The movement of people between cities is leading to a recovery in the economy that transportation companies have begun to dominate. These companies start providing the best services to customers and promoting them through workers to earn money properly. From this basis, this paper presents a system designed to manage a company that transports people and goods between a group of cities. Database management was used across the web to enable data exchange between workers. The database is designed to be accessible to workers. It has also been suggested that the elliptic curve can be used to generate public and private keys for all parties while the company's management generates a prime number every day to ensure the confidentiality of the exchanged data. In this proposal, the rivest-shamir-adleman (RSA) algorithm is used to encrypt transferred data. It uses technology to exchange information if the recipient is not connected to the network. The proposed system performs a good service for the company’s management in securing the transferred data where smartphone applications are designed to work on it.

Abstract The design of products by multi-disciplinary groups is a knowledge intensive activity. Collaborators must be able to exchange information and share some common understanding of the information’s content. The hope, however, that a centralized standards effort will lead to integrated tools spanning the needs of engineering collaborators is misplaced. Standards cannot satisfy the information sharing needs of collaborators, because these needs cannot be standardized. This paper discusses the design and use of a shared representation of knowledge (language and vocabulary) to facilitate communication among specialists and their tools. The paper advances the opinion that collaborators need the ability to establish and customize knowledge sharing agreements (i.e. mutually agreed upon terminology and definitions) that are usable by people and their machines. The paper describes a formal approach to representing engineering knowledge, describes its role in a computational framework that integrates a heterogeneous mix of software tools, and discusses its relationship to current and emerging data exchange standards. The development of information and computerized tenology has led to what is called the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW). In addition, the dramatic development of the Internet has given users more choice and control over content, and also provides individuals, businesses, and public and private organizations with the opportunity to generate and disseminate information. The interactive features of the web can be an effective way to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships if the web is used properly. The presence of the Internet has proven to have a positive impact on the development of a village, sub-district or district to introduce and inform the potential of its region. This is evident in several regions of Indonesia which have successfully used Internet facilities to introduce tourist destinations to the world. Therefore, the training on the promotion website is an effort to optimize the introduction of high quality village products in the district of Patuk and is also intended to follow the results of research on the design of a promotion of superior products and tourist objects on the web in Patuk Gunungkidul district. On the basis of the website promotion feasibility test during the training for each representative in 11 villages in the Patuk sub-district, 87.36% was obtained, so that it can be said that the Introduction of superior village products via promotional materials based on the website was optimal and met the needs of users.

Research groups are professional structures that cooperate to produce knowledge and that must communicate their findings to make disciplines progress. This research analyzes how Spanish Communication research groups take advantage of the functionalities of the web 2.0 to transfer knowledge and promote closer collaboration with other academic entities. The starting point is an exhaustive census of research groups, prepared within the research project MapCom 2 and including groups belonging to communication faculties of public and private universities in Spain. Content analysis is then applied to examine how these groups use their respective websites, exploring six variables: navigability, dissemination of information and services, updating, international projection, SEO positioning, and possibilities of interaction with the audience. The analysis of the sites reveals disparate results in terms of the type of update, content, functionalities, and uses. Most of the groups listed have websites to present their lines of research and objectives. However, these spaces vary from one group to another (even within the same university), and many asymmetries can be detected in the information presented and in the fact that certain statements are not always accessible. The study of these variables –composed and designed for the present research– also allows us to analyze the knowledge transfer that the groups carry out, their possible level of interaction with citizens, or to determine whether they are more or less endogamic or have an external projection when promoting links with other members or groups at a local, state, or international level. The results show that Spanish groups have not yet managed to exploit the opportunities of the web 2.0 sufficiently to transfer knowledge as well as export and increase the visibility of their scientific production.

The use of mobile devices in the classroom is increasingly frequent. However, the LMS are still not completely adapted to this format, preventing students from using all the LMS web-functionalities in their mobiles. Hence, we present and evaluate the use of a new mobile application fully integrated with Learning Management Systems (LMS). We examined access to LMS by 95 postgraduate university students, differentiating between the services accessed and the means used. Students belonged to four consecutive promotions. In the first two, access to the system was through the web, while in the third and fourth, an app fully integrated with the LMS was available. The results showed an overall increase in access to LMS, with a considerable reduction in access via the web in favor of access via the application. Significant differences were found in the access patterns to communication and assessment services depending on the students' age, gender, academic major and previous m-learning experience. Satisfaction with the LMS rose when the app was available, with greater growth within the academic major on IT and previous m-learning experience group. Finally, students with high performance accessed the system significantly more than those with low performance. In conclusion, the integration of the app with the system showed useful and efficient results. The app eased the use of the system, increased student satisfaction with LMS, and student performance improved with increased access.
