The guiding principles of project implementation are planning. The discrepancy in time, cost, and quality between the plan and the actual implementation of the project requires management decisions supported by an analysis of the optimization of the duration of the project and the search for reserves to reduce the implementation time. For this purpose, a basic PERT model for a specific project was developed, early and late deadlines for work, time reserves, and a critical path were calculated. This work is aimed at applying methods of evaluation and analysis of projects to find optimal solutions and control the efficiency of time and costs in project planning, by varying the work on the project and the executors of the work. The results of this study showed that there are quite large time reserves for works 5-7, 7-9, 6-9, etc., which makes it possible to redistribute work between performers and allows you to vary performers during the implementation of several projects simultaneously.

Project management is a carefully planned, organized effort to manage the resources in order to successfully accomplish specific project goals and objectives. It involves the entire life cycle of a project right from the feasibility study of the project, project planning, implementation, evaluation, support, and maintenance of the project. Each phase of the project is a vast topic within project management. The topic of interest for this chapter is quality assurance and its relationship project management. By defining quality and situating the concept within the frame of project management, the authors’ scope and understanding of project completion will be improved.

The fuzzy approach to the project network analysis of the project planning and control is commonly oriented on the fuzzy critical path setting and the project duration monitoring. In the article, this approach is improved by the addition of the project costs perspective to the standard time aspect. The relations for the fuzzy quantity of the total project costs and for its membership function are derived. The example demonstrates the application of the theoretical relations and shows how the enhanced fuzzy approach can be used when different project variants are to be compared. The example also reveals how the fuzzy approach with the project costs monitoring brings new information for the project planning and management and for the risk management.

The critical path method (CPM) has been useful for project planning, yet its float calculation errors in cases of complex schedules hinders its ability to provide decision supports during project control, namely corrective actions and forensic analysis of schedules. To improve project control, this paper enhances the critical path segments (CPS) scheduling technique and incorporates a rich visualization of all as-built events made by all parties, including work stops, accelerations, and rework. Its improved critical path calculation incorporates the decision variables used at the project control stage such as revised construction methods. It also uses a modified float calculation with forward-pass only to avoid float errors. A case study is used to demonstrate the proposed technique and its benefits for project control. This research has the potential to revolutionize scheduling computations to resolve CPM drawbacks and provide decision support capabilities to help improve project planning and control.

The purpose of the article is to plan a project of an electric vehicle technicalassistance point. the methodology of the study is to use the critical path method.the scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the article describes the practicalaspects of project planning of the creation of an electric vehicle technical assistancepoint. In particular, the tasks of the project are described, labor, material and financialresources necessary for its realization are specified. conclusions. The implementationof the developed project will effectively manage the content, time and resources ofthe project of the creation of an electric vehicle technical assistance point.
