In accordance with the results of conducted research there were figured out the content, hierarchy, intensity of motives and their possibility to be implemented in servicemen with various levels of effectiveness of service activity. 8435 male servicemen participated in the research, they equally presented all the operational and territorial military unifications and units of the National Guard of Ukraine. Each unit proportionately presented officers as well as military personnel under contract who included the participants of hostilities and those who did not have such experience. Examination of various aspects of servicemen motivation was conducted with the help of the following the methods which were standardized being based on the Ukrainian selection “Close Questionnaire of Examining the Motivation of Professional Choice Made by Applicants of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”, “Questionnaire of Estimation of the Effectiveness of Military Tasks’ Execution by Servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine”, questionnaire on “Sense-Bearing and Life Orientations”, the methods of “Studying the Motivational Profile of Personality”, and “Locus of Control”. There was conducted the cluster analysis which gave the possibility to figure out six motivational types connected with the effectiveness of servicemen operational activity. Motivational types were located between the poles which were introduced by two dimensions: self-efficacy (autonomous and controlled motivation) and motivation of helping others (motivations of public service - selfishness).Those motivational types of servicemen were the following: motivated by public service, stagnant, prosocial, romantic, deficient, and dependent. Distinguished types included the content, hierarchy, intensity of motives and their possibility to be implemented.

Previous research on work-related motivation and work-related outcomes generally shows that autonomous forms of motivation are associated with higher performance and job satisfaction, whereas controlled forms of motivation are generally linked to worse outcomes. These relationships are largely based on between-persons data from cross-sectional studies or longitudinal studies with few measurement points. However, motivation quality, performance, and job satisfaction can vary considerably from day to day, both between and within individuals. The present study therefore combines between-persons and within-persons approaches to study the relationships between motivation, performance, and job satisfaction. Nineteen white-collar workers participated in the study. With a default protocol of 30 working days, an ecological momentary assessment app prompted participants five times a day to report their autonomous and controlled motivation for work tasks and their productivity and job satisfaction at the end of each day. Fourteen participants gathered sufficient data to compute within-person relations and individual networks. At the between person level, autonomous motivation was positively associated with productivity, whereas no association with job satisfaction was detected. No associations were detected between controlled motivation and productivity or job satisfaction. At group level within persons, (a) motivation during work tasks (autonomous or controlled) was not associated with self-reported productivity or job satisfaction at the end of that day, (b) self-reported productivity at the end of a day was negatively related to next day autonomous and controlled motivation, and (c) end of day job satisfaction was positively related to next day controlled motivation, but not autonomous motivation. Individual network analyses indicated considerable interindividual heterogeneity, especially in the relationships between motivation and job satisfaction. In conclusion, these findings point to significant variability in the observed relations between motivation, performance and job satisfaction, and highlight the added value of a within person approach and individual networks in addition to between-persons approaches. The implications of these findings for occupational wellbeing research are discussed.

This article discusses the problems of legal education and strengthening the discipline of the military of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan as citizens of the rule of law. The role of law and its influence on the legal consciousness of military personnel is revealed. Features and specificity of the service of the military personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The authors in the article will try to uncover the relationship of legal education and strengthening the discipline of military personnel. The role of the right to strengthen the charter knowledge of military personnel is revealed in detail. Public Service Analysis of Village Tlanak Support of Lamongan District. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors and solution of Public Service of Village Government of  Tlanak Kedungpring District of  Lamongan Regency and to know the implementation of Good Governance in Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency. The type of this research is non-doctrinal (sosiologis) legal research. Non-doctrinal method is a type of scientific study with the intention just to learn just and not to teach something doctrine. The research method used is research method with qualitative analysis. The results of this study concluded that the quality of Public Service Village Tlanak Kedungpring District Lamongan through Programs, policies, and attitudes is Services Open, easy and accessible by all parties who need and provided adequate and easy to understand, can be accounted for in accordance with the provisions of legislation - invitation, inhibiting the public service of Tlanak village administration of Kedungpring Sub-district of Lamongan Regency is seen in the condition of society which still have a lot of parochial political culture. The solution of inhibiting factor of public service in Tlanak Village, Kedungpring Sub-district, Lamongan Regency by strengthening service system, improving professionalism of each employee, conducting public awareness program to help dissemination and comprehension of information to society about matters related to service activity and giving sanction that is firm. The village government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency has not fully implemented the Good Governance principles in the implementation of the village government's tasks, functions, authorities, rights, and obligations in terms of planning, service, implementation of village development, especially those related to village governance.Keywords: Quality Analysis of Public Service, Good Governance.

