In modern conditions the building can not only consume energy from the outside, but also produce its own. A new role has acquired such energy sources as the sun and wind. Energy saving in architecture follows from the requirements of regulatory documents and includes: the use of alternative energy sources, the installation of energy-saving equipment. Using examples of modern technologies, it is shown that along with energy savings, it is possible to create environmentally friendly and more interesting architectural images. The basics of the formation in the architecture of energy-efficient spaces, methods and techniques of using the energy of the future in the architecture of Kazakhstan are studied.

The article considers the creation of systematic graphically-interpreted models for matrix analysis of energy saving measures in the design of residential energy efficient and passive buildings, reconstruction of residential and historical buildings and the creation of energy-active architectural objects using alternative energy sources. Energy-efficient design of new buildings and modernization of old ones remains an urgent task. Ukraine's construction organizations are increasingly interested in reducing energy consumption and introducing energy-saving technologies. Scientists are trying to make housing more energy efficient, namely, consuming less energy compared to ordinary buildings and not polluting the environment. Increasing the level of energy supply and reducing the individual costs of servicing the house will allow solving the problem of creating graphically interpreted models of energy efficiency of the building and energy costs. The analysis is based on a combination of active and passive energy conservation measures and takes into account possible limitations based on a system approach in the construction of an integrated model of an energy active building. The analysis is based on a combination of active and passive energy saving measures and takes into account possible limitations based on a systematic approach by creation a comprehensive model of an energy-active building.

In Poland, domestic hot water is heated mainly using fossil fuel energy sources. Such an approach results in the depletion of natural resources, pollution of the atmosphere and, consequently, irreversible changes to the climate. In response to this problem, this research identified the factors that most determine energy savings for heating water in residential buildings, as well as those that affect the choice of an alternative energy source. Additionally, the possibility of implementing shower heat exchangers in existing and newly built residential buildings was assessed, as well as society’s willingness to use such devices. The research was carried out on a sample of 462 inhabitants of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (Poland). A questionnaire survey was used as a tool. The conducted research has shown that the perspective of environmental protection is not a sufficient motivator to save energy for heating domestic hot water. It is necessary to implement appropriate programs aimed at informing the public about the possibilities offered by the use of alternative energy sources and co-financing the purchase of appropriate devices. In the case of drain water heat recovery systems, a significant problem is also the need to develop new, highly effective designs of shower heat exchangers which can be installed under the floor linear shower drain or on the horizontal shower waste pipe.

The article deals with the features of innovative projects launch of the energy saving on the enterprises of Ukraine, the necessity of research of essence and specific of introduction of such projects is substantiated concerning the energy-savings on enterprises, their place in the system of economic relations is examined. Foreign experience of market of innovative projects introduction of the energy-saving is investigated, that is one of the basic component elements of effective competition which is beneficial in innovative activity of enterprises, which means the launch of innovative developments, new technologies, knowledge, information. The basic most effective districting over of territory of Ukraine is demonstrated, where realization of innovative projects of the energy efficiency introduction and energy-savings of sunny power stations and surface windy power stations is carried out. Considerable technically accessible potential of power mediums production of redintegrated energy and alternative types of fuel sources in Ukraine is revealed. The basic barriers over introduction of innovative projects in the market of energy-savings are shown, in particular: limited access to technologies and innovations, high cost of services in energy efficiency, lack of skilled specialists, sub-zero quality of suggestion of services in energy efficiency in the market etc. Attention is focused on using of project management for realization of innovative projects, as a basic tool of management, in particular to the energy management and energy audit, and their basic tasks on an enterprise are given. The basic strategic constituents regarding the development of fuel and energy complex of Ukraine and its competitiveness are pointed out, as well the use of alternative energy sources on a period to 2035, that is mentioned in operating Power strategy «Safety, energy efficiency, competitiveness». The mechanism of electric power production stimulation of iterated sources in Ukraine is demonstrated which means the «Green» price for the subjects of managing that produce power from the solar and wind energy.

Energy saving techniques including the use of alternative energy sources become more and more popular. One of the alternative energy sources is wind. Wind turbines are highly relevant in the areas of wind (such as coasts). This paper proposes a method of increasing the power of wind turbine due to architectural solutions such as streamlining facade by the example of the school. The calculations of the real increase in wind speed and power of the selected wind turbine have been promoted. The payback period graphs of the unit have been discovered in two variants (with changing the façade and without changing the facade). The economic impact has been analyzed. It has been concluded that the proposed scheme is profitable.

In the architecture design is indispensable to extend the technology and materials, environmentally friendly, energy saving or energy capable (clean, no fumes) produce. The solution appears to be a combination of natural construction materials - primarily wood for timber constructions, wood products as a sustainable material and the use of alternative energy sources, in the building industry (addition to other) mainly photovoltaic (PV) installations. One of possibility for building industry appears to be use of natural construction materials - primarily the use of wood and wood products (as a sustainable material) for build a timber constructions and simultaneously the use of alternative energy sources (in building industry addition to other) mainly photovoltaic installations. The article refers to the possibilities of integration of PV systems in architecture in their various forms of application into the roofs and facades.

Ecology and environmental protection have been discussed more and more in the last few years. This trend was also affected by the construction and architecture department. Concepts such as green building, environmentally friendly materials, alternative energy sources and energy-efficient construction systems of buildings are depressed. All of this comes under the name "Green Buildings". Wood-based construction and material solutions are a response to these trends. Investors and users are gradually starting to think more environmentally friendly and therefore many times also make decisions for wood-based constructions. There are several systems that fall into the category of so-called crushed buildings. The aim of this work is to provide a look at the "greener" options offered in the construction industry with an emphasis on their energy and thermal characteristics. The subject of the research was selected structural parts of timber-based buildings applied to model constructions by means of which selected thermal-technical characteristics were evaluated. This work points out the differences between the compared design variants of wooden buildings in terms of their ability to effectively save energy sources for heating inserted during the operation of wood-based buildings.

Energy conservation is a key focus of the green economy. The correct energy conservation policy of a country can significantly increase its competitiveness of the national economy. The aim of the article is a meaningful definition of the energy saving process, a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the social component of the effectiveness of the transition to alternative energy sources. Objective: study of one of the promising measures of energy conservation policy - attracting renewable energy sources in economic activity. General scientific methods are used: system analysis - to determine the features of the development of energy saving in Ukraine, comparative analysis to formalize the cause-effect relationships of the studied factors of the influence of renewable energy sources on the country's economic activity. It is determined that energy saving should be understood as the process of ensuring the rational use of energy resources in economic activity with minimizing environmental damage through the implementation of a set of measures (regulatory, scientific, practical, financial, economic, organizational, technical, informational, educational and innovative). The classification of measures in the field of energy conservation is systematized. In order to stimulate the development of "green" energy in the regions, the need is substantiated, together with the calculation of economic and environmental effects, to assess the social effect of the introduction of alternative energy. Conclusions: the proposed approach for calculating the social effect of the use of renewable energy sources is based on qualitative and quantitative characteristics that affect social changes in society during the transition to renewable energy sources. The proposed formula for assessing the social effect is of significant economic importance and can be used to justify the effectiveness of the development of renewable energy.
