Taking Hangzhou cigarette factory as an example, this paper establishes a key performance index system through integrating the balanced scorecard (BSC) and key performance index (KPI). The index system includes the first-level and 13 second-level indicators in four dimensions of finance, customers, internal processes, as well as learning and growth. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it constructs an evaluation model of key corporate performance, finally achieves the actual performance levels of the enterprise, as well as puts forward the improvement suggestions. This evaluation method mainly includes the steps of determining the domain of evaluation factors at all levels, determining the evaluation level, determining fuzzy weight vectors of various indexes, establishing the fuzzy relation matrix and calculating comprehensive evaluation results. It has high accuracy in the process of performance evaluation, which has certain reference and guiding significance for improving the comprehensive competitiveness.

The transverse seismic performance index system of urban mass transit underground structures was presented, which included both intensity index of component and overall deformation index, in order to reasonably evaluate its damage degree under seismic excitations. Intensity index of component had two grades and limit values of two levels ware provided. Overall deformation index included story drift angle for rectangular underground structures and diameter deformation rate for shield tunnels. Performance index values of urban mass transit rectangular underground structure story drift angle ware put forward by reference to modified performance index values of ground structure story drift angle, which was based on a statistical analysis for experiment data of forty-six groups concrete-filled steel tubular frames and one hundred forty-five groups steel-reinforced concrete frames and took into account similarities and differences between surface structures and underground structures. Based on relation between tunnel diameter deformation and stress state of tunnel concrete and bolts, the diameter deformation rate was derived from the analytical solution using compatibility of deformation for a segment cross section. And the diameter deformation rate was also computed by means of incremental dynamic analysis method for different sites under various earthquakes. It is found in the study that based on two performance levels, limiting value of diameter deformation rate is obtained.

Abstract Introduction. Having possession of the ball makes it possible for the players of a team to undertake a greater number of actions that can help the team win the match. The aim of the current study was to determine the number and completion rate of passes made from different distances in relation to percentage ball possession and the outcome of the match in the group stage of the FIFA World Cup held in Brazil in 2014. Material and methods. The study included 32 teams who participated in the final tournament. The performance of 266 players (682 observations) who played 48 matches in the group stage was examined. Only players who took part in the entire match were included in the research, and goal-keepers were excluded. The data used in the study, which had been recorded by means of the Castrol Performance Index system, were obtained from the FIFA official website. The total number of passes and the percentage of completed passes were analysed, which were classified as short, medium, and long, in relation to the team’s percentage possession of the ball (over and below 50%) and the outcome of the match (win, loss, or draw). Results. Out of the three types of passes which were examined in the study, teams playing in the World Cup in Brazil most often made medium passes. The number of these passes was the highest in matches won. These matches were also characterised by a significantly higher percentage of completed long passes. Conclusions. Players from teams who were in possession of the ball more than 50% of the time performed a higher number of all types of passes, regardless of the outcome of the match. The completion rate for these players was significantly higher only for short and medium passes.

The performance index system weighting of urban water supply was determined by using analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, the water supply performance index system class hierarchy was established, and then the expert scoring was conducted, the judgment matrix established, and the qualitative index quantified. Secondly, the eigenvector analytic hierarchy was sorted, and then, the indicators weights were determined. Therefore, the weight coefficient of index system by analytic hierarchy process is objective and applicable, and lay a good foundation for the performance evaluation.

The construction of ecological performance evaluation index system of beautiful rural construction aims to promote the benign and high-quality development of rural ecological construction with the evaluation of rural ecological performance, and ultimately help to achieve the goal of regional "rural revitalization". Focusing on the ecological performance evaluation of rural construction in eastern Zhejiang Province, this paper screened and tested the evaluation indexes, and each index was given different weights based on the existing ecological performance evaluation index system combined with pre-selected evaluation indexes such as literature search and field research by means of expert consultation, questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The evaluation index system of ecological performance of beautiful rural construction was initially constructed with 2 first-class indexes, 11 secondclass indexes and 29 third-class indexes in order to improve the rural ecological space environment, enhance the rural ecological civilization, develop the quality of life of villagers, and promote rural revitalization.
