We gratefully acknowledge the presence of all participants on the 2021 International Conference on Mechanical Automation and Electronic Information Engineering (MAEIE 2021), which was successfully held in Zhuhai from 24th to 26th September, 2021. MAEIE 2021 aimed to provide a platform for experts and scholars, engineers and technicians, and R&D personnel to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic results. MAEIE 2021 focused on professional fields such as Mechanical Integration, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Information Processing, Information Engineering, etc. About 80 participants from academic, high-education institutes and other organizations took part in the conference. The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In the keynote presentation part, we invited 12 professors as our keynote speakers. The first keynote speaker, Prof. Junlong Chen, IEEE Fellow, from South China University of Technology, China. The second keynote speaker, Prof. Guoliang Chen, from Shenzhen University, China. The others keynote speaker as follow: Prof. Anhui Liang, Shandong University of Science and Technology, China; Prof. Weijia Jia, IEEE Fellow, ACM Fellow, Beijing Normal University - Hong Kong Baptist University United International College, China; Prof. Nong Xiao, from Sun Yat-sen University, China; Prof. Yutong Lu, Sun Yat-sen University, China; Prof. Young Liang, Macau University of Science and Technology, China; Prof. Jianxin Wang, IEEE Senior Member, from Central South University, China; Prof. Xiaofeng Zhu, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; Prof. Yang Yue, Nankai University, China; Prof. Li Na, from Xi’ dian University, China; Assoc. Prof. Zhengtian Fang, from University of Macau, China. They had outstanding research in Mechanical Automation and Electronic Information Engineering and other related area. The proceedings present a selection of high-quality papers submitted to the conference by researchers from universities, research institutes, and industry. All papers were subjected to peer-review by conference committee members and international reviewers. The papers were selected based on their quality and their relevance to the conference. The proceedings present recent advances in the fields of Mechanical, Force and Tactile Sensors, Industrial Tribology, Machine Vision, Algorithm and Data Structure and others related research. I would like to express special gratitude to members of the conference committee and organizers of the conference. I would also like to thank the reviewers for their valuable time and advice which helped in improving the quality of the papers selected for presentation at the conference and for publication in the proceedings. The 2021 2nd International Conference on Electrical Technology and Automatic Control (ICETAC 2021) was held on October 23, 2021 as a virtual conference due to the growing concerns over the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), and in order to protect the well-being of our attendees, partners, and staff as our number one priority. ICETAC 2021 brings together more than 70 national and international researchers from industry, government, and academia. We invited submissions of papers and abstracts on all topics related to Electrical Technology and Automatic Control. The conference provides networking opportunities for participants to share ideas, designs, and experiences on the state-of-the-art and future direction of Electrical Technology and Automatic Control. ICETAC 2021 will feature a high-quality technical & experiential program dealing with a mix of traditional and contemporary hot topics in paper presentations and high-profile keynotes. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In the second part, we invited four professors as our keynote speakers. Prof. Yuanchang Zhong, our first keynote speaker, from Chongqing University, China. His mainly research focus on Electronic Technology, Electronic Measurement Technology, System Engineering etc. And then we had Prof. Qinmin Yang, from Zhejiang University, China. He presented an insightful speech: Theoretical research and practice in intelligent control design for wind energy. In this talk, challenges faced by control community for high reliable and efficient exploitation of wind energy are discussed. Prof. Badrul Hisham Ahmad, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, performed a speech: Switchable Absorptive Bandstop to Bandpass Filter using Parallel-coupled Resonator. Our finale keynote speaker, Prof. He Yan, from Chongqing University of Technology, China. He presented an insightful speech: Research on Key Technologies of Semantic SLAM for Mobile Robot in Dynamic Scene. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. Topics include but are not limited to the following areas: Electric Vehicle Technology, Intelligent Control System, Electrical Materials, Sensor Network System, Acoustics and Noise Control and more related topics. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of International publication standard. We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported ICETAC 2021. The help and contribution of each individual and institution was instrumental in the success of the conference. In particular, we would like to thank the organizing committee for its valuable inputs in shaping the conference program and reviewing the submitted papers. On the behalf of the organizing committee of the International Conference on Electronics, Electrical and Information Engineering (ICEEIE2021) held during September 24th-26th, 2021 in Changsha, Hunan, China, Due to the Covid-19, there were travel restriction for every scholars who were linked with this event, by using Zoom conference system and physical venues in different sponsors’ university, we enjoyed 3 keynote speeches and oral presentations made by the authors which lasted for 15 minutes each, a lot of inspiration sparked during the Q&A parts, thanks to the modern technology and dedication of every committee member, we finally made this conference, to sum