For Southeast Asia’s largest population, the prevalence of the emotional disorder has increased from 6% in 2013 up to 9.8% in 2018. Aligned with the e-government program, Knowledge Management (KM) offers an easier, faster, and transparent mental health services. However, the implementation relies on various factors. We conducted a workshop at 7 (seven) mental hospitals. The questionnaires were used to identify the factors that consist of awareness & commitment, strategy, culture, structure, people, and information technology (IT). We examine the hypothesis factors of the relationship by employing the statistical analyses of correlation. This study provides at testing the relationship between factors of people, process, and technology, for KM implementation in Indonesian mental hospitals. The results of the study confirm that the relationship between Process to Technology and People has a positive effect on significance. Meanwhile, the adop-tion of the existing technical facilities have not significant support for the needs of the KM. To sum up, the study suggests further improve-ment of leadership and systems in order to serve the best of mental healthcare.

Information technology (IT) plays an important role as a catalyst to enable and facilitate the implementation of the development, transfer, and utilization of knowledge, which subsequently may contribute to the improvement and innovation. This research intends to analyze how IT competency directly influences knowledge management, how knowledge management directly influences innovation, and how IT competency indirectly influences innovation through knowledge management. The research is limited to Mass Media Industries sector of the creative industries in the island of Batam, Indonesia. Those sectors are television, radio, and publishig. The data are collected via questionnaire from a sample of 150 respondents. A structural equation model is established to study the interrelationship among those variables. At the end, the research concludes that IT competency has positive effect on knowledge management, as well as on innovation via knowledge management, and knowledge management mediates the relationship between IT competency and innovation.

The literature suggests that innovation allows organizations to reach a desirable level of sustainability. There is evidence to support the role of knowledge management (KM) as well as management capability (MC) in producing a sustainable approach at organizations. Furthermore, organizations commonly achieve sustainable practices through corporate social responsibility (CSR). In particular, the health sector is increasingly implementing CSR strategies, although with a narrow understanding of the factors to success. Hence, trends lead to asymmetric growth between organizations. This study aims to examine the mediating role of KM in the relationship between MC and innovative performance (IP) in 331 Health Provider Institutions (HPIs). The research reflective model was assessed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). According to the results, MC has a positive effect on IP, MC has a positive effect on KM, and KM has a positive effect on IP. Likewise, KM significantly mediates the relationship between MC and IP. Our findings support the importance of KM in addressing MCs in HPIs as it enables innovative practices to address CSR goals to achieve a sustainable impact. Moreover, this study contributes by expanding KM to contexts that are not usually studied, such as health in a South American country.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically examine knowledge management (KM) practices as a moderator in the relationship between organizational culture and performance. The effect of four types of organizational culture on organizational performance was studied. In addition to direct effects, most importantly, KM practices as a moderator in strengthening the culture-performance relationship were empirically examined. Design/methodology/approach A carefully crafted survey instrument was distributed and data was collected from 1,255 respondents from 10 information technology companies in India. After checking the psychometric properties of the instrument, this paper performs hierarchical regression to test hypotheses. Findings The results reveal that: cooperative culture, innovative culture, consistent culture and effectiveness culture were all positively and significantly related to organizational performance; KM practices were positively and significantly related to organizational performance, KM practices moderate the relationship between various dimensions of organizational culture and organizational performance. Research limitations/implications As with any survey-based research, the present study suffers from the problems associated with self-report measures. These are common method bias and social desirability bias. However, this study attempts to minimize these limitations by following appropriate statistical techniques. Practical implications This study contributes to both practicing managers and the literature on KM and organizational culture. The study suggests that managers use KM practices, which are all-pervasive and very important for improving organizational performance. The results highlight the importance of implementing KM practices in organizations. Originality/value This study provides new insights into the importance of KM practices in achieving sustained competitive advantage by achieving organizational effectiveness. To the knowledge, the importance of KM practices is underemphasized in organizational culture research.

Economic, social, cultural and technological changes increase the importance of information. It is possible for organizations to adapt to change, by sharing up-to-date information. Knowledge-based new economies which consist dynamic market conditions, network-based organizational structure, continuous learning, digitalization, innovations and innovative businesses as competitive advantage source, corporate knowledge management has a strategic importance. Th eaim of this research is to determine the relationship among innovation and sub-dimensions of knowledge management as "information acquisition” and “education and communication". For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 120 employees of 3 innovative organizations that operate in various sectors. According to the results of the research, the acquisition of information has a significant positive effect on organizational innovation (β=0,29; t=3,10; p<0,05); education –training and communication variables have no significant effect on organizational innovation (p>0,05).

Abstract Background: E-mentalhealthcare is the convergence of digital technologies with mental health services. It has beendevelopedto fill a gap in healthcare for people who need mental wellbeing support and may never otherwise receive psychological treatment. This study aimed to apply text mining techniques to analyze the huge data of e-mental health researches and to report on research clusters and trends as well as the co-occurrence of biomedical and the use of information technology in this field. Methods: The e-mentalhealth research data was obtainedfrom 3,663 bibliographicrecords from Web of Science (WoS)and 3,172 full-text articlesfrom PubMed Central (PMC). The text mining techniques utilized for this study includedbibliometric analysis, information extraction, and visualization. Results: The e-mental health research topic trendsprimarily involvede-health care services and medical informatics research. The clusters of research comprise 16 clusters, which refer to mental sickness, ehealth, diseases, IT, and self-management. Based onthe information extraction analysis, in the biomedical domain, a “depression” entity was frequently detected and it pairs with other entities in the network with a betweenness centrality weighted at 0.046869 (eg. depression-online, depression-diabetes, depression-measure, and depression-mobile).The IT entity-relations of “mobile” were the most frequently found(weighted at 0.043466). The top pairs are related to depression, mobile health, and text message. Conclusions: E-mental health research trends focused on disease related-depression and using IT for treatment and prevention, primarily via online and mobile devices. Producing AI and machine learning are also being studied for e-mental healthcare. The results illustrate that physical sickness is likely to cause a mental health problem and identify the IT that was applied to help manage and mitigate mental health impacts.

Knowledge is one of the key factors of success and development in today's Firms. Therefore, managers are strongly fascinated by organizational knowledge management issues. In this way, information technology (IT) is known as an enabler of knowledge management (KM). In this paper, the impact of IT on knowledge management is evaluated with the balance scorecard approach considering financial, customers, internal processes and learning criteria. A conceptual model is presented for this purpose using IT application and infrastructure factors. The significant positive effect of the infrastructure factor on KM was 0.7 and that of the application was 0.79. The final result indicated a significant direct relationship between IT and KM that was 0.78, confirming the effect of IT on KM.
