Building energy consumption prediction plays an important role in realizing building energy conservation control. Limited by some external factors such as temperature, there are some problems in practical applications, such as complex operation and low prediction accuracy. Aiming at the problem of low prediction accuracy caused by poor timing of existing building energy consumption prediction methods, a building energy consumption prediction and analysis method based on the deep learning network is proposed in this paper. Before establishing the energy consumption prediction model, the building energy consumption data source is preprocessed and analyzed. Then, based on the Keras deep learning framework, an improved long short-term memory (ILSTM) prediction model is built to support the accurate analysis of the whole cycle of the prediction network. At the same time, the adaptive moment (Adam) estimation algorithm is used to update and optimize the weight parameters of the model to realize the adaptive and rapid update and matching of network parameters. The simulation experiment is based on the actual dataset collected by a university in Southwest China. The experimental results show that the evaluation indexes MAE and RMSE of the proposed method are 0.015 and 0.109, respectively, which are better than the comparison method. The simulation experiment proves that the proposed method is feasible.

As the typical particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composite, SiCp/Al composite has low density, high elastic modulus and high thermal conductivity, and is one of the most competitive metal matrix composites. Grinding is the main processing technique of SiCp/Al composite, energy consumption of the grinding process provides guidance for the energy saving, which is the aim of green manufacturing. In this paper, grinding experiments were designed and conducted to obtain the energy consumption of the grinding machine tool. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) BP neural network prediction model was applied in the energy consumption prediction model of SiCp/Al composite in grinding. It showed that the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) BP neural network prediction model has high prediction accuracy. The prediction model of energy consumption based on PSO-BP neural network is helpful in energy saving, which contributes to greening manufacturing.

Piercing manufacture of seamless tubes is the process that pierces solid blank into tube hollow. Piercing efficiency and energy consumption are the important indexes in the production of seamless tubes. Piercing process has the multivariate, nonlinear, cross-coupling characteristics. The complex factors that affect efficiency and consumption make it difficult to establish the mechanism models for optimization. Based on the production process, this paper divides the piercing process into three parts and proposes the piercing efficiency and energy consumption prediction models based on mean value staged KELM-PLS method. On the basis of mean value staged KELM-PLS prediction model, the minimum piercing energy consumption and maximum piercing efficiency are calculated by genetic optimization algorithm. Simulation and experiment prove that the optimization method based on the piercing efficiency and energy consumption prediction model can obtain the optimal process parameters effectively and also provide reliable evidences for practical production.
