The era is developing and the society is improving. The application research of computer technology in the field of education is a hot topic at present. The cultivation of talents required the training of schools and teachers. How to cultivate talented person who meets the needs of society lied in the comprehensive ability of teaching in colleges and universities, so the college English education professional grammar teaching model is studied based on dynamic programming algorithm. After a brief overview of the dynamic rule algorithm, an algorithm for evaluating English grammar learning in colleges and universities is designed by using dynamic algorithm. The algorithm is composed of dynamic rule algorithm, language processing technology, and regular expression. In the subsequent experiments, it is proved that the algorithm has a good evaluation effect and can meet the actual application requirements.

Realizing the importance of teaching grammar to young learners, pre service teachers, as prospective teachers, need to reflect their own grammar teaching performance. Moreover, during the covid-19 pandemic outbreak where all learning processes are conducted online, teaching strategy needs to be considered. Therefore, this study aimed to find out whether the pre-service teachers apply the deductive or inductive teaching instructions in teaching grammar to young learners during the online class and to investigate how pre-service teachers develop the instructions. To reach the objectives, qualitative research was employed by observing and analysing the teaching videos of thirteen pre service teachers. The pre service teachers were the students of English Education Department in a private university in Jakarta who enrolled the Teaching Internship program. All videos were transcribed and then the analysed data were put in a table and coded to ease the identification of deductive and inductive instructions. The results revealed that more students adopted deductive grammar instructions in teaching grammar for young learners rather than inductive instruction. Furthermore, the way the pre service teachers developed both instructions followed the PPP and TTT models with different emphasis on the Presentation and Teach parts. The tendency done in the Presentation part for inductive teaching was the pre service teacher acted as instructor whereas the Teach part in inductive teaching was as facilitator. Eventually, from this study it can be concluded that pre service teachers adopted deductive and inductive grammar instructions because both are suitable for teaching grammar to young learners in online classroom setting within consideration of meaningful learning activities.

As the development trend of the English era gradually became clear, more and more young people began to pay attention to the special importance of student English teaching in the English learning of Chinese college students. At the same time, in higher vocational colleges, the student English teaching system needs to make certain system adjustments and continuous improvements, not only because the current situation of the development of student English teaching in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic , but also because some students in colleges and universities are less enthusiastic about the work of college English education and learning, which leads to the low quality of college English teaching. As a key stage of talent training and corporate human resource savings in colleges and universities, we still need to continuously strengthen the learning of weak points of English. In other words, in vocational English colleges, our English teaching level needs to be improved to a certain extent. There are still many teaching methods in higher vocational English teaching that need to be gradually improved. This inevitably requires language teachers and English schools to give full play to their roles at the same time. Teachers must fully stimulate students’ interest in learning in the classroom, schools must organize various communicative English regularly. Teaching activities create a good communicative English learning atmosphere for the majority of students themselves, so that they can truly effectively improve their communicative English expression ability.

The flipped classroom (FC) is a novel teaching mode combining traditional class-room and computer network technology. This paper attempts to design a FC-based education system for college English teaching, which is critical to the quali-ty of English teaching in colleges. In our research, a college English education system is established based on SQL server and FC. The architecture and func-tional modules of the system were discussed in details. Specifically, the system architecture was created based on the browser/server (B/S) structure, the data management was realized by SQL server 2008, and the system functions were designed and achieved by JavaServer Pages (JSP). The proposed system was tested in an actual application. The results confirm that the system can meet the teaching demand, arouse the students’ interest in learning and improve the effect of English teaching.

The development of computer technologies help enrich the content of Eng-lish education and provide more convenience for English learning. English grammar is one of the basic elements and affects the expression and recep-tion in English listening, speaking, reading and writing directly. How a stu-dent masters English grammar has a critical impact on his or her overall English level. This paper attempts to achieve personalized check and diagno-sis of college students’ English grammar. by integrating relevant computer theories and learning theories. With the help of Visual Studio and SQL computer technology, we can achieve functional design and database design for personalized grammar check and diagnosis for both learning and teach-ing. The paper also completes the design of the question bank, learning fea-ture database and user feature database Computer-technology-based person-alized English grammar check and diagnosis system for college students de-signed and implemented in this paper can help students grasp English grammatical rules better, improve their grammar test and application abili-ties and increase their interest in English learning, thus, it has a certain prac-tical value in the college English grammar teaching and learning.

The English departments in colleges and universities are the training center of professional English talents. Their teaching quality bears on the international exchanges and economic development. Through questionnaire survey, interview, and literature review, this paper designed an evaluation index system (EIS) for teaching quality assessment of English departments in colleges and universities, which consists of 19 indexes. Specifically, the collected data was computed and sorted out through factor analysis, and the common factors were extracted, forming an EIS containing 19 secondary indices and 5 primary indices. Next, a weight was assigned to each index in the EIS. Taking the English departments of 3 higher educational schools in a province for example, an empirical analysis was carried out to verify the application effect of our EIS on the teaching quality of college English education. The results demonstrated the scientific nature, reasonability, and feasibility of the proposed EIS. The research enriched the theoretical and practical evidences for the teaching quality assessment of college English education, and promotes the teaching quality assessment of college English department.
