The control functions of each structural unit and the measure of their responsibility have been determined. The types of on-farm control at the enterprise and their role and significance for the economic activity of the enterprise have been determined. Internal control is carried out at each enterprise by all economic and technical services. Given that in modern economic conditions, the main thing is to ensure the interests of the owner, the main purpose of internal control is to prevent shortcomings. One of the most important objects of control are production costs, since control over them is a necessary element of enterprise management, without which it is impossible to fully implement other management functions. In our opinion, the organization of internal cost control in modern conditions should be considered as a process that follows and is derived from the financial structure of the enterprise. And in this sense, this process is authentic to the cost accounting process. However, the process of on-farm cost control has its own characteristics.

The Added Value of Processed Red Ginger Product at UD. VisionBali Herbal Indonesia, DenpasarThis research aimed to determine the added value of red ginger as an herbal drink in one production process and to determine the level of profits earned by the company in the red ginger processing in one production process. Determination of the study area was done purposively and the analytical methods used was the method of added value calculation, i.e. the product value is deducted by the value of raw materials and other supporting materials. It can be concluded from the result of the research that the added value of the red ginger processing business obtained in one production process is Rp. 84.600,00/kg. The added value is obtained from the deduction of the value of the product/output of Rp. 175.000,00/kg with the cost of raw material (input prices) Rp. 25.000,00/kg and the contribution of the cost of other inputs of Rp. 65.400,00/kg. It was also found that the profits gained by the manufacturer from the processed red ginger into herbal drink in one production process was Rp. 200.954,06. The suggestion that can be given to the company is to put more attention in the details of its production costs so as not to result in a low ratio of added value and further to improve the marketing of the products, so that people are interested in re-use of herbal medicine that is free of chemical components.

Cost control is a part of cost management which is carried out by the project owner and the contractor throughout a project. However, the structures of the control function developed by each party generally differ since the purpose of the function and the level of the structure are not exactly the same. Contractors have several advantages while building a cost control system such as more detailed information about the project, more background, more dedicated personnel, specifically developed software etc. Therefore, contractors have a broader vision on the issue. Owners need to utilize cost control systems not only for common reasons but also due to some specific necessities. Unlike contractors, owners have to capitalize projects just before they put their investments into operation. This paper intends to focus the necessities prioritized by the owners and contractors on the issue. A comparison will be made to distinguish the differences between the cost perspectives of project owners and contractors. An assessment will be done of the matters that owners pay attention while establishing a cost control structure in light of the experiences practiced in oil and gas projects. Thus, the important points which should be better to consider by the owners' project control teams will be advised.

Two key tasks have been formulated related to improving the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises based on optimal quality management and reducing the cost of production. The solution to the first problem is reduced to an acceptable increase in the quality of the products produced by the enterprise by means of its modernization, taking into account the purchasing power of the bulk of consumers in various market segments. A criterion is given that allows you to determine the optimal production volumes of products with different levels of quality for different market segments, providing a manufacturing enterprise to obtain the maximum possible profit due to the growth of consumer properties of the products produced and on this basis increase its market value. The solution of the second problem is associated with the conditional minimization of variable production costs without losing the required level of quality of various types of products produced by the enterprise, which is ensured by balanced input of production factors into the production process. This input of factors of production is accompanied by a decrease in the cost of products manufactured by the enterprise and the receipt of additional profit on this basis. To carry out conditional optimization, when the solution to the problem of optimal control for obtaining additional profit is on the border of the region of admissible values of the factors introduced into it, a criterion is given that determines the condition for their balanced input into the production process and, on this basis, reduce the variable production costs of various types of products in the short term.

Companies must be able to compete in terms of prices by managing the handling of raw materials, labor and overhaed factories. All three are very important because they directly affect the cost of the product (HPP). UD company Redjo Makmoer Indonesia, is a company that produces crackers. For the determination of production costs and pricing of sales, the company makes a policy on the method of calculating the cost of production. In addition to pricing, also to control the process and reduce the size of the company's production costs. Based on observations for one month the production process, the cost of production with the method of the company that has been run is Rp. 40,100.00. With the full costing method, Rp. 41,500.00. It can be concluded that the cost of production based on the two calculation methods above there are differences or differences. With the full costing method, the cost of production is higher. This shows that so far the calculations made by the company have several elements that have not been included in the calculation.
