Abstract Being in the industrial era 4.0, teachers as educators are required to understand technology more than their students. Teachers need to understand students' needs for technological developments so that classroom learning runs well. The development of learning media is one of the alternative solutions that can be used by teachers to meet the needs of students for technological developments. The purpose of research and development is to produce learning media products based on android applications from Microsoft PowerPoint on material for economic growth and development for class XI. This research and development uses the ADDIE model. The results of the research and development were obtained from the results of the feasibility test through filling out validation questionnaires with validators of material experts (lecturers), media experts (lecturers), learning practitioners (economics teachers), and test results with users (students) through small group trials and large group trial. The average result of the validation and testing as a whole obtained a score of 92.177 percent so that this research and development product is very valid and very feasible to be used as a learning medium. Abstrak Berada pada era industri 4.0 guru sebagai pendidik diharuskan untuk memahami teknologi lebih dari siswanya. Guru perlu memahami kebutuhan siswa atas perkembangan teknologi agar pembelajaran di kelas berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif yang bisa digunakan oleh guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa atas perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan adalah untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android dari Microsoft PowerPoint pada materi pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi kelas XI. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan diperoleh dari hasil uji kelayakan melalui pengisian kuisioner validasi bersama validator ahli materi (dosen), ahli media (dosen), praktisi pembelajaran (guru ekonomi), dan hasil uji coba bersama pengguna (siswa) melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar. Rata-rata asil validasi dan uji coba secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor sebesar 92,177 persen sehingga produk penelitian dan pengembangan ini sangat valid dan sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to describe the results of the effectiveness and interest in reading the nonfiction enrichment book in elementary school. The research method used is research and development data analysis techniques namely quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The test results for the level of material, language, and design validation in the teacher's books were 88.23% and 87.7% of the students' books. Then the feasibility test results are 88,75% and the withdrawal test is 93%. The results of the effectiveness test before using the product are 59,23 %%, and then using the product that is 85%. Meanwhile students' reading interest depends on the lowest percentage value of 92% and the highest percentage of 98%.</p><strong>Abstrak:<em> </em></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil uji efektivitas dan minat baca terhadap buku pengayaan nonfiksi di SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu <em>research and development</em> dengan teknik analisis data yaitu kuanitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil uji tingkat validasi aspek materi, bahasa, dan desain pada buku guru yaitu 88,23% dan buku siswa 87,7%. Hasil uji kelayakan 88,75% dan uji kemenarikan 93%. Hasil uji efektivitas sebelum menggunakan produk yaitu 59,23%% dan sesudah menggunakan produk yaitu 85%%. Sementara itu, minat baca siswa berada pada rentangan persentase nilai terendah yaitu 92% dan persentase nilai tertinggi 98%.

The teaching and learning process is built on three interaction aspects such as the interaction among the teachers, students, and learning sources. To ease this process, the teacher can make their own teaching material that will be used in learning process. This research aims to develop weather theme students’ book by using Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) method. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D). This students’ book consists of 5 sub-themes such as substance characteristics, interaction of organisms and their environment, temperature and heat, pollution and global warming. This book was developed by using 4STMD method through four stages such as selection, structurization, characterization, and didactic reduction. The feasibility test results show that the student book has complete material based on basic competencies and indicators, has accurate, actual and integrated material. Besides the student’s book that was developed also has aspects of legibility, language rules and language logic that is appropriate, presented attractively and has a layout and design that is feasible to be used. Overall the students’ perception on the usage and result of this students’ book development is positive. ABSTRAKProses belajar mengajar dibangun oleh tiga aspek interaksi. Interaksi tersebut adalah interaksi antara pendidik, peserta didik dan sumber belajar. Untuk memudahkan proses tersebut, guru dapat membuat sendiri bahan ajar (buku) yang akan digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku siswa bertema Cuaca  dengan metode Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) dan menganalisis kelayakan serta persepsi siswa terhadap buku siswa yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Buku siswa ini terbagi atas 5 sub tema yaitu karakteristik zat, interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungannya, suhu dan kalor, pencemaran dan pemanasan global. Buku ini dikembangkan dengan metode 4STMD melalui empat tahap, yaitu seleksi, strukturisasi, karakterisasi dan reduksi didaktik. Hasil Uji Kelayakan menggambarkan bahwa buku siswa memiliki cakupan materi yang lengkap berdasarkan Kompetensi Dasar dan indikator, memiliki materi akurat, mutakhir serta terpadu. Selain itu buku dikembangkan juga memiliki aspek keterbacaan, kaidah bahasa dan logika bahasa yang baik, disajikan dengan menarik dan memiliki tata letak serta desain yang layak digunakan. Adapun persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan dan hasil pengembangan buku siswa, secara keseluruhan bernilai positif.

