Objective. With the constant development of medical technology, the medical-nursing combination mode targeted at elderly chronic diseases has been proposed, and based on this, the study on the nursing mode of elderly chronic diseases under the background of medical-nursing combination was conducted. Methods. Total of 100 elderly patients with chronic diseases who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group by lot drawing, with 50 patients in each group. Continuous nursing was conducted to patients in the control group, and continuous nursing combined with comfort nursing was performed to patients in the experimental group, so as to compare their nursing effective rate, satisfaction with nursing, self-care ability at 6 months after nursing, quality of life (QLI) scores, and blood glucose, pressure, and lipid levels at various periods. Results. Compared with the control group, the experimental group obtained significantly improved nursing effective rate, satisfaction with nursing, Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) scale scores, QLI scores, and lower blood glucose, pressure, and lipid levels at various periods 6 months after nursing, with statistical significance ( P all < 0.05). Conclusion. Under the context of medical-nursing combination, the continuous nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing intervention is conductive to promote the self-care ability and nursing effect of elderly patients with chronic diseases and obviously improve their quality of life and psychological state.

Objective. To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing on community elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) under the background of medical treatment partnerships. Methods. A total of 96 elderly CHD patients treated in the community from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48) by the medical personnel according to their admission order. Clinical routine nursing was performed to the patients in the control group, and meticulous nursing under the background of medical treatment partnerships was conducted to the patients in the experimental group, so as to evaluate their quality of life (QOL) and self-care agency after intervention by the Chinese Questionnaire on Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease (CQQC) and Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) scale. Results. Compared with the control group after intervention, the patients in the experimental group presented significantly higher ESCA scores, HHI scores, and CQQC scores and longer 6 min walking distance ( P < 0.001 ) and remarkably lower POMS scores ( P < 0.001 ) and had obviously higher numbers of cases with various health-related actions ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion. Meticulous nursing under the background of medical treatment partnerships is a reliable method for improving the QOL and mood state of community elderly CHD patients, which greatly promotes patients’ self-care agency and expectation. Further research will be conducive to establishing a better solution for patients.

Objective: To analyse and discuss the related aspects of the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods: 150 cases of senile severe pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 75 patients were distributed to each control group and observation group, the control group was applied with conventional nursing intervention, observation group was applied with comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups of clinical efficacy and quality of life and related care satisfaction were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment was 90.67% (68/75) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group (74.67%, 56/75), P<0.05; the observation group’s body function and mood and role, social function (P<0.05) were significantly higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00% (72/75), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.67%) (62/75), P<0.05.

Objective. To explore the clinical efficacy of treating endometrial cancer with Xiaoaiping tablets under comprehensive nursing intervention and their effect on quality of life. Methods. The clinical data of 120 endometrial cancer patients treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from February 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were split into the experimental group and the control group according to their admission order, with 60 cases each. Conventional treatment and Xiaoaiping tablet regimen were received by all patients, those in the control group accepted the general nursing, and those in the experimental group accepted the comprehensive nursing intervention for 12 months, so as to compare their clinical efficacy, quality of life (Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy, FACT), negative emotion scores (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HAD), and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) scores between the two groups. Results. No statistical differences in the patients’ general information between the two groups were observed ( P > 0.05 ); compared with the control group after nursing, the experimental group obtained a significantly higher objective remission rate (80.0%), significantly higher disease control rate (90.0%) ( P < 0.05 ), significantly better QOL ( P < 0.001 ), significantly lower negative emotion scores ( P < 0.001 ), and significantly better MCMQ scores ( P < 0.001 ). Conclusion. Adopting Xiaoaiping tablets under comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients with endometrial cancer, enhance their confidence in medical treatment, present better efficacy, and obviously promote their QOL. Therefore, comprehensive nursing intervention should be promoted and applied in practice.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical application effect of Kanglaite combined with DCF chemotherapy program in the patients with gastric cancer. Methods: 86 cases who were all the gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to June 2016 were selected, according to randomly divided into two groups, control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with DCF treatment, and the experimental group were treated with Kanglaite combined DCF chemotherapy program, and the therapeutic effects, the quality of life of patients and incidence rate of adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared. Result: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate and the quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly higher, and the incidence of adverse reactions was less (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In clinic, Kanglaitecombined with DCF chemotherapy program on patients with gastric cancer, can improve the treatment effect and life quality of patients, with less adverse reaction and high application value.

Objective: To explore the effect of cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride in the treatment of emergency vertigo. Methods: 48 cases of emergency vertigo patients in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were divided into experimental group (24 cases, treated with cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride) and control group (24 cases, treated with cinepazide maleate). The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group (95.83%, 23 / 24) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%), The remission time of nausea and vomiting (1.75 ± 0.22) d, vertigo (3.54 ± 0.63) d, deafness and tinnitus (3.47 ± 0.58) d, night sweats (3.05 ± 0.33) d in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, P < 0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (8.33%, 2 / 24) was lower than that in the control group (33.33%, The scores of social function, material life attitude, physical health and psychological function in the experimental group were 59.14 ± 7.23, 54.05 ± 8.04, 53.58 ± 8.86 and 60.11 ± 8.44 respectively, P < 0.05. Conclusion: In the process of clinical treatment of emergency vertigo patients, the combined application of cinepazide maleate and promethazine hydrochloride has definite curative effect, can relieve clinical symptoms in a short time, has less adverse reactions, and improves the quality of life of patients to a certain extent, which is worthy of promotion.
