The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of modern psychological studies of the professional activities of teachers of children additional education carried out during the last decade. The purpose of the study was to conduct this analysis from the standpoint of labor psychology, where the key constructs are the concepts of efficiency and effectiveness of activity, in order to systematize and summarize modern psychological studies of the professional activities of teachers of children additional education, highlighting the main areas of such research and identifying among them the areas that are most significant and promising for labor psychology. It is noted that in modern conditions, the requirements for the formation of a system of personnel support for additional education of children are increasing, in particular, for the professionally important qualities of teachers in order to ensure their effective work and successful socialization of students. It is stated that a systematic analysis of psychological studies of the work of teachers of children additional education reveals an objective trend of insufficient knowledge of the problem of the effectiveness and efficiency of this work. Eight main directions of modern psychological research of the work of teachers of children additional education are identified, among which five directions are marked as particularly significant and promising for the psychology of work, related, respectively: 1) with the finding of success criteria and the development of methods for obtaining estimates of the effectiveness of this professional activity; 2) with the definition of regulatory requirements for this activity; 3) with the identification of the psychological specifics of the professional activities of teachers of children additional education; 4) with the study of the modern digital environment as a means of professional development of teachers of children additional education; 5) with the study and formation of psychological readiness of teachers of children additional education to carry out cultural work. The significance of the results obtained is determined by the fact that the identified areas contribute to the theoretical ordering and purposeful further development of research on the work of teachers of additional education of children.

The article provides information regarding the problems of cultural development and professional training of prospective officers. The results are presented in two main sections. The first section contains the discussion of the importance of competent approach and cultural competence in the system of cadets’ professional training in the course of their future professional activity. It also contains the analysis of cultural competence of the prospective officers in modern system of higher military education in the conditions of active phase of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reforming. In the research the cultural competence appears as a basic element which determines the system of prospective officer professional competences. The professional activities requires of the military specialist to be effective and creative in different interpersonal relationships according to modern cultural education requirements (building mutual trust relations, effective communication, collaboration with people of different background and successful adaptation to social environment in any circumstances; revealing critical thinking, making a systematic analysis of the problem situations, making decisions quickly in the conditions of vital threat; identifying conflicts and solving them by making unconventional decisions; generating original ideas, expressing creativity) being major addition to professional competences. The second section provides the short analysis of the expected outcomes (that is competences) in cadets’ academic development according to the appropriate level of higher education. The results of the theoretical analysis present the contradictions and drawbacks in cultural education and professional training of the prospective officers, which require special research and development of an acmeological model of the cultural education and professional training of a prospective military specialist for achieving the highest level of development. In the light of acmeological approach the continuous self-development and self-improvement, high achievements motivation and good results and success aspiration in professional activities appear the compliment personality features of an officer.

The analysis of the state of the problem of expertise in practical psychology is carried out, in the context of tasks arising in connection with the implementation ? introduction of standards of professional activity. The main issues are mentioned, both directly concerning the methodology of the issue under discussion, as well as the main aspects of the content of the specialist's work related to the professional evaluation in general of activities, processes, etc., occurring in a specific educational environment, and their quality in each specific case of a professional activities of specialists. The main criteria of requirements to the expert, to his professional training and experience, features of the process of conducting the examination are singled out. The actual necessity of creating an "examination institute" in the field of practical psychology that presupposes the development of scientific grounds and methodology for the examination of the activities of specialists in the Service of Practical Psychology in the education system and the quality of performing professional activity is emphasized and justified. Attention is drawn to the fact that until now there are no scientifically grounded requirements for experts in the field of practical psychology, their training programs, a system of evaluation criteria, the content and form of an expert opinion, etc. It is concluded that the development of the methodology of practical psychology and expertise in it will allow an objective assessment of the activities of both the Service of Practical Psychology as a whole and the work of its individual specialists, ensure their training, further training and retraining, and determine the conformity of their work to the requirements of standards professional activity.

