Facial features are an effective representation of students’ fatigue state, and the eye is more closely related to fatigue state. However, there are three main problems in the existing research: (1) the positioning of the eye is vulnerable to the external environment; (2) the ocular features need to be artificially defined and extracted for state judgment; and (3) although the student fatigue state detection based on convolutional neural network has a high accuracy, it is difficult to apply in the terminal side in real time. In view of the above problems, a method of student fatigue state judgment is proposed which combines face detection and lightweight depth learning technology. First, the AdaBoost algorithm is used to detect the human face from the input images, and the images marked with human face regions are saved to the local folder, which is used as the sample dataset of the open-close judgment part. Second, a novel reconstructed pyramid structure is proposed to improve the MobileNetV2-SSD to improve the accuracy of target detection. Then, the feature enhancement suppression mechanism based on SE-Net module is introduced to effectively improve the feature expression ability. The final experimental results show that, compared with the current commonly used target detection network, the proposed method has better classification ability for eye state and is improved in real-time performance and accuracy.

The smart teaching mode overcomes the shortcomings of traditional teaching online and offline, but there are certain deficiencies in the real-time feature extraction of teachers and students. In view of this, this study uses the particle swarm image recognition and deep learning technology to process the intelligent classroom video teaching image and extracts the classroom task features in real time and sends them to the teacher. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the premature convergence of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, an improved strategy for multiple particle swarm optimization algorithms is proposed. In order to improve the premature problem in the search performance algorithm of PSO algorithm, this paper combines the algorithm with the useful attributes of other algorithms to improve the particle diversity in the algorithm, enhance the global search ability of the particle, and achieve effective feature extraction. The research indicates that the method proposed in this paper has certain practical effects and can provide theoretical reference for subsequent related research.

Face recognition is a challenging task for the researches. It is very useful for personal verification and recognition and also it is very difficult to implement due to all different situation that a human face can be found. This system makes use of the face recognition approach for the computerized attendance marking of students or employees in the room environment without lectures intervention or the employee. This system is very efficient and requires very less maintenance compared to the traditional methods. Among existing methods PCA is the most efficient technique. In this project Holistic based approach is adapted. The system is implemented using MATLAB and provides high accuracy.

Accurate click-through rate (CTR) prediction can not only improve the advertisement company’s reputation and revenue, but also help the advertisers to optimize the advertising performance. There are two main unsolved problems of the CTR prediction: low prediction accuracy due to the imbalanced distribution of the advertising data and the lack of the real-time advertisement bidding implementation. In this paper, we will develop a novel online CTR prediction approach by incorporating the real-time bidding (RTB) advertising by the following strategies: user profile system is constructed from the historical data of the RTB advertising to describe the user features, the historical CTR features, the ID features, and the other numerical features. A novel CTR prediction approach is presented to address the imbalanced learning sample distribution by integrating the Weighted-ELM (WELM) and the Adaboost algorithm. Compared to the commonly used algorithms, the proposed approach can improve the CTR significantly.

This paper proposes an efficient approach for human face detection and exact facial features location in a head-and-shoulder image. This method searches for the eye pair candidate as a base line by using the characteristic of the high intensity contrast between the iris and the sclera. To discover other facial features, the algorithm uses geometric knowledge of the human face based on the obtained eye pair candidate. The human face is finally verified with these unclosed facial features. Due to the merits of applying the Prune-and-Search and simple filtering techniques, we have shown that the proposed method indeed achieves very promising performance of face detection and facial feature location.
