Abstract With the development of intelligent distribution networks and the increasing demand for new energy access, the isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter has become a key link in modern energy transformation systems. In order to realize the functions of electrical transformation and electrical isolation of dc voltage, this paper proposes a structure of isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter, and analyzes it in detail. The proposed isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter can not only realize voltage transformation, but also have voltage regulation and fault isolation functions. Finally, based on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform, the proposed isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter topology is built and verified by simulation. The structure of isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter not only has the functions of voltage transformation and electrical isolation, but also has fault isolation, power flow control and other functions.

The accsess of large numbers of new energy and the difference of application requirements make information more huge and complex, different application system and different grid link has also a different protocol standards,All these make the visual display of information, unified modeling for power grid automation become complicated and trival. This article according to analysis the power grid stability and control theory, from the power grid stability and controlling ,the needed information and IEC61968 / IEC61970 / IEC61850 and other international standards are analyzed, and propose a power network information classification method, and get a power information classification, accord with smart grid construction and new energy access requirements. It can effectively direct building of power automation control model, control information interaction. Provide foundation support for grid unified modeling and the method of unified describe model.

The world is entering a new energy era marked by concerns over energy security, climate change, and access by the poor to modern energy services. Yet the current energy path is not compatible with sustainable development objectives. Global demand for energy will continue to grow; so will CO2 emissions. Achieving a low-carbon energy world will require an unprecedented technological transformation in the way energy is produced and used. That transformation has begun, as renewables capacity continues to grow, prices continue to fall, and shares of global energy from renewables continue to increase. Government policies are the main driver behind renewable energy's meteoric growth. Still, the world is tapping only a small amount of the vast supply of renewable energy resources. There is broad consensus that the role of these resources should be expanded significantly in order to meaningfully address energy security, energy access, and climate change.

This article mainly analyze the shortcomings of the inherent peak shaving auxiliary service mechanism in the high-proportion of new energy access scenarios in Northeast China, which restricts the enthusiasm of thermal power units to participate in peak shaving. For this reason, a dynamic peak shaving compensation benchmark is proposed which follows load changes. At the same time, in order to standardize market behavior and facilitate market supervision, a guiding formula is proposed for quotation of thermal power units. Based on the above, a dynamic auxiliary service market mechanism is established which used actual operating data of Liaoning province power grid as a calculation example to verify that the mechanism can effectively improve the enthusiasm of thermal power units to participate in peak shaving, which is conducive to market operation and supervision as well.
