Learning media is a tool for students to make learning easier. Mind map digital is a learning media in the form of mind maps with the help applications of mindset mind manager presentation. The main objective of developing mind maps is to produce digital-based products for class X students on material atmospheric. This media can be a reference for the latest material, examples and learning resources around the atmosphere to provide students with an easy understanding of the lesson. The mind map digital developed has been tested internally by media experts and material experts. The final results are in the form of a digital mind map product design that has been revised based on suggestions and recommendations from each validator. Abstract Objective One of the most challenging parts of running clinical trials is recruiting enough participants. Our objective was to determine which recruitment strategies were effective in reaching specific subgroups. Study design and setting We assessed the efficacy and costs of the recruitment strategies used in the Assessing Outcomes of Enhanced Chronic Disease Care Through Patient Education and a Value-based Formulary Study (ACCESS) in Alberta, Canada. Results Twenty percent of the study budget ($354,330 CAD) was spent on recruiting 4013 participants, giving an average cost per enrolled of $88 CAD. Pharmacies recruited the most participants (n = 1217), at a cost of $128/enrolled. ”Paid media” had the highest cost ($806/enrolled), whereas ”word of mouth” and ”unpaid media” had the lowest (~$3/enrolled). Participants enrolled from ”seniors outreach” had the lowest baseline quality of life and income, while participants from ”word of mouth” had the lowest educational attainment. Conclusion The ”health care providers” strategies were especially successful — at a moderate cost per enrolled. The "media" strategies were less effective, short lasting, and more costly. No strategy was singularly effective in recruiting our targeted groups, emphasizing the importance of utilizing a variety of strategies to reach recruitment goals. Trial registration ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT02579655. Registered on 19 October 2015.

The use of media is still limited to use in classroom learning, especially such as media pop up books because the work on this media is quite complicated. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of pop up book media on speaking skills on the beautiful theme of togetherness of the proud sub-theme of being an Indonesian child in class IV MIS Al-Asriyah Langsa. The study used a quasi-experimental approach. From the analysis of data obtained the influence of pop up book media on the speaking skills of students speaking on the theme of the beautiful togetherness of the proud sub-theme of being an Indonesian child in class IV MIS Al-Asriyah Langsa. This is evidenced by the experimental grade practice average value of 14.9 with a standard deviation of 3.9 and a control class pretest average of 14.7 with a standard deviation of 4. After learning using pop up book media the average posttest class of the experiment increased to 18.35 with a standard deviation of 4.43. While learning in the control class without using learning media obtained a posttest value of 15.7 with a standard deviation of 4.1. From the results of the tcount test obtained a value of 8.36 and a ttable value of 2,042, it can be withdrawn from the influence of pop up book media on the speaking skills of MIS Al-Asriyah Kota Langsa students. rsquare was obtained by 0.546 or 54.6%. That means that the media pop up book has an influence on the speaking skills of students in class IV MIS Al-Asriyah Langsa with an influence rate of 54.6%.

Background: Early marriages are at high risk of marital failure, poor family quality, young pregnancies at risk of maternal death, and the risk of being mentally ill to foster marriage and be responsible parents. Objective: To determine the effect of reproductive health education on peer groups (peers) on the knowledge and perceptions of adolescents about marriage age maturity. Method: This research uses the Quasi experimental method with One group pre and post test design, conducted from May to September 2018. The statistical analysis used in this study is a paired T test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0, 05). Results: There is an average difference in the mean value of adolescent knowledge between the first and second measurements is 0.50 with a standard deviation of 1.922. The mean difference in mean scores of adolescent perceptions between the first and second measurements was 4.42 with a standard deviation of 9.611. Conclusion: There is a significant difference between adolescent knowledge on the pretest and posttest measurements with a value of P = 0.002, and there is a significant difference between adolescent perceptions on the pretest and posttest measurements with a value of p = 0.001. Increasing the number of facilities and facilities related to reproductive health education by peer groups (peers) in adolescents is carried out on an ongoing basis at school, in collaboration with local health workers as prevention of risky pregnancy.

Since most of our industries use induction motors, it is essential to develop condition monitoring systems. Nowadays, industries have power quality issues such as sag, swell, harmonics, and transients. Thus, a condition monitoring system should have the ability to detect various faults, even in the presence of power quality issues. Most of the fault diagnosis and condition monitoring methods proposed earlier misidentified the faults and caused the condition monitoring system to fail because of misclassification due to power quality. The proposed method uses power quality data along with starting current data to identify the broken rotor bar and bearing fault in induction motors. The discrete wavelet transform (DWT) is used to decompose the current waveform, and then different features such as mean, standard deviation, entropy, and norm are calculated. The neural network (NN) classifier is used for classifying the faults and for analyzing the classification accuracy for various cases. The classification accuracy is 96.7% while considering power quality issues, whereas in a typical case, it is 93.3%. The proposed methodology is suitable for hardware implementation, which merges mean, standard deviation, entropy, and norm with the consideration of power quality issues, and the trained NN proves stable in the detection of the rotor and bearing faults.
