According to the existing literature, the existing engineering ideological and political curriculum distance education system has the problems of long response time and few concurrent users, which cannot meet the development needs of the professional talents of electronic engineering. Therefore, the design and research of the long-distance education system of the ideological and political course of electronic engineering specialty dependent on big data is proposed. Based on the analysis of the demand of distance education system, the overall structure of the distance education system is designed. The design of the system business functions mainly includes login verification module design, instant communication module design, online classroom module design, video answer module design and video back-view module design, and design the server cluster load balancing strategy according to big data technology, so as to realize the operation of the remote education system of the ideological and political courses of electronic engineering. The design system is shorter than response time while compared with existing system. and the number of users is more. It is fully proved that the design system has better application performance.

This paper begins with the design theories and principles of the long-distance education system. By analyzing the features of the ubiquitous learning and the modes of the long-distance education, the paper designs a communication procedure optimized long-distance education system. It detailed describes the system construction which integrates the optimal communication routines and long-distance education into a whole system. The procedure needs to gradually extend each component in the system in order to adapt the continuous developing techniques and changing learning ideology.

With the rapid development of computer network technology and digital technology, distance education has been entered the stage of digital, intelligent and personalized. The new network technology provided more channel to delivering the newest teaching information and knowledge. In this paper ,the long-distance education system is based on the Microsoft's Windows Media technology solutions and main on the application of ASP technology and SQL Server technology to achieve the dynamic web management, courseware online player and the ID management etc. This paper also focus on the technology of making the streaming media courseware and synchronization. As a result, we can use the Windows Media Encoder to record the teaching scene, capture the screen, audio and video, and achieve the self-made courseware can synchronization with the PowerPoint document.

With the Covid-19 pandemic, which was effective all over the world in early 2020, emergency distance education applications started. Universities in Turkey also suffered from this situation and quickly started their own distance education applications using their own facilities. Different applications carried out by universities have had different reflections upon education. For example, while some universities provided compulsory live classes, some universities did not. Students are the most important component of this process. In this respect, the purpose of this study was to examine university students' views about emergency distance education during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this qualitatively designed study, 32 students from 4 different universities were asked for their views. An online questionnaire form made up of open-ended questions was used as the data collection tool. The data were analyzed using the content analysis method, and the themes were created. As a result, two of the four universities used the software of Microsoft Teams as a distance education system, while others preferred the software of Moodle and ALMS. It could be said that the students who used Microsoft Teams, which is an integrated system where live lessons can be held, were more satisfied in this process. In addition, the students' views about the distance education system, the positive and negative aspects of the system, live course practices, communication with the instructor, getting feedback, socialization, motivation, academic performance, comparison with traditional teaching, etc. were reported and interpreted within the scope of the theories of Uses and Gratifications and Diffusion of Innovations. It was seen that among the university students almost all of whom were anxious before the distance education, the worries of those who took live lessons and used an integrated system were completely removed. In this respect, within the scope of the distance education system, it could be stated that the elements of live lessons and interaction have great importance for students. <p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0720/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>
