Enhancing the index of crisis resilience is one of the key goals in medical environments. Various parameters can affect crisis resilience. The current study was designed to analyze crisis resilience in medical environments based on the crisis management components. This cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study was performed in 14 hospitals and medical centers, in 2020. A sample size of 343.5 was determined based on the Cochran's formula. We used a 44-item crisis management questionnaire of Azadian et al. to collect data. The components of this questionnaire included management commitment, error learning, culture learning, awareness, preparedness, flexibility, and transparency. The data was analyzed based on the structural equation modeling approach using IBM SPSS AMOS v. 23.0. The participants’ age and work experience mean were 37.78±8.14 and 8.22±4.47 years. The index of crisis resilience was equal to 2.96±0.87. The results showed that all components of crisis management had a significant relationship with this index (p <0.05). The highest and lowest impact on the resilience index were related to preparedness (E=0.88) and transparency (E=0.60). The goodness of fit indices of this model including RMSEA, CFI, NFI, and NNFI (TLI) was 2.86, 0.071, 0.965, 0.972, and 0.978. The index of crisis resilience in the medical environments was at a moderate level. Furthermore, the structural equation modeling findings indicated that the impact of each component of crisis management should be considered in prioritizing measures to increase the level of resilience.

Validation of the sequencing of objectives is an important step in structural design. Prior statistical techniques, such as the reproducibility coefficient, have yielded only summary information. In contrast, structural equation modeling provides both goodness-of-fit indices and effect coefficients for links or paths between time-ordered events, i.e., objectives. Discussed here is the application of structural equation modeling to a set of objectives in a senior-level cardiovascular nursing course. Consistent with the theory-based requirement of structural equation modeling, the objectives were developed using Robert Gagné's conditions of learning. Also discussed is the use of “t” values, which indicate statistical significance of the paths, for testing instructional links in the learning model.

This study aims to provide insight to PPKn teachers because it is part of the research on citizenship development studied through the perspective of cosmopolitan values. In this era of globalisation, the Indonesian people are faced with global forces that go hand in hand with cosmopolitanism. The main problem is how much Civic Education (Civics Education) is influenced by cosmopolitan values? The research locations are spread in Cimahi Tengah, Utara, and Selatan totaling 45 schools. The study population totaled 20,702 with a sample of 400 students. The study used the Cross-Sectional Survey method. Retrieval of data through a questionnaire. Data analysts were carried out with Structural Equation Modeling competency tests. The results showed that the impact of cosmopolitan values ​​on Civics learning was significant (with R2 = 0.6971 or 69.71%), indicating the process of harmonizing cosmopolitan values ​​in secondary school students in civics learning. Cosmopolitan values ​​have a higher effect (31.44%) than Civics learning, which shows that the cosmopolitan values ​​studied in Civics affect middle school students in Cimahi even though only 13.42%. Cosmopolitan values ​​are an important factor in developing Civics learning amid the swift currents of globalisation. This has implications for the government to review the Civics curriculum by paying attention to the phenomena that exist in society, namely the strengthening of globalisation and cosmopolitan values ​​that are increasingly widespread in all aspects so that it is feared to have an impact on student behavior into global culture so that there is a shift in the mindset and lifestyle of students in Cimahi City. Thus, through this research, at least PPKn teachers or relevant researchers can minimize the phenomena and the negative impacts arising from globalisation. Keywords: learning, civic education, and cosmopolitan values ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para guru PPKn karena merupakan bagian dari penelitian pengembangan kewarganegaraan dikaji melalui perspektif nilai kosmopolitan. Di era globalisasi ini, masyarakat Indonesia dihadapkan pada kekuatan globalisasi yang beriringan dengan kosmopolitan. Masalah utama yaitu seberapa besar pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) dipengaruhi oleh nilai kosmopolitan? Lokasi penelitian tersebar di Cimahi Tengah, Utara, dan Selatan berjumlah 45 sekolah. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 20.702 dengan sampel 400 siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode Cross-Sectional Survey. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Analis data dilakukan dengan uji kompetensi Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak nilai kosmopolitan terhadap pembelajaran PKn sudah signifikan (dengan R2 = 0,6971 atau 69,71%), menunjukkan adanya proses harmonisasi nilai kosmopolitan pada siswa sekolah menengah dalam pembelajaran civics. Nilai kosmopolitan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi (31,44%) dari pembelajaran PKn, yakni menunjukkan bahwa nilai kosmopolitan yang dipelajari dalam PKn berpengaruh pada siswa sekolah menengah di Cimahi walaupun hanya 13,42%. Nilai kosmopolitan menjadi faktor penting dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran PKn ditengah derasnya arus globalisasi. Hal ini berimplikasi bagi pemerintah untuk mengkaji kembali kurikulum PKn dengan memperhatikan fenomena yang ada di masyarakat yakni menguatnya globalisasi dan nilai kosmopolitan yang semakin meluas ke seluruh aspek sehingga dikhawatirkan berdampak bagi perilaku siswa ke dalam budaya global sehingga terjadi pergeseran pada pola pikir, dan gaya hidup siswa di Kota Cimahi. Dengan demikian melalui penelitian ini setidaknya para guru PPKn atau peneliti yang relevan dapat meminimalisir fenomena dan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari globalisasi. <p><em>In recent years, the number of translation and interpretation courses offered in Taiwan</em><em> has increased rapidly</em><em>, but </em><em>few studies has looked at</em><em> the employability of their graduates. </em><em>T</em><em>his paper </em><em>is aimed to</em><em> investigate the direct effects of curriculum on the professional careers of alumni as reflected in their current employment status </em><em>and</em><em> level of academic advancement. </em><em>A </em><em>questionnaire</em><em> survey was carried out to</em><em> evaluate multiple aspects of teaching, including learning effectiveness</em><em>, </em><em>core competency</em><em>, c</em><em>urriculum design and repay the society. Through an analysis of 150 named and 300 anonymous questionnaires, this study analyz</em><em>ed </em><em>the learning effectiveness as the mediator for the careers of alumni, using the Amos statistical package for Structural Equation Modeling</em><em> </em><em>(SEM), along with other related techniques, such as Confirmatory Factor Analysis</em><em> </em><em>(CFA)</em><em>. The analyses have </em><em>produce</em><em>d</em><em> parameter estimates and goodness-of-fit indices, which could be useful for many purposes, such as examining longitudinal data and comparing groups. It is hoped that this brief study may provide a better understanding and a basis for future studies.</em><em></em></p>

