Background and objective: This study seeks to investigate domestic agro-healing farm resources so that preliminary data can be obtained on the systematic provisions for agro-healing programs in order to improve service quality and to identify the quality of agro-healing policy services. Methods: For this study, owners of agro-healing facilities were asked 24 questions via an online survey. An importance–performance analysis (IPA) was conducted to identify service quality for each policy sector. Results: Respondents’ satisfaction levels were low when compared to agro-healing farm owners’ perceptions of the above-average importance of each sector. The results from the resource analysis of domestic agro-healing farms indicated that the main operational purposes of farms were, in descending order, experience (90.0%), healing (86.7%), and education (84.0%). With respect to the type of program that was operated, cultivating crops (horticultural therapy) was identified most frequently at 83.3%.Conclusion: As a result of this study, the resources possessed by agro-healing farms were identified. In addition, the results of the IPA analysis in terms of service quality are not as good as expected, and performance levels should be increased to improve this. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information not only to improve the quality of agro-healing services, but also to revitalize the agro-healing industry while developing a systematic agro-healing program.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to map the service quality (SQ) of Airbnb, to provide additional insight for such top player of short-stay accommodation in the sharing economy context. Design/methodology/approach A mixed-method approach is used in two phases. In the qualitative phase, 112,138 online review comments of Airbnb guests were analyzed to generate the service attributes. In the quantitative phase, an online survey (n = 814) was conducted to calculate the performance and importance values of extracted attributes to plot them in an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix. Findings A holistic image of the Airbnb extracted service attributes was presented through the IPA plot. Four types of SQ strategies were proposed, considering the actions priority. “Price reasonability” was the most important service attribute of Airbnb for guests, whereas “Check-in flexibility” was the best performed one. Practical implications The results shed light on the most relevant SQ attributes of Airbnb and proposed suitable strategies that can prioritize relevant stakeholders’ actions and decisions. The study significantly contributes to all decision makers involved in the short-stay accommodation sharing industry to further understand and develop SQ. Originality/value This research, using a comprehensive hybrid method, opens a lens to see more clearly the positioning of different attributes of Airbnb service from importance and performance viewpoints. As a contribution, the SQ of Airbnb was mapped by conducting an IPA for the first time in the literature.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

In building a system, it was needed a quality guarantee. A system could be stated well qualified, if it met the user needs. The quality could be measured from various points of views. One point of views to measure the software quality was focusing on user satisfaction (user based). To know the quality of a system, it was needed a quality analysis of its system. There was a lack of service when online warehouse administration system used to manage the warehouse material inventory in PT. PLN (Persero) Duri Rayon was used. This research aimed at finding proposed improvements for increasing the service quality percentage of online warehouse administration system based on ISO/IEC 9126 standard. The methods of collecting the data were using interview and questionnaire to know user complaints to the user. Maturity Model and Delay approaches were used to process the data. In testing the reliability level, online warehouse administration system was on the first level (the system was computerized, but it was not standardized yet). In testing the delay, all the delays in input were on good category and it could beunderstandable. Based on the levels of maturity and delay, the test showed that there was a need to improve and maintenance the online warehouse administration system to increase the performance of system service quality for users. so that the existence of repairs and maintenance systems can increase 26% to 41% the percentage of the quality of an information technology system.

Service quality is important because it makes prices more affordable, and also fulfils customer satisfaction. This bolsters trust for customers, and thereby encourages them to keep buying products at retail stores. This research uses Quality Service Analysis method to understand the gap between customers’ expectations regarding service attributes and their perceived satisfaction level. This study also uses the method of Importance and Performance Analysis to determine an attribute’s category. Therefore, it can determine which priorities should be reinforced to improve customer satisfaction. Through SERVQUAL analysis, there are 10 known attributes of each retailer that has the highest gap score. Through IPA analysis, we know that Alfamart has 7 attributes which warrant serious attention from management. This is due to the high expectations of customers on the indicator, and the fact that the management has not managed well. Meanwhile, Indomaret has 9 attributes that warrant serious attention from management.

Customers’ perception and expectation of service quality dimensions for any field, whereas it is traditional commerce or EC, has a close relation with adoption of that system, and is significantly depend on cultural diversity of the customers. Service quality of a business, in the present competitive market, plays a very sensitive role in positive perception of that business and thus acceptance, use, and adoption. Since EC is inherently global, global consumers’ perception of service quality, grounded on cultural and social diversity, is a potential criterion to be addressed and analyzed. This chapter of the book is designed to conceptualize some general idea about expectation and performance of different service quality attributes for B2C EC as revealed by different researchers.

Passengers’ perceptions of transit quality depend on their interactions with the service. However, given the varied operational features in any transit network, the perceived service quality is expected to vary between different types of operation. Recently, there has been an emphasis on addressing this issue and quantifying the variation in the perceived service quality at route level. In this respect, this study quantifies the perceived quality of bus services across different route types and user groups. A two-step cluster analysis is developed to classify bus routes based on their operational features, which is followed by a series of importance-performance analysis (IPA) models corresponding to each route type. The study is supported by a primary dataset collected from 1,883 users through an online survey in Hamilton, Canada. The emerging results indicate four predominant route types: core, standard, express, and local routes, each exhibiting a unique set of characteristics. The IPA models show an apparent variation in the perceived service quality from each route-type. In addition, there are clear indications of differential perception between passengers who use the service very frequently and other less frequent users. These results call for the consideration of variations in route level and user type in informing service quality improvements.

Kata Kunci : Fuzzy, Kepuasan, Pelayanan, Servqual Abstract Lack of quality of service becomes one of the obstacles to the level of patient satisfaction. The hospital is also often difficult to measure the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of patients who use BPJS Health services in the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Collection Pane. Measurement of service quality is done by Fuzzy servqual method. Service quality uses the five dimensions contained in the servqual are tangibles (physical evidence), reliability, responseiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of this study indicate that the gap value of the five dimensions has a negative value. Which means the quality of service is not in accordance with the expected by the patient BPJS Health. The highest gap value is the empathy dimension with the gap value of 0.15 and the lowest gap is the dimension of tangibles (physical proof) with the gap value of 0.49. thus it can be seen that the dimensions of tangibles (physical evidence) is of concern to improve service quality.
