This article take CNC grooving machine as the study project, take the design of open control system based on PC+motion control card as study method, take use of the powerful motion control function and abundant DLL function library of MPC08SP motion control card, apply Visual C++ 6.0 to the development of the underlying process, gives the design of open CNC system of grooving machine, which satisfies the real-time performance and accuracy of control system.

The high-rise residential building lighting intelligent control system is designed in this essay. There are two kinds of high-rise residential lighting which are normal life lighting and emergent lighting. The design for normal life lighting by using of PLC enable lighting be more energy saving and convenient. The power supply control and open control design for emergent lighting enable lighting be more liability and ensure the work and evacuate process be more safe.

In order to improve the integration and automation level of control system of bellows automatic welding equipment, an open control system of bellows welding equipment is proposed which is based on "PC+motion controller" according to the characteristics of welding bellows and current technology of welding control. IPC D610 and the motion card NextmoveES is effectively connectted by RS232 + RS232 / RS485 communication interface. And the integrated top software of control system is developped by using VB based on API function which is provided by controller, parameters setting and real time monitoring tasks module are completely integrated on one system. The syetem is reliable and effectively, the automation level of the bellows welding is greatly improved.
