Research on firm performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in SMEs, is important because it is related to efforts to survive in uncertain conditions due to the pandemic and the government's policy of restrictions that affect all businesses, both small and large. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the factors that can improve film performance, namely ICT use and as an update from previous research we add the innovation variable as a mediation. This research was conducted on SMEs in Malang City by involving as many as 179 samples after validating the answers to the questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed through google forms which were distributed directly to respondents. The data is collected and then tested for validity and reliability so that the data used is of high quality. After testing the quality of the data, it is continued with hypothesis testing which is carried out using the boothstrapping method using the Smartpls 3.0 application. The results showed that ICT use had a significant effect on firm performance. Furthermore, innovation did not succeed in mediating the effect of ICT use on firm performance.

Collecting and processing competitive intelligence for the purpose of strategy formulation are complex activities requiring deep insight in and models of the “organization in its environment.” These insights and models need to be not only shared between CI (competitive intelligence) practitioners for the purpose of data direction, collection, analysis, and dissemination, but also between CI practitioners and strategy makers. Sharing these insights and models requires high-quality communication (both regarding content and process) between these parties. In this overview, we examine the potential of (ICT- [information communication technology] enabled) simulation games to improve the quality of communication between CI practitioners and strategy makers.

The growth and era of information, communication and technology have changed and it has benefits in various sectors, one of them is the economy aspect. The current sales system has been moved from conventional sales into online sales by utilizing technology as a media for sales transactions. Then, one of them is the presence of e-commerce websites and e-marketplaces. The concept of e-marketplaces is a place where buyers and sellers meet, then they make online buying and selling transactions. However, there are still many plantations whose agricultural products have not been reached to be implemented by the marketplace. This problem is based on the cultural factors; it is called through the broker. Also, as well as the lack of education of farmers. The purpose of this study is to design the e-marketplace for farmers, especially in the Bugis Village. The user-centered method is applied where the approach is centered on users, then both consumers and partners. The website-designed is made by looking at the needs of the user side. This e-marketplaces can also be an education for businesses in the field of agricultural products. It is also to be involved in technological advancements by becoming partners in the e-marketplaces, so that they are able to market their products through online system. In addition, to minimize the use of agricultural products by broker, too. The results of this study are e-marketplace is able to provide convenient websites for users in conducting transactions by using gadgets to access agricultural products. This e-marketplaces also supports the promotion of Go Green, which has begun to implement a healthy lifestyle; by starting to consume a lot of vegetables. So, people will easily get best quality of agricultural products from farmers.

The last decade has seen massive progress in technological advancement in Africa. Many pastors have embraced the use of technology in their religious and ministerial practices. Within such a context, it is necessary to understand the various identities of the African pastor emerging from responses to the use of technology. This article discusses technological use in churches, particularly focusing on the changing technological context of Africa. The article uses Zimbabwe as a case study to assess and determine technology use and the responsive emerging identities of pastors. Three identities of pastors arising from increased technological use in Zimbabwe have been discerned. The first identity is that of the pastor who is on a par with the world. He is a technology embracer and is as sophisticated as the congregational members. He is a networker and entrepreneur. The second identity is that of a pastor who is trailing society and technology. He is a cautious technology embracer and is a confused technology consumer. The third identity is that of a pastor in isolation. He is a technology objector, and is unconnected, ignorant and feels that God is somewhat an enemy of technology.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has the potential to address critical considerations within rural advisory service (RAS) networks, specifically, getting the right information to audiences in a timely and appropriate manner. ICTs are technologies that facilitate knowledge and information sharing. For RAS networks, ICTs can be an important tool to ensure that both explicit and tacit information is shared with network members with the anticipated benefit of increased capacity of the network. Although the importance of ICTs are well documented within the literature, there are limited guidelines for what specific network capacities in ICT use are needed to better provide support for RAS providers to fulfill their responsibilities. Using the Delphi process, a panel of 31 experts from 24 countries arrived at consensus on 51 specific ICT use capacities associated with effective RAS networks. The results of the research provide a practical framework for RAS providers and networks to develop ICT use related capacity building and tactical planning activities. Free-cutting steel gains specific working properties thanks to the high content of sulfur and phosphorus. These elements, especially sulfur, have a rather high tendency to segregation. Therefore, segregation defects in free-cutting steel continuously cast billets can be significantly developed. The aim of the work was to study the influence of the chemical composition of freecutting steel and casting technological parameters on the quality of the macrostructure of continuously cast billets. A metallographic assessment of the internal structure of cast metal made of free-cutting steel and data processing by application of correlation and regression analysis were the research methods. The array of production data of 43 heats of free-cutting steel of grade A12 was studied. Steel casting on a five-strand radial type continuous casting machine was carried out by various methods of metal pouring from tundish into the molds. Metal of 19 heats was poured with an open stream, and 24 heats – by a closed stream through submerged nozzles with a vertical hole. High-quality billets had a cross-sectional size of 150×150 mm. The macrostructure of high-quality square billets made of free-cutting steel of A12 grade is characterized by the presence of central porosity, axial segregation and peripheral point contamination, the degree of development of which was in the range from 1.5 to 2.0 points, segregation cracks and strips – about 1.0 points. In the course of casting with an open stream, almost all of these defects are more developed comparing with the casting by a closed stream. As a result of correlation and regression analysis, linear dependences of the development degree of segregation cracks and strips both axial and angular on the sulfur content in steel and on the ratio of manganese content to sulfur content were established. The degree of these defects development increases with growing of sulfur content in steel of A12 grade. These defects had especially strong development when sulfur content in steel was of more than 0.10%. To improve the quality of cast metal, it is necessary to have the ratio of the manganese content to the sulfur content in the metal more than eight.
