Istilah diseminasi saat ini sudah menjadi istilah umum yang digunakan sebagai sinonim dari “penyebaran”. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat, diseminasi dapat digunakan dalam berbagai bidang sebagai penyampaian informasi instansi/lembaga terkait misalkan dalam bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan lain sebagainya. Adanya respon atau timbal balik dari penikmat informasi terhadap materi yang disebarluaskan oleh perpustakaan merupakan tujuan utama dari penyebarluasan informasi yang disampaikan. Dalam penyampaian diseminasi informasi harus inovatif, interaktif, dan dapat mempengaruhi pola pikir dan tindakan publik, termasuk orang yang membawa inovasi itu sendiri. Melalui makalah ini, penulis ingin berbagi mengenai bisnis online berplatform perpustakaan dengan bitly.com yang dapat dijadikan alat untuk mendiseminasi hasil-hasil penelitian yang dimiliki perpustakaan. Perpustakaan AUP Jakarta, sebagai sebuah perpustakaan khusus yang memiliki dokumen-dokumen online hasil karya civitas akademika bidang kelautan dan perikanan terapan merasa perlu menyediakan akses personal yang menghubungkan perpustakaan dengan pemustakanya sebagai wujud layanan prima.The term dissemination has now become a general term used as a synonym of “dissemination”. With the rapid development of information technology, dissemination can be used in various fields as the delivery of information related institutions / institutions for example in the fields of Education, research and so forth. The response or reciprocity of the connoisseurs of information on the material disseminated by the library is the main objective of the dissemination of the information conveyed. In delivering information dissemination, it must be innovative, interactive, and can influence the mindset and actions of the public, including people who bring the innovation itself. Through this paper, the author wants to share about the online business with a library platform with bitly.com which can be used as a tool to disseminate research results owned by the library. The Jakarta AUP Library, as a special library that has online documents created by the academic community in the field of applied marine and fisheries, feels the need to provide personal access that connects the library with its library as the representation of user’s satisfaction service.

The constant and rapid development of Internet-related technologies in the accompanying net economy has inevitably had a significant influence on various possibilities for developing innovative online business concepts and realizing these by establishing entrepreneurial ventures. The term “e-entrepreneurship” respectively describes the act of founding new companies that generate revenue and profits independent from a physical value chain. With this in mind, this article focuses on the process of creating electronic customer value within the net economy as well as the success factors and development phases of electronic ventures. Elaborating on these points should help to clearly define the area of eentrepreneurship and provide evidence that the establishment of electronic ventures is worthy of special consideration in the context of research on information technology entrepreneurship.

The very rapid development of information technology has proven to play an important role in the accelerated development of information both in the world of industry, government and the world of health, so that it can support the performance of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of all elements of society, especially in the world of health, both public and private institutions. or individually or individually, which can encourage the realization of a developed and prosperous society. The health sector is one of the important sectors of development that has the potential to be integrated with the presence of technology. Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency is one of the developing health service centers. The number of patients that continues to increase every day causes new problems in the process of seeking information about patients, the number of patients, the number of visits, total income, and data on existing drug supplies. Because based on the existing problems, the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency, needs to take advantage of information technology, which can overcome the problems faced, so that public health services can be improved for the realization of the vision and mission of the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon. Looking at some of the existing problems, researchers use the waterfall method in making an information system. Applications made in this study are based on android. To facilitate the mention of this application, namely Android-based LAGILEMAS (Public health center Digital Service).

This research is located in Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY). The rapid development of global information technology has driven a paradigm shift in society towards the era of digital society. This fact directs the massive use of electronic media in the public service bureaucracy in Indonesia. In order to realize a clean, transparent public service and be able to answer the demands of change effectively, in line with Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003. Dilemma when the Gunungkidul Regency Government is seeking e-government as a reform of the public service bureaucracy that is intended for the community as the recipient of service benefits, there are elements of farmer communities that tend to be difficult to adopt new technologies. The Gunungkidul Regency Government has consistently developed a website up to the sub-district level totaling 18 sub-districts and village levels totaling 144 villages with domains namely "name of village-sub-districts.desa.id", known as the Village Information System (SID). The author uses descriptive exploratory research methods to explain the limitations of peasant communities in the use of e-government. This situation can trigger barriers to optimizing the implementation of e-government in Indonesia. The author finds the limitations of the farming community in Gunungkidul Regency in the use of e-government due to 2 (two) aspects namely the lack of habituation in the use of information technology media and the characteristics of community associations that are inherent in the social activities of farmers in Gunungkidul Regency. The character of the farming community tends to be difficult to correlate with the development of digital information technology in its activities, making it difficult to create an habit of using internet media for everyday life. Keywords: e-government, public service, farmer community, limitations

The rapid development of information technology brings a great impact to all aspects, including the development of business and marketing. The rapid growth of internet user makes online business becomes a potential market. One of the factors that determine the success of an online business is consumer beliefs to an online store. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of online stores beliefs towards impulse buying on elevenia consumers. This study was conducted on elevenia consumers who have shopped at elevenia.co.id. Sample size of 100 people with purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a 5 point Likert scale to measure 11 indicators. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The research found that the online store beliefs variable consist of functional convenience beliefs and representation delight, simultaneously influence impulse buying on elevenia consumers.While in partial functional convenience beliefs variable have no influence towards impulse buying on elevenia consumers.

The rapid development of information technology forces everything to be done sophisticated, easy, and practical. During the information technology revolution 4.0 which is commonly called the disruptive era, the people need communication to exchange information and data. One of the communication systems that has been found today is handphone technology that can be used to communicate remotely through short message services. It can be ascertained that almost every adult having a handphone can be even more than one number, so it is a top priority for market sharing in business activities by utilizing gammu and kalkun technology. Gammu which is an open source program application was developed to build SMS gateways and or while the kalkun program application is used for web based SMS management system. This paper describes the use of gammu and kalkun in information technology to develop and manufacture and manage SMS SERVER effectively and certainly can save costs. This method is more efficient because it allows companies to easily manage their own information dissemination and sales activities and according transactions to business needs, so that the budget spent by the company can be reduced and more economical.
