Recommendation systems are shrewd applications for knowledge mining that profoundly handle the problem of data overload. Various literature explores different philosophies to create ideas and recommends different strategies according to the needs of customers. Most of the work in the suggested structure space focuses on extending the accuracy of the recommendation by using a few possible methods where the principle purpose remains to improve the accuracy of suggestions while avoiding other plan objectives, such as the particular situation of a client. By using appropriate customer rating data, the biggest test for a suggested system is to generate substantial proposals. A setting is an enormous concept that can think of numerous points of view: for example, the community of friends of a client, time, mindset, environment, organization, type of day, classification of an item, description of the object, place, and language. The rating behavior of customers typically varies in different environments. We have proposed a new review-based contextual recommender (RBCR) system application from this line of analysis, in particular a novel recommender system, which is an adaptable, quick, and accurate piece planning framework that perceives the significance of setting and fuses the logical data using piece stunt while making expectations. We have contrasted our suggested calculation with pre- and post-sifting methods as they have been the most common methodologies in writing to illuminate the issue of setting conscious suggestion. Our studies show that considering the logical data, the display of a system will increase and provide better, appropriate and important results on various evaluation measurements.

The purpose of the work is to explore the point of view in Vasily Shukshin's short stories in its systematic and diverse manifestation. Topicality is provided by the exceptional significance of this category in narratology. The study of the point of view based on the material of short stories by Vasily Shukshin has been conducted for the first time. The article briefly traces the history of scientific understanding of the category of point of view in foreign and Russian philology and notes the variety of approaches and definitions in the formulation of the concept. The authors use the classification of Boris Uspenskij for analysis and consider the point of view in Vasily Shukshin's short stories in psychological, ideological (evaluative), spatial-temporal and phraseological terms. The positions of Boris Korman, Yuri Lotman, Wolf Schmid and Franz Karl Stanzel also take into account. The authors note the features of Vasily Shukshin's narration that affect the expression of the point of view in the text. Vasily Shukshin's short stories are characterised by a dynamic and frequent change of points of view, which indicates the technique of “montageˮ and similarities in this regard with cinematic techniques. The conclusions generalise the variety of ways and forms of expression of the point of view in the studied artistic material. The point of view in the considered stories is characterised by variability in the correlation of subjects of speech and subjects of consciousness, alternation of external and internal points of view, mutual transitions from one to the other, text interference and other hybrid phenomena.

Currently, there is a big increase in the usage of data analytics applications and services because of the growth in the data produced from different sources. The QoS properties such as response time and latency of these services are important factors to decide which services to select. As a result of IT expansion, energy consumption has become a big issue. Therefore, establishing a QoS-based web service recommender system that considers energy consumption as one of the essential QoS properties represents a significant step towards selecting the energy efficient web services. This dissertation presents an experimental study on energy consumption levels and latency behavior collected from a set of data mining web services running on different datasets. Our study shows that there is a strong relation between the dataset properties and the QoS properties. Based on the findings from this study, a recommender system is built which considers three dimensions (user, service, dataset). The energy consumption values of candidate services invoked by specific users can be predicted for a given dataset. Afterwards, these services can be ranked according to their predicted energy values and presented to users. We propose three approaches to build our recommender system and we treat it as a context-aware recommendation problem. The dataset is considered as contextual information and we use a context-aware matrix factorization model to predict energy values. In the first approach, we adopt the pre-filtering model where the contextual information serves as a query for filtering relevant rating data. In the second approach, we propose a new method for the pre-filtering implementation. Finally, in the last approach, we adopt the contextual modeling method and we explore different ways of representing dataset information as contextual factors to investigate their impacts on the recommendation accuracy. We compare the proposed approaches with the baseline approaches and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed ones. Also, we compare the performance of the three approaches to discover the best-fit approach when being measured using different metrics. Both prediction and recommendation accuracy of the proposed approaches are significantly better than the baseline models.

Abstract AT the present time there are many accelerators on the market for the vulcanization of rubber, but it is often difficult to choose among them those best suited for a required purpose. Accelerators are often classed as slow medium, rapid and ultra rapid. These brief terms are entirely unsatisfactory for characterizing clearly the properties of these properties, and it frequently happens that two accelerators which have been placed together in one class behave in reality in very different ways and are not entirely replaceable one by the other. The object of this study is to establish a rational classification of the principal accelerators of vulcanization, which is based not only on their activity but also on their other important characteristics. The following points will be considered in their order: (1) The time required for the fixation of mixtures at different temperatures. (2) The time required to bring about vulcanization giving the maxima mechanical properties at different temperatures. (3) Aging. (4) These three points of view will be completed by a study of the plasticizing power and of the influence of different charges on the action of the accelerators.

