The current paper was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of the competitive advantage in the relationship between the marketing intelligence on the export performance within the scope of the activities of the Industrial towns in the city of Ilam. To attain the research goals, as many as 155 people of mangers and experts were selected through simple random method for responding to the research questionnaires. The research sample group responded to the Marketing Intelligence (L.A. Cacciolatti and A. Fearne) and the Competitive advantage and Exports performance (Murray et al) questionnaires on the Likert scale. The data taken from the research questionnaires were analyzed by using the Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling and regression analysis. The findings resulting from the data analysis implicated that there is a significant and direct relationship between dimensions of the marketing intelligence (type of information, sources of information, and alternation in using information) and the competitive advantage (r=0.986) and between the competitive advantage and the export performance (r=0.925). The results of the structural equation modeling and regression analysis illustrated that the competitive advantage plays a mediating role in the relationship between the marketing intelligence and export performance of the companies among the industrial companies. The findings suggest that the marketing intelligence will at first result in enhanced competitive advantage of the companies and then the competitive advantage will bring about a boost to the export performance of the companies.

As the demand for a more sustainable society increases, adopting a sustainable banking approach serves as a competitive advantage for banks that are focused on attaining bank loyalty. This study revolves around understanding the role of sustainable banking practices in bank loyalty while exploring the mediating effect of corporate image on the relationship between sustainable banking practices and bank loyalty. For this study, 511 questionnaires derived from customers of the banking sector were adopted. Results from structural equation modeling showed that sustainable banking practices positively and directly affected bank loyalty and corporate image, corporate image directly and positively affected bank loyalty, and corporate image also mediated the relationship between sustainable banking practices and bank loyalty.

Health and well-being are such important issues for employees in the workplace. Given the importance of this issue, this study was conducted to investigate the role of spirituality and meaning at work for job happiness and psychological well-being. The research design used in this study was correlation one and the sample consisted of 204 numbers of revenue & customs staff of Isfahan and Tehran cities. The research questionnaires were spirituality and meaning at work questionnaires, job happiness scale and psychological well-being questionnaire.¬ The research hypotheses were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spirituality and meaning at work and job happiness and psychological well-being. The results of structural equation modeling also showed that during a series of chain relationships first spirituality and meaning at work communicate with job happiness and psychological well-being and then job happiness reinforces psychological well-being. Totally, the results of this study showed that psychological well-being at work can be considered as a variable with spiritual/affective basis in the workplaces.

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between online sale and customer value co-creation. In addition, to identify the mediating role of E-Satisfaction and E-Trust in the relationship between the online sale and customer value co-creation. This study selected a sample of 364 customers who shopped from the Modanisa website in Jordan, and a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach was applied in this study to suit the nature of the study and to achieve the desired goals. This approach is based on showing the variables' relationship with each other. In this study, the relationship between online sale and customer value co-creation was influenced by E-trust and E-satisfaction. As per the results have indicated the foregoing, the analysis exhibited a favorable relation between them. E-trust impacts online sale and customer value relationship CO-creation, E-satisfaction affects the connection between the customer and online sales value. In addition, this study proves that online transactions contribute to the CO-creation of customer value for Modanisa. The customer value of CO-creation is, however, influenced by online purchases by E-trust and E-satisfaction in the Modanisa site. The findings of the study show that consumers with the higher online sale are far more committed to rising customer value by enhancing E-trust and E-satisfaction.

Leader humor plays an important role in organizations because it affects employees' attitude and behavior. The positive effect of humor in organizations has been widely touted; however, research on the effect of leader humor on employee creativity is still rare. This study addressed how leader positive humor affects employee creativity and whether work engagement mediates this relationship. Data were collected from 233 supervisor–subordinate dyads in 23 Chinese hightech companies. Results of structural equation modeling indicate that leader positive humor was positively related to work engagement, and that work engagement was positively related to employee creativity. Additionally, work engagement mediated the relationship between leader positive humor and employee creativity. Thus, organizations should encourage managers to use positive humor to enhance employees' engagement at work, which will, in turn, lead to creative outcomes. This research extends understanding of the leader positive humor–employee creativity relationship.

The purpose of this study was to provide a better understanding of the link between selforiented perfectionism and academic procrastination by examining the role of self-efficacy as a mediator in the relationship. We explored the preliminary model and the competitive model. To examine these two models, we collected the survey results of 692 college students and employed structural equation modeling. The results of this study showed that students with high self-oriented perfectionism procrastinated less than others. It was also found that self-efficacy fully, rather than partially, mediated the relationship between self-oriented perfectionism and academic procrastination. Implications of this study are discussed.

The present research aims to identify the mediation role of the relationship between the leader and followers in the context of the effect of hostile work environment on organizational alienation. To achieve this, the following scales were adopted: (Calantone & Benedetto, 1994) scale to measure the variable of hostile work environment: (Payne, 2015) scale to measure the variable of the relationship between the leader and followers; and (Kakabadse, 1986) scale to measure the variable of organizational alienation. The general co. for cars manufacturing was chosen as the field of research, and the survey questionnaire was administered to (436) individuals that comprised of (116) leaders and (320) followers. The confirmative factorial analysis (structural equation modeling) was applied as the next step, using certain descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and hierarchal regression analysis based on the mediation variable test of (Baron & Kenny, 1986). A number of conclusions have been formed, the most important of which are as follows: the hostile work environment variable has a passive effect on the relationship between the leader and followers; the variable of the relationship between the leader and the followers has a passive effect on organizational alienation; and the variable of the relationship between the leader and the followers partially mediates the relationship between the hostile work environment and organizational alienation.

We examined the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between psychological detachment and research performance using structural equation modeling and bootstrapping analysis. Participants comprised 923 teachers from 39 key universities in China, who completed measures of psychological detachment, research performance, and work engagement. The results indicated that psychological detachment was negatively associated with research performance, and that work engagement mediated this relationship. Our findings enrich understanding of the effects of psychological detachment on research performance. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

The rising rate of suicidal ideation in adults is a growing concern in the world. In an effort to understand the prevalence of suicidal ideation, and what can be done to prevent it, this study was designed to examine the associations among anhedonia, emotional intelligence, and suicidal ideation. Emotional intelligence was evaluated as a moderator in the relationship between anhedonia and suicidal ideation among Iranian depressed adults. The participants were 217 depressed inpatients at five hospitals in Tehran, Iran, ranging age from 45 to 79 years. Structural equation modeling demonstrated that adult patients suffering from depression that exhibited higher levels of anhedonia and lower levels of emotional intelligence were predisposed to suicidal ideation. Multigroup analysis indicated emotional intelligence as a moderator in the relationship between anhedonia and suicidal ideation. The results emphasize the role of emotional intelligence in mitigating the devastating effects of anhedonia on suicidal ideation.
