence of mobile money on financial inclusion from a variety of perspectives, and many have concluded that mobile money is a game-changer in this regard. The Mobile Money concept has evolved based on introducing the other value-added services such as microloans, savings, and insurance portfolios. The researcher used a questionnaire and a face-to-face interview to obtain qualitative data for this study. Together with other research, the statistics revealed that Mobile Money transactions in Ghana had more than tripled since it became the most popular payment method. Over the last year, the platform as a service has created over 140,000 jobs and has shown to be the safest channel. It has several advantages, including lowering the cost of printing and keeping cash on hand, as well as decreasing fraud because the technology underlying it gives appropriate audit trails to prevent fraud and boost economic growth.

Ethics in business is a very important issue now, predominantly because of more and more scams getting exposed. Though, it is vital to understand in every province of management, the significance of ethics. The remarkable progress in the arena of market communications demands an investigation into consumers’ perception of ethics in corporate communications. There is a growing progress among academicians and professionals to study the relationship between ethics and sustainability and its impact on corporate communication. Indian Marketers and MNCs effective in India underway realized the significance of ethics and CSR in marketing communication and their role in the business which is capable of taking care of the society’s interest at the same time optimizing the profit of their organizations. This Paper while explaining the importance of ethics in marketing communication to put the businesses on sustainable path attempts to highlight the role played by ASCI (Advertising standard council of India), the self regulatory organisation for advertising content. This paper also gives some case studies which ensure the fact that companies whose marketing communication policies are not ethical are forced to withdraw their advertisement or have been asked to modify that by our regulatory authority of India ASCI (Advertising standard council of India). The lesson learnt from these cases is that ethics has to be nurtured in the marketing communication policies of the companies and is considered to be a sustainable strategy and game changer for Indian corporations.

Hedyotis corymbosa is one of weedy herb belonging to Rubiaceae family. It has been studied and used as a traditional medicine for the treatment of snakebite, antihepatotoxic and cancer. Notably, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid, compounds presented high biological activity in H. Corymbosa, were reported having anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant and inhibited the growth of cancer cells. In the present study, fragments of stems containing an axillary bud are cultured on MS½ medium supplemented with 1 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L IAA is the best condition which gives the highest number of shoot formation. The shoots are come from the callus of cortex. In different culture conditions (increase the sucrose concentration in the medium culture, increase the light intensity, supplemented with 3 % PEG), shoots grow up strongly under 7,500 lx light intensity, especially in this culture condition the respiratory rate and the concentration of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid are the highest. The respiratory changes and the role of endogenous hormones in the shoot regeneration and the response of shoots in different culture conditions have been analyzed and discussed.

The metabolic syndrome is the cause of death around the world caused by diabetic mellitus. Binahong leaf is a kind of plant that is widely used to treat various diseases. This study aims to investigate the inhibitory activity of binahong leaves compound in inhibiting the aldose reductase which has role of converting glucose into sorbitol by docking simulation. The compound of binahong leaves consists of ursolic acid, vitexin, and oleonolic acid (ligand testing). These compound were taken from PubChem site, while aldose reductase enzyme (receptor) was obtained from the world protein bank with PDB 2HV5 code. This study incorporated in silica technique by using Auto dock vina software, Discovery Studio and Ligplot as visualization. The result of grid box optimization by redocking comparative ligand was 0.7Å RMSD. The docking result showed that the free Gibbs energy (∆G) of aldose reductase was (-11.7), Vitexin (-8.3), Ursolic acid (-7.7) and Oleonolic acid (-8.6). These value suggested that there was a stable inhibition reaction from the binahong leaves compound and the comparative ligand. Based on the Lipinski Rule, the composition of binahong leaves compound meets the Lipinski Rule criteria which means this medicine can be used orally except for vitexin and comparative ligands of zopolrestate which exceed the number of the atom.
