Mobile learning is a new learning mode with the increasing popularity of multimedia technology and Internet application. It not only emphasizes the learner's subjective status and initiative, but also helps learners construct meanings through various forms of interaction (Qiu,2019). This paper investigates the basic situation of students' mobile learning based on smart phones in local colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey and interview. It also analyses the main problems and reasons of students' mobile learning based on smart phones in local colleges and universities, and explores relevant countermeasures and suggestions.

The analysis and classification of mobile learning research at home and abroad in the past two decades will help deepen the understanding of mobile technology tools and seamlessly apply them to mobile learning practice, so that technology can really promote learning.

Psychological health education has been highly valued by the party and the state. During the fight against the COVID-19, colleges and universities have made a beneficial exploration in carrying out psychological health education. In older to further understand the impact of the epidemic on the psychological health of college students, a survey was carried out based on questionnaire survey, depth interview and expert consultation. The survey found that the epidemic increased the psychological pressure and posed new challenges to the psychological health education in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the causes from the four aspects of society, family, college and individual, this thesis put forwards some suggestions on how to effectively carry out the psychological health education of college students in the context of fighting against the epidemic.

Abstract The article analyzes why colleges and universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education based on “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”’ First, we conduct a questionnaire survey on the status of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship attitude and use nonlinear methods to construct an evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities to evaluate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities quantitatively. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model through data on the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students. The research results can provide a new idea for appraisal of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.

The development of teaching technology and the application of modern teaching means is one of the important standards of educational modernization. Multimedia technology is an important part and manifestation of the application of modern educational technology. Modern teaching means participate in music teaching, which bring vitality to the reform and development of traditional teaching. With the popularization of multimedia in music teaching, there are many problems in understanding and classroom design. Whether it is reasonable to use multimedia in music teaching is of great significance to perfect the theory of music teaching and standardize the construction of music subject. With the development of mobile technology, the intellectualization and intellectualization of mobile learning technology have greatly expanded the dimension of time and space of learning, and become a useful supplement to the traditional teaching mode. Taking College English vocabulary teaching as an example, this paper studies college English vocabulary teaching under the support of mobile technology, in order to provide new ways and methods to meet the individual learning needs of different learners. This paper designs College English vocabulary teaching based on mobile technology and puts forward a basic framework of mobile learning for college students’ English vocabulary learning. In this paper, English vocabulary technology is applied to college English vocabulary teaching. Through experiments, it promotes college students’ English vocabulary memory level, vocabulary use level and interest in English learning, respectively, to verify the effectiveness of College English vocabulary teaching mode based on mobile technology. The experimental results show that the flexibility of mobile learning can take into account the different learning needs of students at different levels of the same group, categorize and categorize the individual needs of students, and adjust different learning content and learning difficulty ladder to a certain extent. The innovation of this paper is to fully combine mobile technology with college English vocabulary teaching, solve practical application problems, and improve the application value of mobile technology in college teaching.
