Musical practice constantly lays down requirements to a musician’s hearing. An important tendency of a contemporary musical thinking is the intensification of the timbral beginning, which now starts to come to the foreground as one of the most significant expressive and form-developing means. Timbre hearing is one type of harmonic hearing (Teplov, 1947) and one of the most essential components at teaching a contemporary musician’s hearing, though in the teaching practice it has not been adequately reflected as yet. The development of the ability of hearing to perceive the expressive sense of a timbre sounding is a vital condition for achieving professionalism in a musician’s musical-performing activity. The precondition for a successful development of musical hearing, including that of timbre, is the process of diagnosticating its actual developmental level, which will help a teacher to organize a student’s musically-practical activity. The paper offers criteria and indicators for identifying the developmental level of musician’s timbre hearing.Research Aim: to study the theoretical basis of timbre hearing and to develop criteria and indicators of its development.Research methods: monitoring, modelling.

This chapter addresses the treatment of youth anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for youth anxiety, as illustrated by the Coping Cat program, is implemented flexibly based on considerations including age/developmental level, co-occurring disorders, socioeconomic status, and cultural factors to enhance outcomes. For fidelity, the program adheres to key components: building rapport, providing psychoeducation about anxiety, addressing anxious self-talk, conducting exposures, assigning homework, and providing rewards/praise. The essential components, however, are applied with flexibility. Ultimately, research is needed to evaluate strategies to increase continued fidelity to the core components of treatment. Peer consultation and supervision may be valuable for maintaining fidelity while flexibly applying the program to a specific client.

Abstract: The authors analyze Grillius' sources for the theory of asystata in his commentary on Cicero's De inventione. As one might expect, Grillius knows Hermogenes' theories on the subject well. His use of Minucianus as a source is surprising. The description of each asystaton seems to come from Hermogenes, but the theoretical basis is from Minucianus, not Hermogenes.

The paper introduces the experience of organizing the lesson of «Russian traditional festivals» by applying the model of «flipped classroom». The lesson is conducted within the framework of the course «Russian studies», which is offered for Chinese students of nonlinguistic majors at Xiamen University. We analyze the origin, theoretical basis and research status of «flipped classroom» model, as well as the feasibility of implementing the «flipped classroom» model. The author describes the design, objectives and tasks and the importance of the course «Russian studies» under the background of good Sino-Russian relations. Basically our lesson includes three stages. At the end of the semester, we talked respectively with students to find out their impressions. We note that students, who are self-disciplined and self-motivated in learning, prefer this model. From the teaching practice, we draw the following conclusions as follows. First, the «flipped classroom» model is more suitable for self-disciplined and self-motivated students. Second, when implementing this model, teachers should take more care of backward students. Third, this model does give students more motivation, enhance their analytical ability and cross-cultural ability, and promote autonomous learning and deep learning. At last, we should continue to use this model in teaching «Russian studies» and similar courses in universities.

The paper deals with the development of a system of criteria and indicators for the formation and development of the market for reused agricultural machinery (MRUAM) in order to optimize the structure and use of the machine and tractor fl eet. It is noted that the machine and tractor fl eet used in Russian agricultural sector is 35…40% undersupplied with the most demanded agricultural machinery. About 60% of regional farms are focused on purchasing equipment on the reused machinery market based on its technical readiness and cost not exceeding 60…65% of the cost of the new products. The modern concept describing the development of the domestic market for agricultural machinery and the methodology for the MRUAM formation are presented. The authors list the main tasks for the MRUAM formation and present the information and functional structure of MRUAM. Over 3-4 years to come, systemic development of MRUAM in the agricultural sector of Russia will raise the level of technical readiness of agricultural machines by 5…7% and increase the agricultural machinery and tractor fl eet by 50…55 thousand tractors, 10…12 thousand grain harvesters and 3…3.5 thousand forage harvesters. The MRUAM formation in the agricultural sector of Russia, in addition to increasing the size of the machine and tractor fl eet, will signifi cantly strengthen the engineering and technical system of the agricultural sector. Agricultural producers will get the opportunity to simplify the procedure for fi nding prospective suppliers and consumers of agricultural machinery, as well as to formulate real prices for used resources and provide guarantees for completing transactions to the MRUAM participants.