Research and Development (R&D) is one of the most important variables that affect the country’s economic growth and development through increasing the technology capabilities, enlargement of resource base and promoting in the capability of resource utilization. Countries that innovate by conducting R&D activities always have high economic growth and many researchers emphasized this prominent role of the R&D on economic growth in numerous studies. This study contributes in two ways to this stream of research. Providing new estimates of the effect of R&D expenditures on economic growth is the first contribution to literature. On the other hand, there are different types of R&D expenditures and each of them has different magnitude on the economic growth. Therefore, this study provides evidences about the magnitudes of R&D expenditures. The effect of different types of R&D expenditures on economic growth for the selected OECD countries is examined in this study by utilizing from GMM framework using the data belonging the period of 2003-2014. Income and different R&D expenditure data used to analyze that obtained from OECD Stat. As a conclusion, it is found that all of the R&D expenditures have positive and significant effect on economic growth in selected OECD countries but magnitudes are various. Therefore, policy makers should design the R&D stimulation policies depending on the characteristics of the countries. Accordingly, countries must allocate more resources to different types R&D expenditure for achieving sustainable rate of growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan seperangkat asesmen kinerja pengukur keterampilan proses sains siswa yang valid dan reliabel pada praktikum momentum dan impuls. Penelitian  ini merupakan jenis penelitian research and development dengan tipe rancangan Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu:  1) tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan data, 2) tahap perencanaan, 3) tahap pengembangan, dan 4) tahap uji lapangan. Uji kelayakan dari pengembangan Performance Assessment untuk mengukur Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) memperoleh nilai kelayakan sebesar 81% pada validasi ahli, 72,22% pada hasil observasi, 67% dari hasil tes KPS, dan 87,78% pada hasil asesmen kinerja. Pengembangan Performance Assessment untuk mengukur Keterampilan Proses Sains mendapatkan respon positif sebesar 83% dari guru dan 81% repon positif dari siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan perangkat penilaian kinerja keterampilan proses sains ini layak digunakan. Kata Kunci: Instrumen Tes Keterampilan Proses Sains, Performance Assessment, Momentum dan Impuls This study aims to develop a set of Performance Assessment that measuring validity and reliability of students science process skills in momentum and impulse practice. This study is a “research and development” research with Borg and Gall design types. The research was conducted by three stages, namely: 1) The need assessment, 2) Planning, development, and 3) field testing. Feasibility test of the performance assessment set to measure Students Science Process Skills (SPS) obtained a percentage of expert validation at 81%, observation at 72.22%, the test results SPS at 67%, and the Performance Assessment results at 87.78%. Development of Performance Assessment for measuring Science Process Skills had the positive response of teachers at 83% and positive response of students at 80%. This study aims to develop a model of Pencak silat tapak Suci practice by integrating life skills. The research method used is research and development of the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) and evaluation. The sample used was 96 people who were fostered by the pencak silat Tapak Suci branch of STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. The results showed that this training model was valid, practical, and effective. Validity: expert judgment for the material score of 3.98 and expert judgment of the Pencak silat training model resulted in an average score of 3.94, both in the good category. Practical: the average response to the first-class questionnaire was 3.71 (good), the average response to the small group trial questionnaire was 3.84 (good), and the average response to the field trial questionnaire was 3.98 (good). Effectiveness: n-gain test value 0.59 (medium). It can be concluded that the Tapak Suci Pencak silat training model by integrating life skills can be used.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan aplikasi E-Commerce menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Pengembangan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pembeli dalam menemukan produk yang diminati dan lokasi alamat penjual. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development), untuk mengembangkan aplikasi E-Commerce menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Model yang digunakan dalam membangun teknologi ini adalah Model ADDIE. Pada model ini memberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan revisi secara terus menerus dalam setiap fase yang dilalui, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan menjadi produk yang valid. Adapun 5 tahapan dalam model ADDIE ini adalah Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Hasil akhir dari projek ini adalah berupa aplikasi aplikasi E-Commerce menggunakan sistem informasi geografis yang dapat diakses melalui web browser yang ada pada smartphone android, ios dan pada perangkat laptop atau pc. Aplikasi ini mampu menampilkan map mulai dari pemetaan lokasi produk, direction, hingga navigasi menuju lokasi alamat penjual. Hasil pengujian dari respon pengguna setelah menggunakan aplikasi menyatakan, aplikasi aplikasi E-Commerce