Abstract The sealing characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic support will have an momentous implication on the safety and reliability of the whole system. The traditional test methods of the sealing characteristics of hydraulic support pure water hydraulic cylinder have many shortcomings, such as single means, complex process, poor accuracy and low efficiency. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the sealing principle and function of hydraulic support pure water hydraulic cylinder, then studies the CAT system of hydraulic support, and finally gives the design and utilization process of CAT system for sealing characteristics of hydraulic support pure water hydraulic cylinder.

This paper studies the precise position control of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic support. The aim of this paper is to develop a method of hydraulic cylinder position control based on pressure and flow coupling, which takes the coupling feedback of load and flow into account, especially in the scene of cooperative control under the condition of multiple actuators and variable load. This method solves the problems of slow movement and sliding effect of hydraulic support in the traditional time-dependent hydraulic position control, as well as better realizes the intelligent and unmanned development of the fully mechanized mining face. First, based on the flow continuity equation and Newton Euler dynamic equation, the flow and stroke control model with the input and output pressure of hydraulic cylinder is established. Then, the effectiveness and correctness of the control model are verified by the comparison between the hydraulic system simulation software, AMESim, and the experiment. Finally, a test system is built. When the system pressure is large than 10 MPa, the error between the data determined by the fitting algorithm and the actual detection data is within 5%, which verifies the effectiveness of the theory and simulation model.

In order to solve the problem that there is no appropriate testing method for the purchasing process of sealing washer in hydraulic support producing company at present, the author designed a test bed used to test the seal performance of hydraulic cylinder in the mine hydraulic support to provide database supports for purchasing sealing washer for hydraulic support manufacturers, by using the performance testing system of sealing washer worked upright column for hydraulic support. The introduction of the principles, constitutions and functions of the test bed will be shown in this paper. After a number of experiments, it is reflected by the practical applications that the test bed is operating stably, accurately and efficiently which could be used for testing sealing washer.

The updated edition of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard introduced significant changes to the structure, terminology, resource requirements, processes, quality management system of testing and calibration laboratories. New requirements were established for the organization of laboratory activities – a process approach and risk-based thinking, which provides for a reduction in part of the prescriptive requirements and the introduction of requirements based on the analysis of the performance of actions. In accordance with GOST ISO IEC 17025-2019, the laboratory must authorize personnel to perform specific laboratory activities, as well as guarantee their competence. This article discusses the organization of the competence management system for the personnel of the laboratories of the organizations of Transneft system using the laboratory information management system (LIMS). The model of the process implementation has been described. It has been established that the competence test system allows you to regularly monitor the skills and knowledge of laboratory workers both in terms of the elements of the Quality Management System and in the applied measurement (test) methods. The personnel responsibility matrix implemented in LIMS regulates the powers and functionality of employees, ensuring that employees are allowed to perform work in accordance with their competence. The functions implemented in LIMS made it possible to automate the management of the competence of laboratory workers in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and other regulatory documents.

This paper presented the scenario of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics test system with the programming idea of the modularization. Based on LabVIEW, the IDCTMV simulated test software and subjective evaluation software were designed and developed. The subjective evaluation results and operation performance data including the reaction time of crews, the rate of errors, and the rate of over reports were tested by the simulation of the integrated display and control terminal for the typical operation procedure, which solved the problems of lacking test methods for the study of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics.

An integrated system to measure mechanical functions of material or structure is introduced. This system is able to provide more detection methods and experiment environments. And it can discover the characteristics and mechanisms of damnification and breakage in materials, considering the effects of loading and environments. Material functions were analyzed in many aspects, including loading, strain, light, sound, temperature and infrared to ensure the safety of materials and configuration of unmanned plane. Current study has laid a foundation for realizing optimal design of unmanned plane. In this paper, theory, components, and function of the system were discussed, as well as signal acquisition and analysis.

ABSTRACT Malaria parasites cause disease through repeated cycles of intraerythrocytic proliferation. Within each cycle, several rounds of DNA replication produce multinucleated forms, called schizonts, that undergo segmentation to form daughter merozoites. Upon rupture of the infected cell, the merozoites egress to invade new erythrocytes and repeat the cycle. In human malarial infections, an antibody response specific for the Plasmodium falciparum protein PF3D7_1021800 was previously associated with protection against malaria, leading to an interest in PF3D7_1021800 as a candidate vaccine antigen. Antibodies to the protein were reported to inhibit egress, resulting in it being named schizont egress antigen-1 (SEA1). A separate study found that SEA1 undergoes phosphorylation in a manner dependent upon the parasite cGMP-dependent protein kinase PKG, which triggers egress. While these findings imply a role for SEA1 in merozoite egress, this protein has also been implicated in kinetochore function during schizont development. Therefore, the function of SEA1 remains unclear. Here, we show that P. falciparum SEA1 localizes in proximity to centromeres within dividing nuclei and that conditional disruption of SEA1 expression severely impacts the distribution of DNA and formation of merozoites during schizont development, with a proportion of SEA1-null merozoites completely lacking nuclei. SEA1-null schizonts rupture, albeit with low efficiency, suggesting that neither SEA1 function nor normal segmentation is a prerequisite for egress. We conclude that SEA1 does not play a direct mechanistic role in egress but instead acts upstream of egress as an essential regulator required to ensure the correct packaging of nuclei within merozoites. IMPORTANCE Malaria is a deadly infectious disease. Rationally designed novel therapeutics will be essential for its control and eradication. The Plasmodium falciparum protein PF3D7_1021800, annotated as SEA1, is under investigation as a prospective component of a malaria vaccine, based on previous indications that antibodies to SEA1 interfere with parasite egress from infected erythrocytes. However, a consensus on the function of SEA1 is lacking. Here, we demonstrate that SEA1 localizes to dividing parasite nuclei and is necessary for the correct segregation of replicated DNA into individual daughter merozoites. In the absence of SEA1, merozoites develop defectively, often completely lacking a nucleus, and, consequently, egress is impaired and/or aberrant. Our findings provide insights into the divergent mechanisms by which intraerythrocytic malaria parasites develop and divide. Our conclusions regarding the localization and function of SEA1 are not consistent with the hypothesis that antibodies against it confer protective immunity to malaria by blocking merozoite egress.

Cognitive processes are important for successful practicing of sport. 69 national and regional competitors in different kinds of sports were studied by means of 2D Visualisation, the subtest “Comparing surfaces” of AHA and GESTA - computerized test methods from Vienna Test System measuring spatial orientation, precision of estimation of the size of the surfaces, and perception of more or few details in visual environment respectively. There were not any significant gender differences in athletes’ spatial orientation. Longer period of sports training was related to better spatial orientation.