The paper discusses a type of texts neglected by the Russian linguistics but actively studied in computer and cognitive sciences – image descriptions collected by linguistic experiments. The relevance of the linguistic study of image descriptions for theoretic and applied purposes is argued. The aim of the study was to propose a classification of linguistic anthropocentric markers (including indicators of the subject’s spatial and mental points of view as well as the image object’s anthropomorphism) in animal image descriptions (both domestic and wild, depicted in their natural environment). As a result, a classification is proposed including 20 classes of such markers differentiated by frequency. We discuss the influence of subjective (individual characteristics of respondents) and objective (denotative situation in the photo) factors on anthropocentric markers and the possibility to use the identified parameters for establishing norms of image descriptions and deviations.

The article analyzes the economic essence of such an important component for any enterprise as economic security. The importance of protecting the enterprise from all sorts of threats, as well as the need for their constant monitoring, is substantiated. The need to ensure the economic security of the enterprise is determined not only at the enterprise level, but also at the state security level. Two main approaches to the definition of the concept of "economic security" were identified, on the basis of which a definition was given of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" in modern conditions of functioning on the Ukrainian market. The term “threats” was analyzed, on the basis of which the term “threat to the economic security of an enterprise” was defined. A classification and ranking of threats was formed depending on their nature and the degree of danger they represent. Based on the classification of threats, it was concluded that, in addition to common global threats, threats for each enterprise have certain characteristics depending on its type and nature of activity. It was concluded that the factors of formation of dangers and threats to the activities of the enterprise can be considered from different points of view, depending on the sphere of formation, mechanisms of influence and the possibility of forecasting. Based on the above definition, the causes of global threats, as well as threats at enterprises, are formed, a classification of factors that form threats is given. Given the problems of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, specific threats to industrial enterprises were examined on the basis of criteria put forward by various scientists. It was concluded that threats to the economic security of the enterprise overlap and intertwine, which leads to certain difficulties in identifying them when constructing economic security systems and identifying the subjects and objects of economic security.

The aim.Тhere is a theoretical justification for the phenomenon of «Communication Platform».Theapplied social and communication technologies there is a layering of terminological apparatus: classification and identification of terms and theoretical and methodological basis. One of such phenomena is the development of communication platforms, which are separated into an independent definition and depart from Internet platforms and social networks. It is important to study the development of platforming as a process of forming platforms of different types and cluster formation.Research methods. The method of theoretical analysis is used to study the existing points of view and clearly derive the definition of «communication platform».A method of comparison to derive the author's vision of the existence and functioning of the characteristics of the definition of «Communication Platform»and distinguish it from other types of platforms. The method of sociological survey contributed to the practical vision of the communication platform as an independent unit that is able to raise socially important issues and help solve difficult issues. The resultsof the study showed the difference between the terms «Social Networks»and "Communication Platform". There is a classification of platforms, the difference between them. The own vision of the terminological unit is given. This approach demonstrated the need for further scientific study of the phenomenon, the need to unify the approach to the description of platforming as a process in applied social and communication technologies.Social networks as a communication unit are considered in detail, the features that distinguish platforms and social networks are described. The conclusionsemphasize the further need to study communication platforms as applied scientific units. The definition of the phenomenon taking into account the author's vision is offered. Emphasis is placed on the features inherent in communication platforms.

Recently, the advances in communication technologies have made music retrieval easier. Without downloading the music, the users can listen to music through online music websites. This incurs a challenging issue of how to provide the users with an effective online listening service. Although a number of past studies paid attention to this issue, the problems of new user, new item and rating sparsity are not easy to solve. To deal with these problems, in this paper, we propose a novel music recommender system that fuses user contents, music contents and preference ratings to enhance the music recommendation. For dealing with problem of new user, the user similarities are calculated by user profiles instead of traditional ratings. By the user similarities, the unknown ratings can be predicted using user-based Collaborative Filtering (CF). For dealing with problems of rating sparsity and new items, the unknown ratings are initialized by acoustic features and music genre ratings. Because the unknown ratings are initially imputed, the rating data will be enriched. Thereupon, the user preference can be predicted effectively by item-based CF. The evaluation results show that our proposed music recommender system performs better than the state-of-the-arts methods in terms of Root Mean Squared Error.