menggunakan sistem informasi geografis 89% . Sehingga aplikasi ini layak untuk dikembangkan.Kata Kunci : Web Browser, SIG, E-Commerce,direction, navigasi, Android, IOS. This research aimed at produce a draft and implementing the results of the draft E-Commerce applications using geographic information systems. The development of this application aimed to facilitate buyers to find products in demand and address of the seller. The method used was research and development, to develop E-Commerce applications using geographic information systems. The model used in constructing this technology was ADDIE Model. In this model provided an opportunity to evaluate and revise continuously in every phase passes, so the resulting product becomes a valid product. Five stages in the model were the ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The final outcome of this project was E-Commerce applications using geographic information system that can be accessed through web browsers available on smartphones android, ios and to the laptop or pc. This application was able to display map starting from mapping the location of the product, direction, up to the navigation to the location address of the seller. The test results of the user responsed after using the application states, E-Commerce applications using geographic information systems 89%. This research and development aims to determine the feasibility, attractiveness of student responses, and the effectiveness of the development of videoscribe sparkol-based bilingual learning media. The type of research in this development is (Research and Development). The development model used is the ADDIE model with five research steps; Analysis (Analyze), planning (Design), development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets and tests. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire to determine the feasibility and attractiveness of students' responses, as well as tests to determine the effectiveness of the products developed. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. Obtained the results of the average feasibility test for learning media by media experts, material experts, and linguists with a "very good (SB)". The results of the average attractiveness test on the response of students with the criteria "very good (SB)". It can be concluded that the product development of the generated videocribe sparkol bilingual learning media is feasible, interesting, and effective by providing good results in its implementation.

Observation result in cell biology (CB) learning showed that most students assumed cell biology as a complex and abstract material. The level of conceptual understanding was still relatively low observable from inadequate test results. Misconception on cell structure as a dense and non-porous structure was reported; this can be seen from students’ drawing on cell membranes. One solution to overcome the above problem was to develop contemporary teaching materials in the form of e-module based on Edmodo mobile (based android) so that students can easily access them by their smartphone. The research objective was to develop an Edmodo android cell biology module. Research and development (R&D) method were applied in this study. The development model used was Thiagarajan 4D, which is defined, design, and develop. The instruments used were the e-module validation questionnaire by experts (material and media experts, practitioners) and the feasibility test questionnaire on 24 students. The result showed that Edmodo mobile on CB developed through Thiagarajan 4D has valid criteria. Thus, it can be used in cell biology learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun e-modul, mengembangkan serta menguji kelayakan e-modul mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Lombok Tengah dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 32 orang kelas 10 semester I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation And Evaluation). Uji kelayakan e-modul dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli (1 ahli materi dan 1 ahli media) dan siswa. Ahli media menguji kelayakan aplikasi e-modul dan ahli materi menguji kedalaman materi bahasa indonesia, sedangkan siswa memberikan respon setelah menggunakan e-modul. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayaakan maka diperoleh bahwa ahli media dan ahli materi menyatakan e-modul layak digunakan (ahli media= 87,5% dan ahli materi= 96,31%), sedangkan siswa merespon positif (87,7%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang dikembangkan sangat layak sebagai sumber belajar untuk diterapkan pada siswa.Development of e-modules as Learning Resources for Indonesian Language Subjects Class X MAN 1 Central LombokAbstractThis research aims to design e-modules, develop and test the feasibility of e-modules for Indonesian subjects. This research was conducted in MAN 1 Central Lombok with 32 class 10 semester I research subjects. The research method used was research and development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The e-module feasibility test was conducted by 2 experts (1 material expert and 1 media expert) and students. Media experts test the appropriateness of e-module applications and material experts test the depth of Indonesian language material, while students respond after using e-modules. Based on the results of the feasibility test, it was found that the media expert and material expert stated that the e-module was appropriate (media expert = 87.5% and material expert = 96.31%), while students responded positively (87.7%). Based on these results it can be concluded that the e-module of Indonesian subjects developed is very feasible as a learning resource to be applied to students.
