This paper elaborates the control of environmental factors in the modern industry and agriculture, and according to the problem that the temperature and the humidity is hard to control automatically, this paper puts forward the design of the greenhouse automatic control system based on MSP430 single chip microcomputer. This design mainly introduces the overall design scheme of the automatic control system, and the use of the properties of various hardware based on MPS430, which mainly include temperature transmission sensor DS18B20 and the humidity transmission sensor CHR01. And then use the environmental control factor algorithm and numerical conversion fuzzy algorithm, so as to realize the temperature and humidity control system.

Abstract Nowadays global engine construction gets significant progress at a technological level, but specified manufacturers do not release any information about the composition, the structure of the algorithms and the software used by their equipment. It is possible to obtain information only fragmentary and, for example, the description of the electronic control unit algorithm is completely missing. This is a barrier for small companies to improve and adjust existing engines for specific purposes. The present paper describes and develops algorithm synthesis for an electronic diesel engine regulator. Mathe-matical modelling of the automatic control system has been carried out within the framework of the research. The results of the research have demonstrated the efficiency and sustainability of automatic electronic control system using the proposed algorithm.

To implement the new generation thermo mechanical control process (NG-TMCP), the automatic control system of ultra fast cooling (UFC) was developed by combined with the renovation project of controlled cooling system in one plate production line. This system was composed of basic automation subsystem and process automation subsystem. As the main control unit of the basic automatic control system, a S7400 PLC system is used to control the UFC device and to achieve the chain control between the UFC system and the mill system. While the process control system is to realize the automatical setting of the cooling schedule by the developed finite element temperature field model and the temperature homogeneity model. The industry application shows that the NG-TMCP which is based on the UFC can reduce the alloy content effectively and implement the low-cost reduction produce of high-grade products.

Optical tweezers and optical scissors is becoming a widely used technology. However, optical tweezers system that has been used, is not well automatic and convenient to operate. This article will introduce an automatic control system, mainly by describing the design, the composition and function of the system, which can automatically control each part of the entire platform by using a computer. The spatial resolution of the system has reached sub-nanometer level.

The technological process of water treatment automatic control of the steelmaking converter, hardware and software design of the control system are introduced in this paper. The design and realization of water supply automatic control system are based on the S7-400 Programmable Logic Controller.
