This paper discusses medical diagnosis from the clinicians point of view. The aim of the paper is to identify areas where computer science and information science may be of help to the practising clinician. Collection of data, analysis, and decision-making are discussed in turn. Finally, some specific recommendations are made for further joint research on the basis of experience around the world to date.

Ubimus is a research field that merges Ubicomp and music and studies the influence of ubiquitous devices and applications in Music. This field has been explored by musicians and social scientists around the world helped by a countless number of computer scientists. Nevertheless, it is not easy to a novice computer scientist understand Ubimus concepts and specially how to take part of this research field. Based on this, the authors present in this paper a point of view of Ubimus associating fields in computer science and hardware and software definitions and suggestions to be explored with Ubimus.

AI is the theory and development of computer systems that can operate and perform functions which would normally require human input, such as visual perception, speech recognition, and translating one language into another. Dr Pei-Chun Lin is a researcher based in the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science at Feng Chia University in Taiwan. She is collaborating with other academics around the world to develop a robot that incorporates AI and will act in a way that suggests it is a thinking and feeling robot which humans can relate to. The character model identification is especially important for creating an AI robot. The team applied data analysis tools to confirm the model and incorporate fuzzy logic, which holds significant promise for the field of AI application. Lin believes that there is a great deal of potential for AI robots to improve the lives of people around the world.

AbstractDevelopment and dissemination of the information technology throughout the world, as well as the convention potentials for rapid information exchange, primarily via Internet-based platforms, enable for rapid reporting, data collection, data analysis and situation-based decision-making. Such a workflow is especially important in management of rapidly developing emergencies, including NREs. IAEA has already established several such platforms and is intensively working on the improvements and upgrades of the existing ones, as well as on the development of new, sector-specific information platforms. This chapter gives information on the currently existing/developing IAEA platforms for management of NREs.

In this study, attention is drawn to the under-explored area of strategic content analysis and the development of strategic vision for managers, with the supporting role of interpreting visualized big data to apply appropriate knowledge management strategies in regional companies. The study suggests improved models that can be used to process data and apply solutions to Big Data. The paper proposes a model of business processes in the region in the context of information clusters, which become the object of analysis in the conditions of active accumulation of big data about the external and internal environment. Research has shown that traditional econometric and data collection techniques cannot be directly applied to Big Data analysis due to computational volatility or computational complexity. The paper provides a brief description of the essence of the methods of associative and causal data analysis and the problems that complicate its application in Big Data. The scheme of accelerated search for a set of causal relationships is described. The use of semantically structured models, cause-effect models and the K-clustering method for decision making in big data is practical and ensures the adequacy of the results. The article explains the stages of applying these models in practice. In the course of the study, content analysis was carried out using the main methods of processing structured data on the example of the countries of the world using synthetic indicators showing the trends of Industry 4.0. When assessing Industry 4.0 technologies by region, the diversity of country grouping attributes should be considered. Therefore, during the analysis, the countries of the world were compared in two groups. The first group - the results for developed countries are presented in tabular form. For the second group, the results are presented in an explanatory form. In the process of assessing industrial 4.0 technologies, statistical indicators were used: "The share of medium and high-tech activities", "Competitiveness indicators", "Results in the field of knowledge and technology", "The share of medium and high-tech production in the total value added in the manufacturing industry", “Industrial Competitiveness Index (CIP score)”. As a result, the rating of the countries was determined based on the analysis of these indicators. . The reasons for the difficulties of calculations when processing Big Data are given in the concluding part of the article. Keywords: K - clustering method, causal links, data point, Euclidean distance

Vector -borne diseases (VBDs) are one of the major problems of human are affecting adversely to people each year in every part of the world. In this work multiple decision-making technique is used to provide a better diagnosis for VBDs. It evaluates alternative diseases having contradictory symptoms. It is very tough to exactly determine crsiteria weight as well as rating of alternatives (diseases) on each criterion. Here VIKOR approach is applied for medical diagnosis of VBDs such as malaria, chikungunya, and dengue, and also used the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) theory to explain this concept. Furthermore, criteria selected according to relevant disease and weights assigned to them by medical experts. In order to accomplish the objective, patients’ data has been acquired using a questionnaire from three medical experts of Delhi region. The study shows that final outcomes are same as diagnosed by doctors regarding actual diseases as that by employing VIKOR technique based on questionnaire information. Thus, MCDM methodology can help in correct and timely diagnosis of VBDs and provides doctors a scientific diagnostic tool.

This paper suggests brief answers to the criticism given on the article “Digitalization Challenges for Technogenic Civilization”. New digital technologies make it possible both to obtain a huge amount of data about users and the world, and to process it. The evolution of new algorithms for data processing based on the shared activities of representatives from various social groups can become an important element in the formation of a future technogenic civilization. The use of algorithms in the practice of power requires the development of new approaches to data analysis and an assessment of the role that al-gorithms may play in decision-making.

This study set a goal to describe the characteristics types of educational budget decision making in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The research was carried out over six months with research subjects: the Chairperson of the Ibu Pawiyatan Board, the Chairperson of the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Division, Teachers in the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, the treasury division, several staffs involved in the budgeting, parents involved in seeking funding sources, and people who were always critical in every decision making and budgeting, both at the level of the Mother Pawiyatan Board or in the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Division. Research data were collected using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using the Huberman and Miles version of the data analysis technique consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the characteristics of the decision making type in the principal's education budget are situational, sometimes using his authority, but in certain situations involving the subordinates’ point of view democratically.