Work with gifted students requires a teacher to have special personal and professionally important qualities and creativity occupies a special place among them. A creative teacher can understand the peculiarities of behavior and worldview of a gifted child and possesses the competencies of organizing further development of the creative activity of special children, as well as their relationships with peers. The study is based on the concepts of axiological, humanistic, systemic, and activity approaches, the theory of convergent and divergent thinking, the teachings of an individual as a person and subject, of creativity as a process and a result, the creative nature of a teacher’s work, and theories addressing the creative essence of personality. The stage of university training is deliberately chosen for the study of the problem of development of a teacher’s creativity as a foundation for work with gifted students since the student age is the most sensitive period of this process. In the process of higher education, the development of a future teacher’s creativity in conjunction with their professional and personal qualities is essential as a condition for effective work with gifted students. The identified key psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of creativity in professional activity focused on work with gifted students include the professional activity orientation of future teachers to work with gifted children, professional knowledge, skills, and competencies focusing on gifted children, and psychological qualities of professional importance for work with gifted students. The article provides a specified definition of creativity, characterizes the signs of a teacher’s creativity, and describes the patterns, conditions, and stages of development of a future teacher’s creativity in the educational process in a higher education institution. The directions for further scientific theoretical and practical activities in the process of development of a future teacher’s creativity in parallel with training to work with gifted children are proposed. A promising direction of work is determining the ways to combine the operational and substantive sides of a teacher’s activity in work with gifted children.

Training future specialist to professional activity is one of the main tasks of higher and professional education. Pedagogical modeling of professional activity is used to determine the content of quantitative and qualitative information, which is necessary for modern researchers to further work, and also directs them to the prospects of career growth. The purpose of the article is to analyse the content of the process of pedagogical projecting of the model of the future specialist. The author established requirements for the training of qualified personnel determine the necessary competences which specialist has to master, his professionally important qualities, necessary in future activity, and also carry out the goal setting of the training process, acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills. It is identified that the competence of future specialists is a set of their competencies, which in turn are classified into key required, without exception to all graduates and professional, appropriate to the particular specialty. The article reveals the content of constructing a model of the future specialist which allows to solve such problems: a description of the specialist's work in the course of its professional activities; identifying inconsistencies between the content of training and specific professional activities of specialists. Requirements are defined as quality standards to the training of future qualified personnel. The list of basic competencies of the future specialist has been set which include: general cultural, methodological, professionally-oriented. The model of the specialist personality is characterized. Disclosed the content of the process modeling of learning outcomes and the algorithm of its development is determined. The definition of the concept «pedagogical design» was offered to reveal the principles and forms of pedagogical design. It is established that pedagogical design is one of the most common types of research. It is considered as an alternative to the classroom system in educational institutions. Project technology should be used as a supplement to other forms of direct or indirect learning as a means of accelerated professional growth of the individual.

11011 Background: Emotional burnout (EB) is a syndrome caused by chronic work-related stress. This is a non-adaptive reaction to chronic stress resulting from professional activities and leading to the depletion of emotional and personal resources. Oncologists have high burnout risk, because involuntarily involved in the negative experiences of patients and get emotional stress. So it is important to develop measures to prevent EB for medical oncologists. Aim: The aim is to study the prevalence and severity of EB among oncologists and to develop preventive measures. Methods: A screening survey of the Russian Society of Clinical Oncology (RUSSCO) was conducted among 389 oncologists in various regions of Russia. The Maslach Burnout Inventory and online self-administered questionnaire were used. The questionnaire was sent out in November 2019. The questionnaire was based on a multi-factor model, which includes the following components: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of professional achievements. Results: The average age of the respondents was 49.5 years, 61% of them were female. Chemotherapists made up 47.5%, 28% were surgeons, 8.5% were radiotherapists, 7% were diagnostic profile specialists, administrators made up 3%, 14.5% of the respondents had related specialties: clinical psychologists, pathologists, palliative care doctors. 30% of respondents had scientific degree. The results of the study were the following. 71.6% of specialists have expressed EB syndrome; 28% at EB formation stage, 1% have no signs of EB. There wasn’t a significant difference in EB rates across oncologists of various specialties. All stages of EB were identified. Female specialists are more likely to have manifestations of EB. EB severity was the same for doctors of inpatient and outpatient care. The extreme mode of work did not show significant differences of EB among both male and female specialists. First 5 years and more than 15 years of professional activity are most vulnerable to development of EB. EB was least affected by specialists over 65 years old with extensive experience. Conclusions: Hight level of EB was revealed among oncologists. Study results should be used during EB prevention, development of psychotherapeutic assistance and in educational programs.

