Cisomang bridge is one of the bridges connecting Jakarta and Bandung through Cikampek-Padalarang (Cipularang) Highway. The Road and Bridge's Research and Development Centre (PUSJATAN) presents data that on December 23rd, 2016 Pier P2 of Cipularang Highway is shifted for 57,02 cm. This movement is suspected occurred due to decreasing of clayshale's shear strength caused by Cisomang River's seepage. Pier P2 movement is indicating lateral displacement of Cisomang Bridges foundation for 22 m deep which dominates the total displacement when compared to its settlement. Accordingly, we study trough back analysis method for determining the impact of bore pile reinforcement to lateral displacement on clayshale using PLAXIS to simulate the behaviour of soil. This research proposes 35 m and 60 m depth bore pile to be a foundation reinforcement. Aside from its contribution on decreasing lateral displacement of existing foundation up to 33-68%, this reinforcement cuts the slip surface of Cipularang slope and increases its safety factor (SF) for 4,7-16%.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the impact of Janti Flyover Construction toward the growth of layout at Janti Urban Area, including structured space, open space, and linkage. Method used for data collecting are observation, air photograph monitoring, and interview, whereas the analysis method is qualitative description, which is the superimposed method of two layers, that are the layout condition before and after flyover construction. The result shows that the impact of Janti Flyover construction can be seen on building mass (solid), the increasing number of open spaces, including the road network, parking place, and park, whereas the relation between spaces, visually and structurally, can be seen on the growth of buildings which have new shapes and styles, therefore the performance of the overall building does not have a proportional shape. Considering Janti Street at the collective relation, its role is getting stronger as the main frame road network. Keywords: Flyover construction, layout changing, Janti AreaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan Jalan Layang Janti terhadap perkembangan tata ruang Kawasan Janti, meliputi ruang terbangun, ruang terbuka, serta hubungan antar ruang (“linkage”).

Abstract In the context of industrial transformation and green development, the strategic position of the alternative fuel vehicle industry has been continuously improved, and it has become a long-term key support object for China’s industrial policy. With the acceleration of the industrial development process, the market competition has intensified, and the phenomenon of insufficient enterprise research and development has gradually become serious. This paper uses the literature analysis method, the method of combining theory and practice, and the case analysis method. Take the alternative fuel vehicle emerging company NIO Inc. as a case to analyze the role of taxation policies in research and development (R&D) input and output, identify existing problems and make suggestions for improvement. This study can promote the development of China’s alternative fuel vehicle industry, adjust the relevant upstream and downstream industrial chains and the business structure of industry enterprises, and build an environmentally friendly society as soon as possible. It also has theoretical guiding significance for the overall construction and adjustment of China’s fiscal and taxation policies.

On the stability analysis of complex slope, the determination of rock-soil masses shear strength parameters is very important. It’s very necessary to use the back analysis method to verify experiment result of rock-soil masses parameters for the important slope engineering. Because the sensitivity of shear strength parameters to displacement parameters is very poor, so that we couldn’t get the satisfactory shear strength parameters result by traditional back analysis method. Aiming at the problems of traditional back analysis method, this paper puts forward a totally new method of back analysis, which is applicable to the shear strength parameters of rock-soil masses through the integration of complex variable differentiation method, optimization method and elastic-plasticity finite-element method. The method mathematically back calculates shear strength parameters of rock-soil masses on the basis of displacement of measuring point. The sample calculation result indicates that the method possesses high accuracy and searching efficiency, and is a method of back analysis of displacement deserving popularizing.

The creation of a road network can lead to the fragmentation and reduction of the connectivity of the ecological habitat. The study of urban ecological networks under threat from rapidly developing road networks is of great significance in understanding the changes in urban ecological processes and in constructing a reasonable ecological network. Spatial syntax is a linear space analysis method based on graph theory. Taking Wuhan city as an example and adopting spatial syntax to quantify road network threat factors, two resistance surfaces are established based on land use type assignment and overlapping road network threat factor assignment. The ecological environment under two scenarios is constructed by combining the MSPA (Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis) method and MCR (Minimal Cumulative Resistance) model to comprehensively evaluate the network. Results demonstrate that spatial syntax can effectively describe the spatial characteristics of the road network. The average resistance value of the study area increases by 15.94%, the length of corridor increases by 37.9 km, the energy consumption of biological and material exchanges increases, and the resistance increases. To a certain extent, the model reflects the impact of road network threats on ecological processes. The results are useful in identifying the impact of human activities on ecological processes and provide a reference point for the construction of urban ecological security patterns.

On 22 February 2018 landslide occurred in Pasir Panjang Village, Salem District, Brebes Regency of Central Java Province, Indonesia. About 8 people were died, 4 people were injured and several infrastructures were damaged due to this landslide. This research is carried out to understand geological-geotechnical condition and to study the initiation mechanism of the landslide. Field investigation and UAV mapping are carried out to detect slip surface and define slope geometry. The rainfall-induced pore-water pressure is estimated by using the Slope Infiltration Distributed Equilibrium (SLIDE) model. Then, limit equilibrium method is used to estimate the safety factor of the slope, while the shear strength parameters are determined by applying back analysis approach that compared with data from laboratory tests. The results show that landslide occurred in permeable layer of silty sand overlaid above impermeable andesitic breccia. Results from back analysis indicate that the shear strength parameters and rainfall intensity are strongly influence the stability of slope against landslide.

This paper studied the impact of differential settlement of foundation on the inner force of architectural structure by applying back-analysis method. By taking the three-dimensional coactions system of upper structure-piled raft foundation-foundation with different pile length and different raft thickness as the research object, its differential settlement law of foundation under the effect of load was studied, which was combined with the practical measured data to fit the quadratic settlement surface equation of the foundation. The analysis demonstrated that the differential settlement of foundation will change the inner force of upper structure significantly, thus enabling most of construction components to produce great additional axial force, additional shearing force and additional bending moment, especially changing the additional inner force of corner post more evidently.
