With the continuous development of various modern information technologies, Chinese economic and social development has entered a brand new stage. The local government governance capabilities must be continuously improved to adapt to the new requirements of the new stage, which requires the active application of modern information technology to promote the construction of government governance capabilities. Based on this, this article discusses the improvement strategy of government governance in the information age. Combining the current shortcomings in the construction of government governance capacity in some regions, this paper discusses relevant suggestions on how to improve government governance capacity based on informatization methods from various aspects, hoping to provide reference for related work in the future.

The Impact

The collection and analytical work of modern intelligence services faces numerous challenges because the environment in which the services operate is characterized by the need for rapid data collection, analysis and decision-making, almost in real time. When we consider security work, the growing dependence on modern information technology makes the information structure of services sensitive and "vulnerable" to information attacks. Also, the application of information operations as a form of performing secret actions has been updated. Information technology has also changed the relationship between the service and users, introduced the possibility of applying the "pull" architecture for obtaining information, which, in addition to the good sides, also brings certain challenges. Due to all the above, the intelligence services are adapting to the technological, organizational and cultural changes brought about by the information revolution. The paper reviews the challenges in the work of modern intelligence services, primarily from the aspect of the impact of mass application of modern information technology on operational and analytical work, as well as the application of secret actions in the work of services. The aim of this paper is to point out the numerous challenges that the information revolution brings to modern intelligence services. A comparative analysis of the presented research material leads to the conclusion that the services encounter new tasks and ways of functioning in all their activities, which ultimately raises the sensitive issue of their reform. The conclusion reached in this paper is that the reform of intelligence services in the "information age" is in any case necessary, but that its implementation should not be revolutionary, but must be carried out evolutionarily.

Urgency of the research. In the conditions of a short-age of local financial resources, financing of infrastructure projects is impossible without the development of the system of municipal lending. Target setting. An important condition for the devel-opment of the municipal lending system is the introduction of modern information technology in the process of interaction between local governments with potential lenders and investors. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of municipal lending, the market for municipal borrowing are considered in the scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars, in particular D. Bergstresser, O. P. Kyrylenko, А. V. Petrykiv, J. Reck, I. Z. Storonianska. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. However, in the context of e-government development, the low level of application of modern information technologies in the municipal lending market requires further research. The research objective. The purpose of the paper is to substantiate the need for the use of modern information technologies by local authorities and local governments in the system of municipal lending. The statement of basic materials. The article reveals the problems and necessity of introducing modern infor-mation technologies into the system of municipal lending. The use of local government and local government cloud technologies, systems of Internet-trading, creation of centers of information and financial technologies for expanding the boundaries of information interaction between all the participants of municipal lending is proposed. Conclusions. As a result of the introduction of infor-mation technologies into the system of municipal lending, the amount of funds will be increased to solve the financial problems of the development of the local economy.

The article deals with the structure of the modern information technology system used in the tourism industry. It is emphasized that the use of information technology in each separate segment of the tourism industry, such as hotels, ticket reservations, the creation of specialized tourist products, is interlinked with all others. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the using of modern information technologies in the tourism industry. It was established that the introduction of information technology in the tourism industry took place in four stages, from the creation of data, through the direct development of   information technologies , the development of strategic information systems and the integration of individual IT components      in a network of different levels, from local to global. It is revealed that the majority of tourist enterprises use both standard and special software in their activity. For tourism enterprises to carry out marketing activities successfully, the information market offers technologies aimed at the process of automating the accumulation of survey results, planning and developing a marketing strategy. One of the most important elements in the tourism industry is computer reservation systems, which eventually integrated into global booking systems. These systems provide not only transport services, but also hotel accommodation, cruise trips, location information, bus, rail and air connections, exchange rates, weather reports, etc., allowing one to reserve all major components of the tour. Tour operators use several classic approaches to building a reservation system. The features of the market of tourist services, the specific characteristics of the services themselves and the peculiarities of their perception by consumers determine the specifics of marketing in this area. The use of information technologies, in particular the Internet, enables businesspeople and marketers to explore new market opportunities for their travel services, to highlight and explore various market segments (geographic, demographic, professional, organizational, behavioural, etc.). Tracking relevant information can be used to predict the future development of consumer demand and identify new trends in the behaviour of existing and potential customers. The use of geoinformation systems opens up broad prospects for engineering justification and design of new tourist routes and recreational areas, the publication of thematic tourist maps and the creation of web atlases, etc. Thus, thanks to information technologies, a single tourist information space is created that allows all players in the tourist market to quickly receive real information.

Along with the rapid development of society and technology, modern information technology has been applied to almost every aspect of social production and social life. Purpose Through the case analysis of China’s digital library, the purpose of this paper is to make readers understand the development status, achievements and problems of China’s digital library. At the same time, it also enables readers to understand the common application forms of these modern information technologies in digital libraries, so as to provide a reference basis for the application of new technologies in other countries’ digital libraries. Design/methodology/approach On the basis of literature review, the authors have analyzed a conspicuous collection of related papers in order to make a comprehensive summary and elaboration on the present situation of modern information technology application in Chinese digital libraries. Findings This paper defines and analyses the concepts, contents and relationships of the three most important modern Big Data information technologies, and then completes the analysis of the current situation of the application of information technology in Chinese digital libraries. The block chain can achieve more accurate information collection, more secure information storage and more effective information dissemination. Artificial intelligence can improve the existing digital library service level in three aspects: resource construction, information organization and information service. Internet plus will help transform the traditional digital library business mode in order to adapt to the change of user-centered service. Originality/value This is among the first structured attempts of comprehensively and generally summarizing the application of modern information technology in Chinese digital libraries. It also contains an original exploration of the relationship between the main kinds of modern information technology. Based on this, a relatively complete application scenario and possible vision of modern information technology in digital library can be built.

Achieving and strengthening competitive advantage represents the key factor for survival and success of the modern businesses. It is a fact that successful implementation of Lean management leads to increased productivity and competence. However, in order to maintain profitability and business stability, it is necessary to support Lean concept, which can be provided, above all, by the application of modern information technology. In that sense, by applying the ERP system, it is possible to adapt basic Lean principles to the requirements of a modern environment characterized by constant change of demand and needs of the consumers/users. The main goal of the research is to examine the existing level of application of modern information technologies, as well as the level of attention paid to the integration of Lean concept and software solutions in enterprises in the Republic of Serbia. Theoretical aspect of the research is related to finding appropriate grounds for concluding on the basis of the existing literature. In this paper, research gaps and proposed further research directions have been identified. By applying the appropriate statistical tools (descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, correlation analysis) it was finally concluded that the enterprises which have substantially implemented the practice and principles of lean management are at the same time those who implement IT in their business, i.e. the information systems which support the implementation of lean practice.