The main tasks in the field of information security organization are: creating a departmental segment and ensuring the required level of information security; improvement of regulatory legal acts and methodological documents of the National Guard Troops; ensuring the required level of information security when fulfilling tasks assigned to the National Guard Troops; development of an information security system and ensuring the provision of public services. The paper reveals the direct relations between information literacy and information security. Information security and information literacy are the two concepts that complement each other. It is impossible to imagine ensuring of information security without the information literacy of a military man. Issues related to the formation of information literacy of the National Guard Troops personnel of the Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of literary sources confirming the significance of the considered issue in the world community is performed. The main tasks for the formation of information literacy among military personnel are presented. The aim of the study is to search for scientific and methodological approaches to the organization of information literacy among military personnel. The purpose of the article military personnel is not only the ability to find the necessary information at various resources, the ability to use information technologies in service and professional activities, but also the ability to navigate in changing technologies taking into account the great pace of their development and increase the volume of information.

Children are one of the legal subjects who have the potential to become victims of violence. Violence faced by children can be in the form of physical, psychological, sexual and neglect. Against these various types of violence, the Domestic Violence Law and the Child Protection Law can serve as the basis for criminalizing the perpetrators. In the Child Protection Law, even criminal sanctions against perpetrators of sexual violence against children are weighted for punishment. Furthermore, the law is equipped with additional penalties in the form of announcing the identity of the perpetrator, and action sanctions in the form of chemical castration and installation of electronic detection devices. However, efforts to overcome violence against children are not enough to rely on criminal sanctions. This is evidenced by the rise in the number of violence against children. Therefore, prevention efforts are needed through increasing understanding of the importance of making helping others a basic need of human life. So that each individual will always help and provide assistance to children who need help. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out using the lecture, discussion and question and answer method at Loyola High School Semarang. The activity begins with material exposure regarding forms of violence, sanctions and prevention. After the presentation, there was a discussion session and a question and answer session regarding the material that had been presented. The results of the service implementation activities were obtained by understanding various information about child violence and its prevention.Anak menjadi selah satu subjek hukum yang berpotensi menjadi korban kekerasan. Kekerasan yang dihadapi oleh anak dapat berupa kekerasan fisik, psikis, seksual dan penelantaran. Terhadap berbagai kekerasan tersebut, UU KDRT dan UU Perlindungan Anak dapat menjadi dasar pemidanaan terhadap pelaku. Dalam UU PerlindunganAnak bahkan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku kekerasan seksual terhadap anak terdapat pemberatan pemidanaan. Lebih lanjut dalam undang-undang tersebut dilengkapi pidana tambahan berupa pengumuman identitas pelaku, dan sanksi tindakan berupa kebiri kimia dan pemasangan alat pendeketksi elektronik. Namun upaya penanggulangan kekerasan terhadap anak tidak cukup hanya mengandalkan sanksi pidana. Hal ini terbukti dengan maraknya angkakekerasan terhadap anak. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan melalui peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjadikan menolong orang lain sebagai kebutuhan dasar hidup manusia. Sehingga setiap individu akan senantiasa menolong dan memberikan bantuan kepada anak yang membutuhkan bantuan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanyajawab di SMA Kolese Loyola Semarang. Kegiatan diawali dengan paparan materi berkenaan dengan bentuk kekerasan, sanksi dan pencegahannya. Setelah paparan dilakukan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab berkenaan dengan materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian diperolehnya pemahaman mengenai berbagai informasi seputar kekerasan anak dan pencegahannya.
