Modern information technology is more and more widely used in school physical education. At the same time, the application of multimedia technology is becoming more and more extensive in education. As a teaching method, multimedia has developed into an important component of modern educational technology and science, and also provides support for teaching reform. The use of multimedia organization teaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional physical education, promote the development of physical education, cultivate students' lifelong sports awareness and enhance physical fitness. Physical education is an important component of modern education, and its reform is also the trend of the times. According to the characteristics of the ordinary group of college table tennis, exploring the use of multimedia teaching platform can make the table tennis class more vivid and interesting, let students master some basic skills and skills of table tennis in a short period of time, understand and experience table tennis. with the improvement of science and technology, and internet popularization, offline teaching and multimedia teaching are standing out in teaching of each discipline, compared with traditional teaching mode. Firstly, this paper summarizes design contents and requirements of physical education teaching system in offline learning system, designs the framework and core module of offline learning system teaching according to requirements of college physical education curriculum and finally succeeds in designing offline learning system of college physical education curriculum. This system can meet students’ offline learning requirements and is compatible with online learning mode based on SCORM standards in some aspects. Empirical study on system operation and application proves that offline learning system of physical education curriculum has significant teaching effects.

Nowadays, there are few researches on using multimedia animation technology to assist basketball tactics teaching and training in college physical education. The research of multimedia animation assisting basketball tactics teaching can help promote the current teaching mode, teaching environment, and teaching methods. From the perspective of the development trend of modern education and the benefits of multimedia technology in physical education teaching, this article demonstrates the inevitability of applying multimedia technology in college basketball teaching and demonstrates the feasibility of implementing multimedia physical education in colleges and universities from the three aspects of multimedia teaching environment, teacher teaching ability analyzes the factors that affect the effect of multimedia-assisted teaching. Students’ acceptance characteristics of the multimedia environment are obtained. Relevant research results and suggestions on the use of multimedia animation in basketball tactics teaching will be submitted. Research shows the ability and student’s learning ability. It analyzes the effects of multimedia-assisted teaching in basketball tactics. In this article, at 84% of teachers feel that multimedia-assisted teaching is better. However, some objective factors restrict teachers’ use of multimedia-assisted teaching methods. Among them, poor production technology and inconvenient use are the main factors that teachers think affect the application of multimedia-assisted teaching methods in actual teaching, and these influencing factors are difficult to eliminate in a short time.

Aiming at the problem of 5G multimedia heterogeneous multimodal network representation learning, this paper proposes a collaborative multimodal heterogeneous network representation learning method based on attention mechanism. This method learns different representations for nodes based on heterogeneous network structure information and multimodal content and designs an attention mechanism to learn weights for different representations to fuse them to obtain robust node representations. Combining the general process of exploring the college physical education model and the characteristics of the multimedia network classroom environment, this article constructs the process of exploring the college physical education teaching model of the multimedia network classroom. Through the research and practice of the inquiry college physical education teaching model in the multimedia network classroom, it is verified that the implementation of the inquiry college physical education teaching in the multimedia network classroom can effectively influence and increase the students’ interest in learning and stimulate the students’ inner learning motivation. Through the guidance and training of teachers, a variety of disciplines can be used to carry out college physical education in multimedia network classrooms, so that the integration between courses can be truly realized, with the aim that all courses can share the excellent results brought by the development of modern education technology. More educators understand, accept, and participate in the practice of college physical education based on multimedia network classrooms and better serve the education of college physical education. The construction of the college physical education evaluation system should be combined with the characteristics of the 5G multimedia network era. The evaluation process includes data collection, data analysis, result output, and result feedback. Each link is an indispensable part of the college physical education evaluation process. Based on the relevant knowledge of the 5G multimedia network, the evaluation indicators determined in this study can basically reflect the various elements of the physical education process in colleges and universities. The distribution of index weight coefficients is more scientific and reasonable. Compared with the current system, the college physical education evaluation system constructed by exploration has a certain degree of objectivity and scientificity. Therefore, it is feasible to apply the 5G multimedia network to the evaluation of college physical education.

Through adopting many research methods, such as literature, experimentation, questionnairesand mathematical statistics method, this study explores the effect of sports multimedia teaching on stimulating the college students’ sports motivation, makes comparison between multimedia teaching and traditional teaching in the EC course teaching, and makes use of sports motivation scale to make measurement. The research result shows that the sports motivation level of the students in the experimental class who are adopted multimedia teaching method to teach is significantly improved, and has significant difference with the control group who are adopted the traditional teaching approach. In physical education, the adoption of multi-media teaching can motivate and improve the sports motivation of the students, so the multimedia communication materials should be promoted in physical education.

The aim of this study is to reveal whether physical education and sports teachers' technological pedagogical knowledge levels and some variables are significant predictors of distance education evaluation levels. The correlational design, in which the direction and strength of the relationship between more than one variable were investigated, was used in the study. The research group consists of 213 physical education and sports teachers. The data of the research were collected with the Technologic Pedagogical Content Knowledge Scale and Distance Education Evaluation Scale Technologic pedagogical content knowledge general level has increased distance education evaluation general level. Technology knowledge increased distance education evaluation general level, technical level and learning process level. Based on the results, it can be recommended that physical education and sports teachers should be given trainings to increase their technological pedagogical content knowledge levels with the aim of minimizing the problems experienced by physical education and sports teachers in the distance education process and increasing the quality of education.   Keywords:Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge; Distance Education; Physical Education And Sports Teachers