Customer satisfaction is used by a company to evaluate products or services whether it is sufficient with customer’s expectations. Satisfaction is influenced by factors that cannot be measured directly are called latent variables and can be measured through indicators used to measure satisfaction with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method is part of a SEM based on a variant that does not require the assumption of a multivariate normal distribution and has a measure overall goodness of fit. The parameters used are factor loading, coefficients parameter, and weight of indicators and estimated with alternating least square. The type of data used primary data from the results of the questionnaire with stratified proportional random sampling and number of samples 286. This research using indicators as measurable variables as many 32 indicators and 8 latent variable. Considering to the evaluation of the structural model, it is found there are 5 variables that influence satisfaction, they are prices, quality yield, cleanliness, doctor's services, and employee services with a large influence of 77.18% and the impact of satisfaction on loyalty is 48.63 %. For the overall goodness of fit measure, it is known that the FIT value is 63.75% and the adjusted FIT (AFIT) value is 63.47%. The goodness of fit (GFI) produced the value in the amount of 96.43%, indicating that the general model has the good level of compatibility.Keywords: Generalized Structured Component Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, Overall goodness of fit, Alternating Least Square, Stratified Proportional Random Sampling

AbstractStress is concomitant with students’ life and can have a significant impact on their lives, and even how they go about their academic work. Globally, in every five visits by patients to the doctor, three are stress-related problems. This study examined stress and its impact on the academic and social life among students of a university in Ghana. The descriptive cross-sectional survey design was employed. Using the stratified and simple random (random numbers) sampling methods, 500 regular undergraduate students were engaged in the study. A questionnaire made up of Perceived Stress Scale and Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale was used to gather data for the study. Frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with AMOS were used for the analyses. It was found that majority of the students were moderately stressed. Paramount among the stressors were academic stressors, followed by institutional stressors, and external stressors. Stress had a significant positive impact on the academic and social life of students. It was concluded that undergraduate students, in one way or the other, go through some kind of stress during the course of their study. It was recommended that the university, through its Students’ Affairs, and Counselling Sections, continue to empower students on how to manage and deal with stress in order to enhance their academic life.