The article deals with the problem of definition and validity of concepts and categories of professional activities to ensure cyber security in the context of the reform of higher education of Ukraine and introduction of new specialty "Cyber security" field of study "Information technology", the urgency of the problem of training for public and private sector national cyber security system and the like. Considered well-known in Ukraine and abroad the definition of the terms "information security" and "cyber security", systematized and detailed their components. A comparison of these concepts identifies the relationship and differences between them which based on the purpose, objectives and process features of professional activity in these areas as well as generic concepts of "threat", "safety" and "security". Grounded approach to the definition of "cyber security" and suggests its author's vision with regard to the technical and humanitarian aspects (communicative, political, sociological and psychological aspects).

The paper deals with the definition of current problems of the development of creativity and entrepreneurship of music education teacher and their solution. Creativity is a phenomenon to which more and more attention is paid, it is a universally applied key competence, according to which, abilities, motivation and environmental influences should be taken into account. It is emphasized that the creativity of a teacher is reflected in his professional activity and has a productive effect on student education and training. New markets need managers and educated teachers with key competencies. Professional activities have a number of functions for the implementation of which business qualities are required. Attention is paid to the main types of entrepre- neurial and pedagogical activities.

The article focuses on the definition of the ICT competence concept for future information security specialists, as well as its role in the formation of professional competencies. The analysis of professional standards in the field of information security defines the ICT competence of future information security specialists as an integrative personality characteristic that provides flexibility and readiness to adapt to changes in professional activities, the need to learn new software for applied and systemic purposes, including national software products, the use of ICT hardware for solving professional problems according to the current stage of ICT development and the level of the economy digitalization; allows demonstrating ICT skills and abilities for collecting and processing professionally relevant information, skills and abilities of information interaction, automation in the field of professional activity. Based on a survey of 3-4 year students, it is concluded that ICT competence significantly affects the readiness of future information security specialists to carry out their professional activities.

Introduction. Problems that arise in the process of solving crimes have always been the object of scientific attention of specialists in various fields of professional activity. They are also specialists in the fields of criminal law, criminal procedure, criminology, operational investigative activities and criminology. This is not by chance, since the ways to solve this problem are multi-volume, multi-faceted and include numerous areas of scientific knowledge and practical analysis of the most pressing issues of combating crime in Russia. Unsolved crime has a number of significant patterns that, in turn, determine its criminological and social nature, as well as determine the need for its further research. Purpose. Definition of approaches to the formulation of the concept of unsolved crime. Methodology. Various General scientific and special methods of cognition were used in this study. At the same time , the key ones were the dialectical method and the method of system analysis. Results. As a result of a consistent and systematic analysis of legal categories, we developed our own definition: unsolved crime is a socially dangerous phenomenon, expressed in the aggregate of officially registered criminal acts that remained unsolved due to the failure to identify the perpetrators during the Statute of limitations for criminal prosecution, accumulating a statistical array of unsolved crimes of previous years. Conclusion. The concept of unsolved crime has scientific and practical value, since the signs and properties of this type of crime define it as an independent type of crime that determines new approaches to the study of this criminological phenomenon, as well as to improve the fight against crime.

This article examines the psychological barriers of the personality that prevent the development of professionalism of the future physical culture teacher. An analysis of scientific views on the phenomenon of “psychological barrier” is presented, a working definition of this concept is formulated, the results of an empirical study conducted on a sample of students of Kostroma State University (n = 120) are presented, representing the main barriers to professionalisation and the resources to overcome them. It has been established that for future physical education teachers at the initial courses of study, the dominant external psychological barriers to professionalisation include lack of time, misunderstanding from peers, criticism from others. Senior students, more immersed in their future profession, also noted the abundance of documentation, tough competition in professional activities, and low salaries as external barriers. The dominant internal barriers to professional development for future physical education teachers are laziness, lack of experience, destructive emotions, frivolous attitude to the profession, fear of their own psychological and pedagogical incompetency, and shyness. The students named readiness for self-development, willpower, perseverance, social activity, sense of humour as the main mental resources for overcoming psychological barriers. Social resources are the effective work of university pedagogues, communication with friends, the help of a coach, family support, advice from experienced people, sports, and special literature.
