As a kind of sport, wrestling is characterized by a complex compositional nature of preparing, which requires equal attention to the development of the physical and functional qualities of an athlete. The aim of the study is to optimize the mode and algorithm of training loads of a competitive nature in the period of preparation. The effectiveness of the training process was evaluated by functional indices and blood lactate level not only at the end of training load, but also in the recovery period. In the process of the study also, pedagogical analysis was carried out, anthropometric parameters and analysis of body components were determined. The results of the study indicate the need for regular monitoring of the regime of loads in order to timely correction of the training process, taking into account the individual characteristics of wrestlers at the stage of pre-competition preparing. Keywords: competitive wrestling; freestyle wrestling; functional preparation; lactate; training process.

High rates of technological progress contribute to the development and improvement of all spheres of human activity, including biomechanical research. The development of new prostheses, orthoses and exoskeletons place increased demands on the determination of the mass-inertial characteristics of the human body. The paper analyzes the existing experimental-analytical and analytical methods for determining the center of gravity of the human body, which are based on the segmentation method. It is shown that the existing analytical methods do not provide complete information about the individual characteristics of the modeled object, when it is implemented using CAD tools, but give only generalized results without taking into account the physical development, health status and other individual characteristics. An improvement of the analysis technique is proposed, which allows increasing the accuracy of determining the mass-inertial characteristics of the human body (including the center of gravity) by its individual anthropometric parameters on the basis of a 14-segment biomechanical model. The article presents a block-diagram and description of the corresponding software module of the calculation, implemented in the Autodesk Inventor environment, in which the human body, when determining its center of gravity, is represented as a complex three-dimension object. This object consists of elements of different densities, while the data on the density of the constituent parts are obtained on the basis of the individual characteristics of the design object by interpolating information from external specialized databases. A comparative analysis of determining the coordinates of the center of gravity of a biological object using both the existing analytical and experimental-analytical segmentation techniques, and the proposed one is carried out. It is shown that the results obtained using the proposed improved analytical technique implemented in CAD, correlate very well with the results of the existing experimental analytical technique with a deviation of 3...4 %.

Abstract Introduction. The improvement of outcomes in sport requires the creation of appropriate conditions for training and the search for more effective forms of its organisation and effective technology. Starting with this belief, the aim of the work is to identify the size and structure of the training loads and determine the effectiveness of the training process of an elite athlete in the Olympic macrocycle (2004-2008). Material and methods. We analysed loads in the four-year training cycle from 2004 to 2008. The parameters of the loads relating to the intensity (T1-T5) and type of training (general, special, and specific) were analysed. The present study also attempted to assess the impact of the work on the results obtained. Due to the nature of the competitive effort, we used the measurable parameter of distance (m, km) in the load analysis depending on the type and intensity of the physical effort. Results. This work reports on the implementation of a specially designed four-year training programme. The material gathered and the conclusions resulting from its analysis have made it possible to identify organisational and training solutions suitable for the athletic proficiency phase. The analysis of training loads indicated that in the training of a highly skilled swimmer, the general work is particularly important and that the largest volume was realised in the second intensity range (T2). Conclusions. The positive training and competition outcomes were the result of a deliberate training process. The training proved to be effective, leading to an increase in the athlete’s training status. This was achieved primarily owing to the training loads, which were accurately planned and implemented according to the special requirements of the race distance and the individual characteristics of the swimmer.

To achieve success, each sport requires an excellent state of formation of physical and mental qualities. In the case when the sports training of athletes is at the same level, the main and decisive moment for winning the competition is psychological readiness. Athletes are trained in different areas, but very often the inability to cope with their emotions can lead to defeat, despite years of training. With the active participation of a psychologist in the training process, it becomes possible to characterize the individual characteristics of the athlete, the formation and development of mental qualities necessary for victory. One of the activities of a sports psychologist is the timeliness of determining the features of the psyche, the development of an individual plan for the development of abilities, strategies for pre-competitive and competitive behavior. Psychodiagnostics plays an important role in the development of the athlete's personality and further activities of the coach. Thanks to psychodiagnostics there is a formation of psychological and pedagogical and psychohygienic recommendations, planning of system of actions on athletes. Psychodiagnostics aims to study the athlete. In this process, the coach helps to objectively assess the personality of the athlete. Psychohygienic recommendations of a psychologist and a coach are closely related. After all, in the system "coach-athlete-psychologist" they directly affect the mental state of the athlete. There are many examples in the history of sports when a timely word, pause, gesture, support decided the fate of persistent confrontation. Every athlete in his professional career goes through crisis periods, which are caused by various reasons: defeat in the competition, transition to another team, change of coach, problems in personal life. Diversity in the work of the coach, the importance of a number of auxiliary functions in the work of the latter (administration, regulation, management) does not allow to adequately assess the problems and troubles of the athlete as a person. This is the task of a sports psychologist - to create an atmosphere of complete trust and mutual understanding, to establish contact with the athlete to reveal personal problems, which will effectively affect his condition, help the athlete understand their problems, find a way out of difficult situations sports achievements.

