Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.

The implementation of guidance in two directions is carried out by discussing, conducting questions and answers, providing input and other activities. However, sometimes the guidance process carried out face-to-face experiences many obstacles so the coaching process does not run optimally and it is not as expected. The most common obstacle is when the supervisor is unable to attend the final assignment guidance. Communication barriers between students and supervisors also affect the success of the final assignment. Hence, it is necessary to develop a way to have the obstacles can overcome better. The method used to solve these problems using the system development life cycle method. The solution is currently using sms or online facilities such as email, social media, or the cloud from a third party. With this system, if face-to-face guidance activities are not possible, the process of preparing student final assignments can be carried out in order to be on time for the graduation of students in the institutions.

AbstrakPendampingan pelayanan oleh case manager diawali dengan skrining pasien, namun metode skrining dan pelaporan hasil skrining secara manual cendrung kurang efektif dan kurang efisien. Inovasi ini bertujauan untuk mengembangkan sistem skrining yang lebih efektif dan efisien melalui yaitu skrining berbasis sistem informasi manajemen. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototyping model. Hasil inovasi ini adalah sebuah prototipe sistem informasi manajemen skrining case manager berbasis web dan android. Aplikasi ini digunakan oleh perawat yang melakukan skrining dan case manager yang melakukan verifikasi hasil skrining. Dengan sistem update yang real time, aplikasi ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi skrining dan pelaporan hasil skrining case manager di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit diharapkan dapat menerapkan sistem ini untuk menigkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi layanan khususnya case manager.Kata kunci: case manager, prototyping model, sistem informasi manajemen Development of Case Manager Screening Management Information System at RSUP Persahabatan Jakarta AbstractService assistance by the case manager begins with screening patients, but the method of screening and reporting the results of manual screening tends to be less effective and less efficient. This application is used by nurses who conduct screening and case managers who verify the results of screening. With real time system updates, this application is very useful for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of screening and reporting the results of case manager screening at the hospital.
