The article analyzes the prerequisites and the main causes and factors that influenced the current state of the Abazin language. Various processes related to the preservation of the national language are ongoing in Abaza society. Russia’s modern abazins live compactly in the Abazinsky district of Karachay-Cherkessia, they are one of the five title nations of the republic. However, their significant part left homeland in the middle of the 19th century and emigrated to the Ottoman Empire. As a result of this relocation, the abazins found themselves scattered around various parts of the world. The absence of their own writing and life in a foreign cultural environment led to a significant loss of the communicative properties of the Abazin language. Many factors influenced the functional change of the language — political, socio-economic, cultural, etc. At the turn of the 20th–21st centuries, realizing that the native language is on the verge of extinction, the abazins started vigorous activity to preserve the language, uniting the efforts of not only those living in the Russian Federation, but also fellow tribesmen from other countries of the world. This was facilitated by the holding of the World Abkhaz-Abazi Congress and the creation of other public organizations aimed at preserving national culture and language. These processes are gaining strength thanks to information technologies that allow not only broadcasting, but also seeing the interlocutor and communicating with him. Native speakers can teach the Abazin language to anyone, regardless of where they live. Thus, modern abazins use all available resources to preserve their original culture.

Tourism in developed countries, but also in some transition countries, is an important export product and a generator of employment. It includes a wide array of phenomena and relationships that arise during the touristic journey, while in its realization it comes to the economic, but also the ecological, social and cultural aspect of life. Tourism in Kosovo is an important economic branch. The Tourism Industry of Kosovo has realized 10-12% of the domestic social product, depending on the year in question and whether all the direct factors (hotel industry, gastronomy) or indirect factors (agriculture, construction, etc.) have been taken into account. The large turnout of the tourism economy in the local social product reveals, in the first place, the weaknesses of other sectors of the economy, while the tourism potential has not been utilized as well. Intensive development is largely spontaneous and uncontrolled in post-war hotels, accompanied by imbalance in the environment and territory. These consequences are detrimental to the interests of the two groups: local residents and respective tour operators. Quality planning of space is one of the most important preconditions for the long-term and sustainable development of tourism in Kosovo. It is appreciated that after defining the status of Kosovo, the interest of investors to invest in the tourism sector is greater, but also in other sectors of the economy that directly or indirectly influence the development of the tourism sector so that the government most works for the development of tourism in different regions of Kosovo, is now in the final stage the international tender for the privatization of Brezovica, where according to the information there are a number of interested persons appearing in the tender for privatization of the tourist complex of Brezovica. Today's modern tourism does not ask where we are going but what we will do where we are going. Kosovo institutions are seriously involved in managing tourism firstly to build conditions to attract foreign tourists and to convince citizens themselves that there are conditions in their country, the money they spend in other countries can help the economy of Kosovo. However, the conditions and nature that nature has created in Kosovo requires a more serious approach to elevating it to a higher level given the conditions to be met to keep up the turret. Tourism is an industry characterized by intensive labor involvement. Human resources for this industry have been rated as "raw materials" or are anticipated by experts as the most important factor to be faced by this industry over the last decades and onwards the Kosovo government has set up a university education school for tourism which can be said that there are many well-prepared frames. Starting from this apparent tourism site, infrastructure and building up of incomparable units is progressing day by day. It is time to evaluate the motivation of visitors who pay for a couple of days of summer or winter in one place.

The tourism industry is the leading and most dynamic industry in the global economy. In many countries, tourism plays a significant role in the formation of GDP, and provides additional jobs for the population. The tourism industry is one of the important structures of a number of developed countries and therefore the development of this industry is necessary for Ukraine. It substantiates the possibility of using the experience of Greece in the development of the tourism industry of Ukraine. The subject of this article is the possibility of using the experience of Greece in Ukraine. The goal is to provide a scientific and theoretical justification for using the experience of tourism development in Greece in Ukraine. Tasks: to explore the current state of the tourism industry in Ukraine and Greece; to identify the possibilities of using the experience of development of the tourism industry of Greece in Ukraine. General scientific methods are used: systemic, descriptive, comparative and structural-logical analysis. The following results were obtained: based on the study, it was revealed the feasibility of using the experience of Greece in the Ukrainian tourism industry. Conclusions: the launch of specially designed programs to increase capacity, as well as improve the quality of hotels and other objects. We need to attract investors to the development of hotels, transport, theme parks and recreation areas, for this we need to make convenient and easy conditions for investment. Ukraine needs to pay attention to improving the service and tourism infrastructure, has a low level of quality, for this it is necessary to review and change state standards and requirements for accommodation facilities, which are very outdated and therefore it is necessary to change them to more modern European standards. It will be advisable to mitigate visa formalities for those countries that are now the main suppliers of tourists, as well as for those countries that may be "promising" suppliers of tourists.

Insufficient accounting of the trends in worldwide tourism, the psychology of the travel service users, instability of the socio-economic situation due to the imposed sanctions do not allow the tourism industry to compete with manufacturing in tax payments. The material and technical resources of recreational institutions remain far below the world resorts, the fixed assets of recreational collective accommodation facilities are seriously worn, which reduces the competitiveness of the Crimea and requires investments. Assessing and using socially-adequate levers of influence may contribute to the transformation of the Republic of Crimea into a tourist center with its unique historical and cultural heritage and natural resource potential, a source of the federal and regional budgets adjunction, a generally accessible place for people’s recreation and health support. The tax revenue amounts from the tourism and recreation organizations’ activities have been determined. The financing sources and amounts of investment projects have been analyzed. External and internal factors that inhibit the development of the tourist and recreational branch of the CR have been revealed. The course for developing the tourist industry as a budget-funding one has been offered: by bringing the main part of tourism organizations out of the "shadow"; calculating the share in the consolidated budget of the CR, taking into account the multiplicative effect and encouraging investors.