up I would like to present you all this proceeding: A strong mixture of academia and industry was the key aspect of this year’s conference. ICEEIE 2021 promotes research and developmental activities in the field of Electronics, Electrical and Information Engineering along with exchange of knowledge, ideas and information among the researchers, practitioners and scholars from all over the world. Researchers who have contributed their work to the conference shared their findings and experience with other researchers and attendee. Many attendees without any contribution of research paper have also been allowed to attend the conference to gain knowledge in their respective areas. With all contributions from the participants, 74 papers are final accepted from 215 submissions. Those accepted ones are well categorized into six sectors as follows:Information Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, IOT & Data Sciences, Intelligent System, Information Security. We are so delighted to announce that 2021 2nd IYSF - Academic Symposium on New Energy and New Material (IYSF-NENM 2021) was successfully held during October 8-10, 2021 in Xi’an Shiyou University, China. The symposium is one of the parallel sessions of 2021 2nd International Youth Scientist Forum (IYSF 2021). It aimed to provide a platform for interdisciplinary cooperation and communication for young scholars to lighten academic atmosphere, encourage innovation, create cooperation opportunities and boost young scholars’ growth. With the forum based on the display of the frontiers of science, we invited well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad as well as the outstanding youth who work for science and technology to deliver academic reports. It is expected that the forum can provide a free academic atmosphere to encourage our distinguished guests to share their views, ignite new ways of thinking and harvest new ideas. About 80 participants from academic, high-education institutes and other organizations took part in the conference. The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. 2021 4th International Conference on Mechatronics and Computer Technology Engineering (MCTE 2021) has been held successfully on October 15-17, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic around the world and with the strict travelling rules in China, it is still difficult to take international travel for our attendees abroad. Therefore, MCTE 2021 was held both in physical (Xi'an, China) and online (Zoom). The conference mainly focuses on mechatronics, computer technology engineering, computer science and other research fields, aiming at providing a platform for experts, scholars, engineers and technical researchers engaged in mechatronics, computer technology engineering and computer science research to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in industrialization of academic achievements. Experts, scholars, business people and other relevant personnel from universities and research institutions at home and abroad are cordially invited to attend and exchange. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. The 2021 5th International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (ICEMCE 2021) was held during October 29-31, 2021 as a virtual conference due to the growing concerns over the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), and in order to protect the well-being of our attendees, partners, and staff as our number one priority. The ICEMCE 2021 is organized by Xijing University and the focus of the conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over the world. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ICEMCE 2021. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the TC. This scientific event brings together more than 100 national and international researchers in Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering. On top of the local participants coming from different national universities, international participants are also registered from different countries. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In the second part, we invited three professors as our keynote speakers. Assoc. Prof. Lei Deng, our first keynote speaker, from School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. His research interests include thermal conversion and utilization of biomass, combustion of fossil fuels and pollutant emission control, boiler and heat exchanger design, and comprehensive utilization of low-grade heat energy. Assoc. Prof. Xiaojun Shi, from School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. His research interests include thermal optimization of electromechanical systems and intelligent robot control. The finale keynote speaker, Assoc. Prof. Zhenpeng Qin, from Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Texas at Dallas, USA. His mainly research area: Nanomaterials, Neuroscience, Point-of-Care Diagnostics. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. Topics include but are not limited to the following areas: Electromagnetism and photonics, Smart grid, Electric energy processing, Instruments and meters and more related topics. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of international publication standard. We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported ICEMCE 2021. Computer Academy of Guangdong, Association of Computing Education in Chinese Universities, and Zhuhai Ton-Bridge Medical Technology together with AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center, hosted the 2021 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Forum (AIBDF 2021) in Zhuhai, China during September 24 to 26, 2021. This conference focused on artificial intelligence, big data and medical and big health AI science, aimed to provide a platform for experts and scholars, engineers and researchers to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. About 300 participants from academic, high-education institutes and other organizations took part in the conference. The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches.
