Measurement of gamma rays following neutron capture has revealed resonances at 29, 67, 85, and 173 keV for the 28Si(n,γ)29Si reaction, and 16 and 35 keV for the 29Si(n,γ)30Si reaction. The characteristics of the resonance decay properties are discussed. Both the 67 and 85 keV resonances appear to result from p wave capture.
