Abstract Objective To create an online visualization to support fatality management in North Carolina. Materials and Methods A web application aggregates online datasets for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection rates and morgue utilization. The data are visualized through an interactive, online dashboard. Results The web application was shared with state and local public health officials across North Carolina. Users could adjust interactive maps and other statistical charts to view live reports of metrics at multiple aggregation levels (eg, county or region). The application also provides access to detailed tabular data for individual facilities. Discussion Stakeholders found this tool helpful for providing situational awareness of capacity, hotspots, and utilization fluctuations. Timely reporting of facility and county data were key, and future work can help streamline the data collection process. There is potential to generalize the technology to other use cases. Conclusions This dashboard facilitates fatality management by visualizing county and regional aggregate statistics in North Carolina.

The technologically system architecture of aircraft assembling process visualization is presented according to the development requirement of digital aircraft assembly. The key technologies is studied about the dynamic data associating form EBOM to PBOM, simulatiing and optimizing assembling process based on DELMIA, and lightening the 3D models, which are the technological foundation to implementation of building the assembly resource database, designing the assembly process planning, visualizing assembling process and informations. The visualization system for aircraft assembly simulation is developed and built based on C/S networked mode, which could be applied in aircraft assembly workshop. The system platform is industrially test taken the forward cargo door of one civil aircraft for example, it is proved that this visualization system could be applied in aircraft assembly field as guidance of assembling production, the accuracy and the efficiency of parts and components' assembly are improved distinctly.

The heavy quayside container crane is the key equipment of handling production in container terminal, because the general simulation system can not provide the detail information of the single crane unit during working process, this work proposed a novel method to visualize the working process of the crane. Analyzed the basic mechanisms and typical working condition, based on which, discussed the modeling method for working process visualization, and then gave the internal structure of 3D crane model. This work designed the control logic to drive the 3D graphic elements of the visualization system, implemented the working process visualization according to the working waiting list of the crane.
