Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. As farmers are exposed to risk and uncertainty, they are unable to make optimal choices. The main purpose of this paper was to present how farmers perceive risk in agriculture. To meet the objective defined above, this paper relied on the results of a 2018 survey conducted with a sample of 137 legume farms across the country. The information was analyzed and described with the use of descriptive statistics methods. Also, the correlation between selected characteristics was assessed with the Pearson’s contingency coefficient (C) based on the chi-square test of independence. Most interviewees (71%) perceive the effects of risk as the possible emergence of losses or profits, while 29% associate risks with losses only. None of the interviewees declared the perception of risks purely as an opportunity to reap benefits. The respondents believe that agricultural businesses should be most wary of production risk (an average rating of 11.6) and market risk (8.1 to 9.0).

This study aims to determine how the level of customer satisfaction, as well as to determine whether the level of customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Official Workshop in Rembiga Mataram. This type of research is descriptive research and data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Workshop in Rembiga Mataram, the data collection technique used a sample survey technique and the determination of respondents using purposive sampling technique where as many as 50 people were made respondents. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire, in which the variables were analyzed qualitatively using a Likert scale and quantitatively using chi square analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that consumers at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Workshop in Rembiga Mataram are 35 people (70%) who are very satisfied with the elements of service provided, 10 respondents (20%) are satisfied, and the remaining 5 people (10 %) expressed dissatisfaction. The results of the calculation with the average score of the level of consumer loyalty, as many as 21 people (42%) have a level of loyalty at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Official Workshop are very loyal, 11 people (22%) say they are loyal, while the remaining 18 people (36%) stated loyal enough. Quantitatively, to test the proposed hypothesis and analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, the calculation results obtained by the X2 value is 18.25 and this value is greater than the X2 table value of 9.49 at α = 0.05 and df = 4, which proves that customer satisfaction has significant influence on the level of consumer loyalty, because X2h> X2t. Furthermore, it is also known that the level of closeness of the relationship between variables is strong, as evidenced by the contingency coefficient (C) of 0.52, which is close to the Cmaximal value of 0.71, which in fact fulfills the requirement that the C value is greater than half the C max value.

The research objective is to foster student learning activities through the TIE (Translation, Interpretation, Extrapolation) method. The research method used was descriptive correlational method. The research sample consisted of 75 people. The data instrument was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire which consisted of the aspects of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation. Data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, Product Moment correlation, chi square normality, and Anova. The result of the study showed that the average score for translation was 3,767 which was in the high category; the average score for interpretation was 4,075 categorized as very high; and the exploration average score was 4,065 categorized as very high. Overall, it was at an average of 3,969 which was in the high category. If the translation, interpretation, and extrapolation activities were carried out properly,it could build up to 99,3% of learning activities. In conlcusion, the TIE method is important to apply in independent learning activities because it can stimulate students' cognition and psychomotor to achieve better learning quality. In addition, it can present insightful and experienced students.