PurposeIn spite of the increasing organic and interactive marketing activities over social media, a general understanding of the source credibility of voluntary user-generated content (UGC) is still limited. In line with the social identity theory, this paper examines the effects of consumers' perceived source credibility of UGC in YouTube videos on their attitudes and behavioral intentions. Additionally, source homophily theory is included to predict the antecedent of source credibility.Design/methodology/approachThree hundred and seventy two Generation Y respondents were interviewed using snowball sampling. Data were analyzed with component-based structural equation modeling technique of partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).FindingsFindings confirmed that perceived source credibility indirectly affects purchase intention (PI) and electronic word-of-mouth via attitude toward UGC. Besides, perceived source credibility mediates the effect of perceived source homophily on attitude toward UGC.Practical implicationsSince today's consumers have begun to trust and rely more on UGC than company-generated content on social media when making purchase decisions, companies may reconsider democratizing certain aspects of their branding strategies. Firms may fine-tune their marketing communication budgets – not only just by sponsoring public figures and celebrities but also by nurturing coproductive engagements with independent content creators who are ordinary consumers. Endowed with their imposing credibility, these micro-influencers and prosumers have high potentials to be uplifted to brand ambassadors.Originality/valueWhile consumers' purchase outcome can be measured easily using metrics and analytics, the roles of source homophily in stages leading up to the purchase is still elusive. Drawing on the rich theoretical basis of source homophily may help researchers to understand not only how credibility and attitude are related to PI but also how this nexus generates positive word of mouth among UGC followers within the social media circles.

<p><em>Shortage of the nurses is an important issue in the developing and developed countries. The aim of this paper is to determine the impact of organizational commitment on intention to quit among psychiatric nurses. Based on the model of casual turnover this study assessed the direct effect of organizational commitment on nurse’s intention to quit. The cross sectional data was collected from three hundred five nurses of psychiatric hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan. Structural equation modeling was applied to achieve the objectives. The results revealed that affective commitment and normative commitment have significant impact while continuous commitment has not significant effect on nurse’s intention to quit.  So, the commitment of nurse to hospital goals, missions, and values is not enough to predict her intention to quit from job in the hospital. This study recommends that, the government and policy makers should look beyond forces in their internal and external environment, when considering how to reduce employee’s turnover intentions. This study recommends that future researchers should examine the impact of work environment on intention to quit though burnout as a unit variable. This study contributes socially and economically.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

<p><em>Job burnout issue is an increasingly important phenomenon in Asian countries. </em><em>Based on the model of casual turnover this study assessed the direct effect of organizational commitment on job burnout. The cross sectional data was collected from three hundred five nurses of psychiatric hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan. Structural equation modeling was applied to achieve the objectives. The results revealed that only and normative commitment have significant impact while affective commitment and continuous commitment has not significant effect on nurse’s job burnout.  So, the commitment of nurse to hospital goals, missions, and values is not enough to predict her job burnout in the hospital. This study recommends that future researchers should examine the impact of work environment on job burnout as a </em><em>unidimensional</em><em>. This study contributes socially and economically.</em></p>

<p><strong>BACKGROUND:</strong> Worldwide, much evidence exists on the influence of parents’ socioeconomic conditions, including employment, on children’s health. However, the mechanisms for this affect are still being investigated. Few studies have been conducted in Iran to investigate this issue. This study investigated working conditions, job satisfaction, and mental health of employed people and the association between these variables and their children’s health.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>MATERIALS &amp; METHODS:</strong> In this correlational work, 200 male and female staff of the official part of Educational Organization and the schools of Mashhad with children aged 5-18 years was randomly selected. The data were gathered using a demographic questionnaire, the 20-item Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, the 28-item General Health Questionnaire, and the 28-item Child Health Questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using SPSS. The associations under study were investigated by structural equation modeling in AMOS.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>RESULTS:</strong> Approximately 17% of the variation in the parents’ job satisfaction could be explained by the parents’ insurance, income, and work hours; 6% of the variation in their mental health was explained by job satisfaction, and 26% of the variation in children’s health was directly explained by the parents’ job satisfaction and mental health. However, approximately 32.2% of the variation in children’s health could be explained in the light of the direct effect of the parents’ mental health and direct and indirect effects of the parents’ job satisfaction. The goodness of fit index was 0.94.</p><p><strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> Parents’ job satisfaction was associated with and considerably explained children’s health. Although this finding may be partially related to the job satisfaction effect on mental health, the reasons for the affect of job satisfaction on children’s health and the potential mechanisms of this association require further studies.<strong></strong></p>