Based on the results of morphological studies of the craniofacial complex, biometrics of plaster models of the jaws of 76 young people (18-25 years old) with asymmetry of dental arches, an algorithm was developed for modeling the predicted sizes of dental arches with their asymmetry in the diagonal direction. The methodological approach is based on the use of individual cephalometric indicators (diagonal and transverse face size), morphometric parameters of dental arches (incisor-molar diagonal, transverse intermolar arch size, dental arch depth) and stable correction factors for assessing the conformity (inconsistency) of real and predicted biometric data. Further stages of modeling the predicted sizes of dental arches with their asymmetry in the diagonal direction include the construction of incisor-molar and incisor-canine triangles, taking into account the anthropometric parameters of the maxillofacial region. The use of a diagnostically significant method in the clinic of orthodontics makes it possible to establish the topography of key teeth (canines, second molars) in the dental arch, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient’s craniofacial complex. The implementation of the obtained results in clinical dentistry in patients with asymmetry of dental arches in the diagonal direction is advisable to substantiate the methods (extraction, without extraction) of complex treatment in order to achieve a functional balance of occlusal relationships, as well as optimal balance of morphological, functional and aesthetic characteristics.

Relevance. Stress resistance and cognitive abilities of the patient, forming the personal component of the rehabilitation potential, have a significant impact on the course and recovery period after cerebral hypoxia of various origins. The adaptation of rehabilitation measures to the individual characteristics of the patient will significantly increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures for stroke and neurodegenerative diseases. The aim of this work is to generalize experimental and clinical studies characterizing the influence of individual characteristics of higher nervous activity on the course of cerebral hypoperfusion. Materials and methods . The study of literary sources of scientometric scientific bases for the last 15 years has been carried out. Results . The level of stress resistance is based on alternative biochemical strategies of neuronal metabolism of macroergs and neurotransmitters. At the organismic level, this is realized in a greater base voltage of the stress-activating system and a smaller reserve capacity of the sympathoadrenal system. In general, this leads to more severe cerebral hypoperfusion in stress-resistant individuals and slower recovery and is correlated with a high baseline sympathetic nervous system tone, insulin and testosterone concentrations. At the same time, a low level of stress resistance determines a greater sensitivity to exogenous corrective influences in cerebral hypoperfusion. The level of cognitive ability is associated with astrocytic responses and the organization of synaptic ensembles. The participation of astrocytes in the regulation of glutamate levels probably has a combined effect on both the state of cognitive mechanisms and damage to the components of neuroglial assemblies during hypoxia. This is also due to the release of S100 +, which, in turn, enhances the coordinated oscillations of neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex and hippocampus and may be the cause of greater damage to the cells of the cerebral hemispheres of the brain in animals with a high level of cognitive abilities in the cerebral hypoperfusion model.

The subject of the research is the process of making managerial decisions for innovative IT projects investing. The paper focuses on the new approach to decision making on investing innovative IT projects using expert survey in a fuzzy reasoning system. As input information, expert estimates of projects have been aggregated into six indicators having a linguistic description of the individual characteristics of the project type "high", "medium", and "low". The task of decision making investing has been formalized and the term-set of the output variable Des has been defined: to invest 50-75% of the project cost; to invest 20-50% of the project cost; to invest 10-20% of the project cost; to send the project for revision; to turn down investing project. The fuzzy product model of making investment management decisions has been developed; it adequately describes the process of investment management. The expediency of using constructed production model on a practical example is shown.
